I booked 5 tickets for bahubali movie on 17/7/15 but tickets could not booked and my money 1385/- has been debited from my account. i saw on your website for complaint write on feedback and you showing that money refund maximum 7 days but no maney refund till now & I had written 3 times but no response come from your side.     Hi

    Today we went to fun cinema in gwalior at 10:20pm show of the movie PIKU.

    We were eleven people in total and one three year old child and the fun Cinema people switched off the airconditions before intermission and on been asked they said it's there policy to switch off the cooling systems on the last show.

    This led to suffocation and as my wife is claustrophobic and we have to leave the show early with my family.

    Tommorow early morning I am filling a police complaint against the mall manager Mr SHAMAM KHAN and your manager Mr PAWAN JAIN.

    And I will also make sure that I will let others know about your deeds on social media.

            i made a transaction on fun cinemas website for a show in pitampura. ORDER ID: 6411015 it showed error but payment got debited from my account. There wasn't booking ID which mentions the amount will get refunded in a week's time. On refreshing same seats were available which i booked later from Bookmyshow website on making payment again. I mailed citruspay to check incorrect debit for unsuccessful booking which they confirmed as processed. Its been 10 days now, amount has not been refunded. I have mailed my concern on [protected]@esselgroup as well. For any other details you can mail at akanksha.arora.[protected]@gmail.com KINDLY PROCESS REFUND ASAP..

              I booked Fun cinemas, Coimbatore 6.10 pm show of 02/05/2015 on 30/04/2015 through net banking. The show was cancelled. The refund amount was not credited to my account as on 21/05/2015. I communicated Fun cinemas Feedback one week before. They did not communicate back. VERY VERY POOR SERVICE.

                Me along with my friends visited fun cinemas, Hyper city mall Jaipur, In the evening show on 14/05/2015 for movie we booked ticket in Gold glass. We entered into the premises were enjoying as movie had been started. Suddenly I felt that some thing fallen on me which was hurting.I stood up and saw that it was something fallen from roof of the talkies.Instantly I came out and found that I impinged on head and which was cause of blooding. I went to the staff of Funcinema and spoke to them for some cure and complain that even though i bought ticket in higher class and if facing such kind of problem then what is role of paying on tickets. The funcinema staff instead of giving me cure started to shouting on me and abused badly. I would like to request here for take an instant action on staff and pass this information to the management that customers come for fun not for get damaged and lose something under any circumstances.                   Dear Sir, At a very serious note I would like to share my bitter experience that Today i, e. on 19th Apr'14 I booked 5 tickets online for the movie Mr. X at 6.30 PM show in Regent Fun Cinema, Patna. During collection of tickets at the counter I was asked to pay Rs. 30 per ticket for 3D glasses. I paid Rs. 150 for all the 5 tickets and got 5 nos. of 3D glasses. After movie one volunteer of the Regent Cinema was standing at the exit to collect all the glasses. On asking that I have already paid for the glasses, in case of return I must get my money back, he replied that Rs. 30 is the rent for the 3D glasses, if I have any concern I should discuss on the counter. I asked the same thing with other person also, they told the they are charging like that only. Through this forum I want to inform the house that that Regent Fun Cinema, Patna is looting the people openly. Some serious steps must be taken in this regard to stop this and if possiblity is their to get my money back or not.                     PATHETIC CONDITION of Fun Cinemas- COIMBATORE. Don't be ever happy that you have got a ticket in Fun Cinemas, Coimbatore... To your shock your SEATS MAY NOT BE THERE... This is what happened to me on 14th April.. I booked a ticket online and they gave me a ticket ( I-5) in Screen No.4. They even gave me the ticket in the counter and allowed me in for my favorite movie... To my surprise THE SEAT ( I-5 ) wasn't there and they have removed it ... WHAT A GROSS NEGLIGENCE and there was no one to help me. Fortunately i had shared a seat with one of my family members and had to suffer for the DEFICIENCY OF SERVICE on the part of FUN CINEMAS... WHAT A SHAME to a so called corporate company called FUN CINEMAS...

                            I booked movie tickets from www.funcinemas.com website on 28th Dec 2014. Money got deducted from my account but I never received the tickets. When I visited the website again it showed that my order id 6310048 was generated but "Booking id" was never generated and my money of Rs 827.42 would be refunded in 7 working days. Today 10 days have passed but I haven't heard back anything from Fun Cinemas. I have also sent email using the online feedback form but there is no response from anyone. Please help in getting my money back.

                              Me and my friend visited Fun Cinemas (Gwalior, DD Mall) on 27th June 2014 and inside the cinema hall fun cinema employees took extra rupee for 3D glasses without any receipt of my money.                                 Today i went to watch Holiday show at 6.50pm. But there was problem with the A.C. . They were not working at all. I complaint to your manager Avinaash and i really got a very unsatisfying response from him. I don't know how he became the manager fun cinemas Gwalior. I complaint him that AC are not working and he was just saying that I cannot do anything. Is that type of service you offers to your customers ? .. I had to leave show in between what about my money ?.. I think AC charge is also included in ticket so what about AC charge ?.. I want full refund for 7 tickets.. and I am seriously disappointed by the type of service your provide.

                                  Booked tickets online to watch X-Men with family at Fun Cinemas, Cunningham Road, Bangalore. Although the ticket price I thought was reasonable by Bangalore standards at Rs.110/-, in addition to the ticket rate there was an online booking rate. Don't understand why as actually the customer is saving them operational costs by booking online and hence should be same as counter rate or cheaper to book online. Even life / health insurance policies are much cheaper when bought online. It was a 3D movie and they charged Rs.50 refundable deposit for the 3D glasses. I can understand this, but what I could not digest was the fact that they were charging an additional Rs.30/- towards 'Service Charges' on 3D glasses. This is nothing but overcharging for no additional value especially when the quality of glasses are very poor and you don't have the choice of trying to select a good one as they are all badly maintained. Finally, bought some popcorn and fountain Pepsi. Was shocked to find out the Pepsi was Rs.110 for a 650 ml cup and pop corn Rs.130/-. Defies logic. Even a 5 star hotel does not charge as much. So for a family of four it works out to quite a fortune. Isn't there any way to control this unregulated and unfair pricing?

                                    I have booked 5 tickets thro online on 14th December thro' central bank credit card and the money was deducted from my card even though the booking was cancelled by the system. Again i ahve rebooked thro SBI credit card and I got the ticket. 4/12/2013 FUN MULTIPLEX PRIVATE MUMBAI IN 712.36 Dr. Then I have enquired on the counter at Fun Republic Mall, they told me the money will be refunded within a week time.                                       I booked tickets online on fun cinemas on Oct 1st for a movie on Oct 2nd in Coimbatore. I got a confirmation email from Fun Cinemas saying my tickets have been booked. But on reaching the booking counter on Oct 2nd I was told by them that it was a WEB ERROR and my booking was not successful. They informed that money would be refunded in 7 days. But the money has not been refunded till 8th Oct. This is a worst booking site.

                                      dirty seats and stinking ambience

                                      Today on 15.09.2013 I am watching grandmasti show at 3.30 pm but seats are dirty and foul smell all over roof is also in bad shape.

                                        Myself Supratik Dey from Coimbatore. i used to go at fun cinemas to watch the movie but very time I will tell my membership no in box office after that also they will not add any points sometimes they will add sometimes not. i already complaint them about this but till its same nothing changes. and in my profile also date of birth mentioned as[protected] which i have been already told them its 16.12.90 Whenever I complained them they will tell I will check on this & I will rectify this but they will do nothing.
