Me & my friend were at the fun cinemas (Located in manimajra, panchkula district) to watch 2:30 pm show of movie 'sanju' on 1st july, 2018. During the movie interval when we were there at the counter to place our order, the man standing behind us started shouting & yelling at the staff that why it's taking time to get my order placed (Although it was hardly few seconds we were standing there at the counter to get our order placed).
We, out of courtesy, told that man to place is order first & we shall wait after him. The man placed his order, stood aside & i started placing my order. Within a few seconds, the man started shouting at my female friend uttering vulgar cheap words without any reason. Me, including my friend and all other people standing there were startled & thinking why that man is acting so harsh & unethically.
The man continued behaving such madly, & the whole fun republic staff was just standing there enjoying the situation. When we asked for the manager to be called upon, after a long interval the manager made his presence. But, to our surprise, he did nothing instead of calling up the local police.
When the police arrived the situation & investigated, it was pretty clear to them that the man was accused (Since the staff boys placing our order were confirming what had happened). But the police & manager failed to get the accused man say even a 'sorry' to us.
Instead that man was allowed to sit in the same theatre & continue watching the movie show. On the other hand, we the two girls were left questioning the manager what exactly he did to handle & combat this situation.
The manager, named reet, din't even proposed to offer a refund & reimbursement to us. It was a complete failure of the whole system to see how being the victim, we ourselves were feeling so discontented at the fun republic management's incapability to handle such a small situation.
Even if both the involved parties were made to leave the premises with refund, then also it would have been fine. Such incapable managers should not be appointed who cannot deal with these kind of situations. He could have taken & executed some good decisions if he was a genuine manager.

Today 7th July watched sanju at fun cinemas Cunningham Road bangalore 9:45 pm show ... during interval went to purchase chocolate combo ... there was a tv screen at the counter showing 300 and another fixed poster showing 330 .. was obviously charged 330+40=370 .. looks like I was cheated

    I purchased a ticket bearing Ticket No:000029 and INV No:028094 for a 06:45 show for Incredibles 2 at Fun Cinemas (Fun Sigma, Bangalore, Karnataka), when i entered the theater at 06:45 I was made to wait for 37 minutes as the movie only started at 07:22 and during the interval the screen was off for more than 20 minutes with regard to which i approached the manager to report the issue, for which he stated that it would take ten more minutes even after which they played ads for a further 10 minutes and only then played the movie, which did not just result in wastage of more that an hour of my time but also mental abuse, for which there was neither a refund nor an apology, while i asked for the manager their representative stated that the managers are not available as one is on leave and the other is out for dinner.

      On saturday, had a visit to fun cinema nsp pitampura for jurassic park 8:30pm show. Bought burger-combo and was disappointed as burger quality was pathetic. It was cold and staling, immediately had vomitted out and complained to desk manager. They didnt took me seriously and offered me another one. But i refused to experience that stuff again.

        I purchased 23 tickets on 8th june worth re 5520 of the movie veere di wedding. The show was at 12:05pm on 9th june. But i didn't received any message yet regarding the points. Also i tried to contact the cinema through emails but didn't got any response.

        So pls do the needful. Ur earlier action will be appreciated.

          It is very shameful for you being such a well known multiplex, still you do not provide good facility...

          In fun cinemas, panipat, haryana... They are showing movies but having problem with ac... And they refund back amount after interval... Who get refunded has to go back... And most people compromise with it and watch movie in such bad atmosphere...

          In a way... They are going in bad way... Fun cinemas panipat shall close the multiplex till ac issue ia resolved rather than charging innocent people who compromise their health by sitting in suh hot environment...

          Fun cinemas is for enjoy... All our focus was on sweatness rather than movie...

          Disgusting experience... Never wish to go there again... Very very bad experience...

          Also after getting refund... One of boy working there say paise mil gaye na apko... To jao yaha se... Done with fun cinemas...

          I think you need to improve it or shut down...

            Highly disappointed with my recent visit to fun cinemas at sigma mall, cunningham road, bangalore.
            The ac wasn't working for our 10:45 am show on 13th may, 2018. On initial query regarding the ac, in the first 15 mins, staff responded saying it takes time to cool entire huge space since it is the first show of the day. We agreed, but throughout the show ac didn't work, it felt highly suffocated. On again requesting during interval break, they said it was maintenance problem. It was quite uneasy to manage the heat and staff was least co-operative. We had to leave the theatre mid-way. They shouldn't keep shows when there is maintenance problem. Highly disappointed, will always re-consider choosing fun cinemas. Would appreciate a refund. Spoilt our sunday and "mother's day".

