    I have taken your membership on 9/4/2022 by paying 135000 through my credit card.i want to cancel my membership and want refund .i am sharing the screenshot of payment detail with mobile number -[protected].       Hi Team,

      I am part of a fraud company where my amount is stuck. At the time of taking membership they were very polite and trying to give us their stupid membership however we got convince on the condition that we need to pay AMC charges only once in five years means we don't need to pay anything extra for which we got agreed and took the membership then we took a holiday for two nights in 2021 which was pathetic service and hotel it was totally worst stay then we complaint about it in the company they apologize and promised us to give a memorable holiday next time for which we got agreed because they did not inform us about the AMC Charges that we need to pay after every six nights of our holiday when we were informed about the charges for which we were not agreed and asked for the cancellation and refund against false commitments and worst service provided by them, they are completely denying to return our money and asking for the written confirmation on the same. Thay did not provide us in written we trusted them because they were very humble and polite at that time but now their way of talking is completely changed. I had word with Mr. Hussain in the company who did not provide us full information about the AMC charges now no one is listening. I humbly request to please help us to take our hard earned money from them.

      We really need your help to get it resolved.

      Reason for the cancellation and refund, , :- we were not informed about the AMC charges which need to be paid after every six nights stay.
      Stay in hotel:- worst, waste of money time

        Hi,

        I am rohit kumar singh, this is with reference to the Purchase agreement and Approval form shared by M/s FCC team; Ms. Ankita and Mr. Pramod Kumar on 09.03.2022, 10 PM.

        Please note that the FCC holiday vacation membership was booked by me based on the various features informed during physical meeting @Hotel Holiday Inn, Sector-90 between 7PM to 10PM on 09.03.2022.
        I gave my consent for the membership based on the information shared by FCC team. Due to late in the evening and FCC team showing too much hurry that offer is limited for some hour only the team charged me with amount and shared referred purchase agreement and approval form with us without letting us reading it, apart from checking the particulars to be filled in forms and agreement i.e name, phone, DOB and mail ID etc, rather it was informed agreement covers all information and if anything is missed out same shall be shared through mail.

        Like the others mentioned they came to me for signing the documents on my dining table during our dinner only. And not gave us any chance to read the agreement. They simply said that all the things promised are there in the agreement. But it was a totally different agreement than what it was discussed mutually.

        Further, they have charged me Rs 68000 for membership however agreement only reflects Rs 51000. When I questioned it they straight said that it was just a mistake in agreement. Which clearly makes the agreement VOID.

        I request FCC to kindly cancel my membership and refund the complete amount vide mail dated 13.03.2022 with signed copy of cancellation request. However, FCC has denied that membership is non-cancellable and denied for any refund.

        I am continuously following-up but NO response.

        FCC team, please help me with 100% of my refund.

        Please note that consumer complaints.in has not supported on the issue. FCC has supported us, understand it was some technical issues from FCC side that took long to respond. They arranged a meeting and have sorted all our issues. My feedback is positive for FCC executives

          Well last month I had posted a review about FUTURE CHOICE CLUB, which was obviously against the company, I had shared my really bad experience with them. When I was on my trip at that they didnt bother to solve the issue, when I was back & posted my review that time Ms. kamalpreet who was my contact person for the trip asked me to speak to her Head Mr. DHARMENDER. On call he told me that from next time he will try & provide better service & as per compensation he offered 2 nights free stay. Although I didnt ask them for any of that, because my experience was so bad that now I just dont wish to plan any of my trip through them.

          Still I thought & said Ok I will see how you provide your service next time.

          Now they are calling me & forcing me to delete my review. Today Mr. Dharmender called & said "you have to delete the review only then I will compensate your 2 nights"

          I told him, till i get better services I will not delete my review.

          Then future choice being fraud & pathetic people- he straight away said that ok "jb tak aap review delete nhi kroge hum apko compensate bhi nhi krenge"

          I said ok I dnt need it but I will not delete the review.

