Hi Team,

This is to inform you that I already foreclosed my loan which was taken from MoneyView Application( FICCL) of Rs. 2, 50, 000. I closed this loan by paying the total finalized and remaining amount in the month of Aug '2021.

And this is continuously showing in my cibil score along with penalties charges on that and not only this it is also harming my CIBIL score every month, this is pathetic service was given by FICCL as they are taking advantages of their customers and harming in several ways as even and after closing the loan I am still getting alert from MoneyView and FICCL that please pay your due amount and also showing as an active loan as it should be closed.

Please look into this and help me to close this loan so that the FICCL team can provide me the NOC doc so that I can send it to MoneyView then they will be able to close my loan.

In my cibil report there are a loan of Rs 100000/- shown which is not taken or not given any gaurantee by me. for such loan my cibil score has been very low. i have already raised dispute at cibil but the issue not solved yet.
please rectify the same at cibil website.

My emi date as per the agreement with Fullerton india is 5 of every month but they attempted payment on 4 March and they say it failed, the payment I'd is pay_J38MX2YZkbmkPg, i checked with my bank but they are saying that merchant has not attempted anything, and Fullerton is known for harassment, i have already put the complaint on twitter aswell because it's a breach of agreement, and i had enough balance in my account so even if they had attempted it's would have easily gone through

I am Shreyas Pillai, I've taken a loan from Fullerton India Credit Company Limited, Loan Account no - [protected]
Because of financial hardships and I was unable to pay. But I have already informed the bank by mail that I am ready to pay and would require some time for the same. But As per RBI's fair practice code and IT policy they have hacked all of my data and contact list. They have called my relatives and people from my building and threatened them to make the payment. Even after being in constant touch with these guys on a daily basis, they have breached the code of conduct which has led to Mental Harassment for me and people who have nothing to do with the loan. As there are only 2 members in my family, they visit my place and create ruckus and harass my mother. This has led to my defamation in my family and society. With the help of my financial and legal advisors, I have already opened an escrow account where I am accumulating Funds for all my creditors.
I am already in constant touch with the company regarding the repayment and still, they are making unfair practices to people who have nothing to do with the Loan. Also without any authorization they are visiting my place and taking pictures and stating that they will not leave without payment.
Hence I request RBI and RBI sachet department to look into this matter at the earliest as they are violating RBI guidelines and IT Policy wherein no bank or NBFC is authorized to save Customers' personal data. Before I take any legal action, I request and urge RBI & RBI sachet department to take this matter on priority.

Services pvt ltd)Branch code RMM-492, Gandhidham Kutch, Gujarat, from 21/7/2008 to 16/4/2009, there after Resigned from the job & submitted my PF Withdrawal form through Penta Service Pvt ltd. To The Regional Commissioner PF Office, Vashi Mumbai, same form was Acknowledge the above said pf office on 4/7/2001,

I have waited 2/3 months for Fund, I have contacted 2/3 times through Regd A.D., but not a single Response was received from their end, Ultimately I raised/Registered a complain through Grievance,

Loan amount 1 lakh, emi per month 3359 - i paid for 33 months till now, so total amount paid 1, 10, 000rs...but still the outstanding amount is 80, 000rs. What the...u are doing guys...Even i didn't get full 1 lakh rupees only I received 92, 000rs loan amount... please take severe actions..many people's had lost their life by Fullerton...even i don't have money to take action against them...one more thing to add...i take only 4 months moratorium..for that Fullerton added 14 months tenure extra. I took loan for 60 months but now its showing 74 months...I am seriously helpless...

I have taken a personal loan from Fullerton, The loan amount was 1.62 Lakh.
And I have paid till now more than 1 lakh. When I asked for the closing amount it shows 1.64 lakh. Please take actions against this, and help me out.
If I have not close this loan I I have to pay near about 6 lakhs as per the current tenure.

Myself Jagadeeshwarayya from Gulbarga taken a personal loan and I already paid 36 EMI, due to COVID effect I unable to pay emi in regular and earlier it is for 60 months now it is showing 78 months.

Currently am facing with financial crisis henceforth I literally in trouble because of job loss even I tried to clear the dues after moritorium, they have to intimate that about increase in tenure now I need support how can I come over from these. Please suggest it would a great help.

Date same as on each month but i made 17796 RUPEES of EMI payment in advance on 03/01/2022 so today a message came to me from fullerton bank that your laon EMI payment of rupees 16468 has to pay but i already made advance payment in paytm application of rupees 17796 EMI amount. but THE fullerton credit company india is debiting chargers on that and send messages that your account is insufficient . But i have already made payment one day before

I am getting unwanted messages to pay the EMI for personal loan, but i dint take any loam from flouteron.

I have taken personal loan of Rs. 170000 from fullerton india in 2018 and the loan supposed to be complete in 2022, As I have lost my job I am paying monthly emi by manualy but 2 months ago customer representative called me for emi and when I asked for statement of account, in this SOA the loan tenure is upto 2025 and they have also increased loan tenure and principal without my consent..

This company has mastered itself in frauds, looting, cheating, and harassing its customers. They have all the fraudulent ways to make money from their consumers. They promise you a different rate of interest and charge another which is obviously much higher. They charge penalties even after paying EMI on time, they forge documents, restructure loans themselves without even asking customers, they don't even provide copies of loan agreements, customer care is a joke as they never reply to it. They threaten customers on visiting offices. In my case, I was promised a rate of interest of 16.48% but without my knowledge, they are charging me 27%. I took a moratorium during a pandemic and they restructured the loan by changing interest rate and increasing tenure without even asking me. When I visited the office, I was threatened by goons. I took a loan of 361226 and even after paying 25 EMI of rupees 13000 each my outstanding is 280000. Just want to know which interest rate calculator they are using? please help us.

I hold a loan in Fullerton india and has asked for settlement from the agent a week back. The agent asked me for an email regarding settlement and asked me to wait for few days as He will get approval on the same and will revert me back. Suddenly today morning he called me and asked for settlement amount and he wanted me to pay it today itself by hook or crook. I tried talking to him but his behaviour and usage of words are too bad and finally i agreed to pay today but told him and out and will be back home by midnight only so pls collect amount the next day morning 10am . He is not ready for that and want it somehow today even though it’s midnight he is ready to collect it. I believe i have taken loan from a reputable organisation and not from a local gunda. This is atrocious behaviour what is wrong in waiting till morning to collect the amount? Are you people appointing Goons as collecttion agents so that they can come and harass ladies at home any time? Even though i asked for settlement and agreed to pay why is the agent harrsing ?? Hi this is Firdaus. I had taken LOAN from Fullerton in 2019. Due to lockdown after march i could payout the emi bcoz it was been i lost my job. There is one person who calls the refrences and abuses like tu randi hai, tu chinal hai to ladie in a day he calls 50times and make them irriate. when i have taken LOAN i want to setlement why is he calling them and harraising. since i was been hospilized and could pick up the call i was gone under surgery he is doing all this ### with refrences. i want higher authourity to take action against this ### his CONTACT details is [protected]. We took a loan of 70, 000 on March 21st, 2019. We paid every emi's without fail, but it shows inactive and outstanding status in cibil score which is causing a problem to take further loans.