            Hi.
            I ordered a mid coke and masala fries at 10:40 ( intermission)
            Fries counter person told me that he will deliver fries at seats in 5 mints
            But 20 mints passed no one is there as well as I finished my coke.
            I just suggest him if there is load on counter then dnt take more orders.

                Yesterday i was went to basant talkies fun cinema at bhilai for ticket booking. Staff was did misbehaving with us and they do not have proper manner to talk with the customer. They do not provide proper information for booking ticket and talk with me in a bad way. Customer wants better service and information by the staff if they do not know about the service of that place.

                  Today i went to fun cinema nsq mall pitampura. Where i took 2 tickets for padmawat show at 1pm. I gave my atm card for payment, they took payment from atm card then they said that machine is not working and asked for cash so i gave them cash for tickets. Then in evening i check my bank account balance then i found amount is credited from my balance they took me amount twice. Kindly help me.

                  oday i went to Fun Cinema NSQ mall Pitampura. Where i took 2 Tickets for Padmawat Show at 1pm.                     Mplaint regarding cinepolis bangalore fun cinemas sigma mall cunningham road manager roshan (Mob # [protected])

                    A couple of months back i had been repeatedly complaining to cinepolis through emails, messengers and through facebook stating that rs 2500/- cinepolis
                    Reward points in total were not updated to my registered account (Mobile # [protected]). After weeks of repeated followups with cinepolis and repeated denials by cinepole finally a bold cinepolis hr directed the cinepolis fun cinemas manager roshan (Mob # [protected]) to own the responsibility of ensuring that i get the due points benefit. Mr. Roshan from cinepolis fun cinema called me in december 2017 apologizing for all the inconvenience and promised that he will ensure that i get the rs 2500 worth points movie tickets going forward and he advised me to call him or message him over his mobile and he will arrange the tickets when ever i need them. I told him that this could be very difficult for him to remember and implement as he might not remember in future and i will have to go through the whole loop of follow ups. But mr. Roshan promised to not fall short and gave me a gentleman's promise on behalf of cinepolis that he will respect his committment without fail. But, alas, as i had anticipated after getting me just 3 tickets for one movie totaling to 450 points out of the 2500 worth points he refused to cooperate and suddenly forgot all about his gentleman's promise on behalf of cinepolis and refused to give me anymore tickets against the pending points that cinepolis never added. Mr. Roshan suddenly started quoting that as per his system i was eligible only for 168 points and he has done the needful upto 168 points and will not give anymore tickets and go ahead and speak to the cinepolis hr who had assigned him the responsibility of ensuring that i am given the benefit of all tge due points basis which mr. Roshan had promised me to ensure that i get the due benefits. I just don't understand how cinepolis operates... Firstly they don't credit the reward points many times... On complaining they ask me to sunmit the original tickets with them... Then they do mothing about... Then they ask me to submit copies of the orginal tickets... Then they deny that points were not added... Then they apologise for their mistakes and promise to make good for their shortcomings and then they deny having ever made any such promises... I mean i have been repeatedly complaining for over a year about all the problems with cinepolis but they never ever seem to own their mistakes and genuinely commit to solving their customers' complaints... Infact they repeatedly have insulted their customers and made their customers feel like liers and disrespected. What kind of brand is cinepolis that gives no value to its customers and the promises it makes to its customers. How does cinepolis survive with managers like roshan who promise and then backoff their word to their customers. Such mistakes and breaking of promises will be extremely harmful to brand cinepolis in the longterm a brand is all about the promise of quality service and quality product that you gaurantee to your customers... Isn't it obvious from all my complaints over the last six months that your staff after collecting all the hard copy tickets from me have not updated any of those details in your record and that is exactly what I have been complaining about. They are trying to cover up their mistake of losing my tickets and not having updated the same now by offerings cheap 133 points. I mean there is no logic to what your staff is doing and saying. Misers and liers to the core. Not one of your staff members has the intergrity to own up to their mistakes and do the right things. Instead they are harassing a customer for the last six months by repeatedly giving the same answers.

                      I m abhishek from lucknow, yesterday i have booked 2 seats in fun cinema at mohan nagar gaziabad in business class through book my show where both seats are totally damage. Many hole in seat which is sale in business class, i have complained for the same to manager but he not provide any solution and very casual behave regarding this complaint i have told i will complain so he told u can do we cannot do this.