          I am attaching their whatsapp message & email screenshots for all to review & also please advise in comment section if these kind goons are worth our hard earned money.

          They should be dragged to consumer court.

            I had bought their plan 1.5yrs back. When I had 1st trip through them ; I was not satisfied with their services they told me to relax & wait for the next booking. At that time I had the chance to claim the refund but Mr Abhishek convinced us that the services will be better. And at that only they denied that there was no such clause of refund.

            That was their first lie.

            Now again I had planned a trip through them to Shimla & Manali. And it was also ruined because of their services.

            We ask them to do the most important thing i.e hotels stay, in ur trip if the stay is not comfortable then what is the point of vacation.

            1st they do not have any 3star 4star hotel services they have just the options of a few properties with resort word added in name.

            They have no idea what kind of hotel it is, the location or anything.

            Also, if you complaint them about it, they will make you sound like liars.

            These people should not be in hospitality bussiness, I feel like I have wasted my hard earned money for their unreliable services.

            Very bad experience.

            Do not enroll for their membership, they make fake promises in the 1st meet & then they dont even bother about their customer.

            On top of all you can only play email email with them, they will never connect you to the higher authorities.Pathetic Services.Dont get Traped

              I had been forced to come at Hotel Holiday Inn in Gurugram for meeting and taken Rs 40000 on name of 5 star hotel booking package for 3 years 2020 t0 2023. But when I tried to book hotels they are denying and demanding more money for booking also forcing to book 3 star hotel instead 5 star.
              Kindly help n get me refund Rs 40000.

                I have made the payment of 97000 INR on (30/01/2022) at around 11:pm.
                I have been promised the different offer than what is mentioned in the agreement. Terms like amc, save, advance, gift are misguided. No information of any of the hidden charges are discussed. These charges are mentioned in the agreement but in the discussion they projected all the services as free.

                Like the others mentioned they gave me the agreement documents after deducting INR Rs. 12, 000/- from G.pay and INR RS. 85000/- from my credit card a total of Rs. 97, 000/-And not gave us any chance to read the agreement. They simply said that all the things promised are there in the agreement. But it was a totally different agreement than what it was discussed mutually.

                I request to please cancel my membership and refund the complete amount.

                The agreement is a void agreement that cannot be enforced as it is a one-sided agreement that doesn't give me any right to cancel. The impugned contract is the one sided standard form of contract (where parties are not equal in bargaining power)

                I do not want to defame any company just want my hard earned money back.

                FCC team, please help me with this please refund my amount back.

                Till date I have not got my money back, future choice club firstly sent me mail that they will refund my money after deducting 15% from the paid amount of Rs 97000/- then they asked me to share account details of bank account by providing cancelled cheque. When I shared my account details they are asking me to sign a agreement first and also remove this complaint first then only they will refund my amount after deducting 15% amount on the name of admin charges . Instead of refunding
                My full amount this company is continuously killing time by putting conditions one after other. I urge to help me with the refund of my hard earned money as I have requested them to cancel my membership the very next day when I understood their trap. I haven't availed any of their services and also not even registered as member till date then why they want to deduct 15% as admin charges ?. Please help me with the refund of my full amount without any deductions

                  This is my worst experience with a Future Choice Club (don't confuse it with Future Group).
                  Following is the description of the incident that I have gone through with "FUTURE CHOICE HOLIDAYS AND HOSPITALITY Pvt Ltd office at Future Choice Club Gautam Buddh Nagar, Noida-201301

                  I have filled one coupon at Sapphire 83 Mall, Vatika city, Sec 83 Gurgaon on Nov, 2021.
                  On (Nov 29, 2021), I received a call from a girl informing me that I won the lucky draw for a free vacation along with dinner in the Holiday Inn. I was not willing to go as I don't trust these offers, so I denied them. But she convinced me that I have to visit the Holiday Inn hotel with my wife to collect the freebies. I finally said okay, I would come.

                  Since the venue was nearby only, I agreed
                  I finally reached Holiday Inn (Me and my wife)I was then asked to attend a presentation about company's promotion to get the free vouchers. Few more couples were sitting there thus, I also agreed to the presentation out of curiosity. Person name Pramod came to me, His manger was Abhishek. He then asked that you please introduce yourself to be comfortable with each other for the next half an hour. Some questionnaire was also shared with me to fill on what Credit card do I hold, what all places I have visited in the last couple of years etc.
                  He then offered plan for 5 years, stating exclusive for you at INR 75, 000. I then also denied that I can't pay such an amount. I told that I can confirm it not today but will discuss with family and come back, they adviced that your wife can take this membership he then said he would arrange EMI plan exclusively for me, and I can take back entire amount refund in 30 days if I do not enjoy my stay. He showed some of the membership bought recently and then finally inquired about the cancellation part again, where they told us that we could cancel our membership at any point in time. I finally fell into their trap and said them okay. Abhishek immediately swiped my card for INR 60, 000/-stating that we have offered you a discount of interest to be shared by credit card. The mistake that I have made was, since my family was hungry, we immediately went to the dining area for dinner, and as we were having our dinner, she came back with some papers saying I am late for my home and it is far from here we quickly need your signature for the paperwork and showed us the dotted lines were we need to sign. My wife and I signed without looking at what the papers are because we were getting late at night.

                  I came home, immediately log in to my laptop, researched the company, and it seems that it is a scam as the company was registered in 2020 only. Then I checked Vibes parlour voucher amounting to 15000/-, it was expired. There were many such scams mentioned on the internet. I was shocked to realize that fraud has happened to me and that I have lost my hard-earned money.
                  After receiving welcome call from company I denied to proceed and same I mentioned on the mail not giving my consent to proceed, I requested a refund of the fee paid. They replied will let you know after discussing with Abhishek/Manager On which I again asked for a refund. the reply was, "We regret to inform you that the cancellation can't be processed as the membership is non-refundable and non cancellable.
                  I have not enrolled or registered as advised by company to start my membership.
                  In mail & during welcome call I denied to proceed further as I came to understand it's some fraud or scam.
                  Please help me get my money back from these people.

                    I bought their membership in January 2021. When I asked for booking in Dec 2021, They asked for AMC charges +GST amount. When I compared online for direct booking at the same property the amount was less than even the AMC they are asking. That means they are taking our money for without giving literally no service.

                      Once I got the call as welcome call. I denied to accept the all the membership as told by sales person I no need to pay AMC but when welcome call I just spoke there she told no you need to pay before making booking of your first time.
                      So it's totally disagree with the proposal what they told during last meeting.

                          What ever they tell you at the time of subscription it’s all fake. It’s a fools paradise which never meets the reality. Post subscription they will treat as if you are trapped & left with no option.

They will not let you read the other conditions saying that you can read it later.
                            Following is the description of the incident that I have gone through with "FUTURE CHOICE HOLIDAYS AND HOSPITALITY PRIVATE LIMITED registered address is CABIN NO.7, D-3 LGF KALKAJI NEW DELHI South Delhi DL 110019, Doing business as Future Choice Club with office G-14, 2nd Floor, Sector-3, Gautam Buddh Nagar, Noida-201301

                            I have filled one coupon at IRIS mall, sector 86, Gurgaon on January 09th, 2021, where the person told me that 'Future Group' has rented Holiday sector 90 Gurgaon for a year. They are providing complimentary dinner, and they will provide you 2 nights/3 days stay at their new hotels if your names come in lucky draw.
                            On the next day (January 10th, 2021), I received a call from a girl informing me that I won the lucky draw for a free vacation along with dinner in the Holiday Inn. I was not willing to go as I don't trust these offers, so I denied them. But she convinced me that I have to visit the Holiday Inn hotel with my wife to collect the freebies. I finally said okay, I would come. They sent me a text message from the mobile number – [protected]

                            Since the venue was nearby only, I agreed, I counter-questioned whether there are any terms and conditions to accept the offer they denied.