                      I need solution my money is waste

                        I am shashi from patna, on 11 sept 2017 about 11:20 am of show time 11:35 am, movie:- poster boys (Ua), i reached at ticket counter for ticket of poster boys, but a female ticket counter staff charges more than ticket prizes. The ticket costs only 130/- person. I asked for ticket of 2 person, me and my friend. But the counter lady asked for total amount of rs.460 beside rs 260. I asked for reason, she replied that their is extra charges, fooding charges etc.. I argued then she again replied that their is g. S. T charges extra. Regent cinema, gandhi maidan is openly deceiving the consumer in name of g. S. T. Tax and some fooding tax etc.
                        Please take a strict action against it. I will go for f. I. R. Against it and further anywhere where i can find correct solution for it.

                          Worst theatre in patna. Staff behaviour is bad. They told not to shout in theatre at any seen. Otherwise they will throw outside the hall.
                          I shared 5 sept evng 7 pm show. They told "jo jo halla kr rha h usko utha k bahar fek do."
                          I never expect this from such a old and reputed cinema hall.
                          Man to kr rha tha sare frnds mil k kuch de sale ko..
                          So please management of regent theatre take serious action on this matter. It is totally embarrassing. Take action against those who told these words. You can politely told not to shout and go outside. Not like that. And security guard every time stands inside the theatre during movie and argue with all people rudely. So please look into this matter. If people will not shout inside the cinema then in class room or college they will shout..

                            After buying premium tickets in a row doors of cinema hall remain open & outside light & shout disturbing when asking the same from manager he answered 'sir customer khole ke chale hate hai'??? So this means we should buy middle tickets which r cheap or we should choose another cinemas for our complete entertainment this experience is of fun cinemas ulhasnagar

                            The associate do not give ticket without combo.they tell that evrey morning show have combo with it and they also say that if you don't take combo you cannot have tickets.and every time i go to fun cinema they add up all the combo charge with it .

                              Have stated it. I pressed J1, 2, 3, 4 and instead of J5 for the fifth ticket, I pressed J12. Plz change the fifth ticket which has not been taken, as my ticket instead of J12.
                              Plz add 'change booking'option.
                              What, , if, one can't go in case of emergency? Plz have the grace to offer cancellation charges.
                              Its not comfortable to watch a add of a condom in interval of a movie Padmavat Pl think before showing this types of adds

                                Today, at about 12:30 pm, i visited regent fun cinemas, patna to buy a movie ticket for spiderman homecoming timed at 2:00 pm. The ticket was of rs.170 only, but the receptionist was charging me rs.210 including snacks. My budget was only rs.200, so i asked the receptionist to give me a ticket excluding snacks but she denied and told me that i don't have a choice. She asked me to either pay for the tickets and snacks altogether or go back. I asked her for the number of their manager or anyone with whom i could discuss my problem but she started misbehaving and i had to leave with nothing but disappointment. And it wasn't even logical to pay rs. 40 extra just for some mere snack which is ridiculous. A customer should have the choice to pay for whatever service he/she needs. Compelling your customer to pay for snack and saying that is mandatory to pay for both, the movie and the snack is highly unethical and just because of this, i sustained pain, mental agony and harassment. It was very insulting for me as well as it comes under the purview of cheating, fraud and deficiency of service.

                                I just purchased 3 tickets of spiderman today and when my brother went to buy ticket then they refused to giver him ticket without combo .. and then when i argued they were insted of feeling sorry were arguing with us ... the name of the person was manpreet in fun cinemas kota

                                  Hi, I have visited the Cunningham Road fun cinemas. It has the poorest management. The parking doesn't have ventilation, the corridors inside doesn't have ventilation, the show started 20mins late, but the crowd management is soo bad that they're were almost 70 people, aged, women and children who were finding it hard to breathe.they were even switching off the ac in the common areas, I think in case of an emergency there aren't enough management to direct anyone, it's suffocating already, imagine in case of a fire or smoke

                                    M harish ahuja.. M watching movie saab bahadar of show 2:15 at mittal mall, bathinda. My seat is not comfortable, my seat number is e12. Its a broken chair. I request the staff to do something bt they can't. They cant gave me proper response. I have problem to sit on this chair. Its my bad experience while watching this movie. So next time i cant want to visit again at fun cinema, mittal mall, bathinda.