                            I finally reached Holiday Inn (Me, my wife, my daughter (3 years old), and my son (7 years old), around 8:30 pm, as I was advised to reach there at 8:30 pm instead of 8:00 pm because of some delay from there end, I was then asked to attend a presentation about company's promotion to get the free vouchers. Few more couples were sitting there; thus, I also agreed to the presentation out of curiosity. A well-dressed person came to me and started introducing himself as "Praveen" Aka Akash and group of others, His manger was Ankita. He then asked that you please introduce yourself to be comfortable with each other for the next half an hour. Some questionnaire was also shared with me to fill on what Credit card do I hold, what all places I have visited in the last couple of years etc. He then asked you to have some questions in your mind about why any company is providing any free vouchers, which was right. He then said it's for your time for the promotion of our company's future choice club. He then asked me about my last vacation and said that he would offer some plan only if it is relevant to you, else you will be provided the voucher without spending further time. (I think they wanted to check whether I am carrying a credit card or not) They brought it down to 1, 35, 000 for 10 years and talked about various EMIs with many further freebies including 2 weeks of extended nights. They said no company will provide such kind of offer costing less than Rs 2, 000 per night for such kind of hotel stay. I completely denied their offer and started leaving the venue as it was around 10:30 pm. My kids were impatient, they were starving. I was confused they invited me for dinner and here I am hungry and full of the future choice club property literature. They then very politely said that please collect your free voucher before leaving the office. I will take only 5 minutes.

                            Then he casually started talking that what resists you to take the offer so that he can provide feedback to the company. I said it might be useful, but it takes time to decide before spending such a huge amount for a middle class like me, and I may opt for it if you will provide me one day's time after exploring about the hotels. He then said it was already informed that any offer would be valid for today only, and he is not feeling great that we have wasted an hour. He then offered me another plan for 5 years, stating that though it is for senior citizens only, he will somehow manage it. INR 75, 000. I then also denied that I can't pay such an amount at once. I told that I can confirm it not today but will discuss with family and come back to you guys, but they forced us into this by saying that this is an exclusive offer only for females and advice that your wife can take this membership; he then said he would arrange EMI plan exclusively for me, and I can take back entire amount refund in 30 days if I do not enjoy my stay at their property. He showed some of the membership bought recently and said people who bought the membership plan thank them for making an asset. He then said I only have to pay Rs 6250 per month for such a stay for 5 years. He then showed on the calculator that per night stay is costing less than Rs 2, 000. My wife and I also seem convincing as the offer was lucrative, then finally inquired about the cancellation part again, where they told us that we could cancel our membership at any point in time. I finally fell into their trap and said them okay. Ankita immediately swiped my card for INR 70, 000, stating that we have offered you a discount of interest to be shared by credit card. I immediately got an email with a tax invoice for the amount. The mistake that I have made was, since my family was hungry, we immediately went to the dining area for dinner, and as we were having our dinner, she came back with some papers saying I am late for my home and it is far from here; we quickly need your signature for the paperwork and showed us the dotted lines were we need to sign. My wife and I signed without looking at what the papers are because we were feeding our kids.

                            I was not feeling happy on the whole episode went, wasting our time in some. They told me to share the photo ID proof to get my membership start. I came home, immediately log in to my laptop, researched the company, and it seems that it is a scam as the company was registered in 2020 only. There were many such scams mentioned on the internet. I was shocked to realize that fraud has happened to me and that I have lost my hard-earned money.

                            The next day (with-in 24 hours), I requested a refund of the fee paid. They replied with some mail asking about the preferred locations. On which I again asked for a refund. the reply was, "We regret to inform you that the cancellation cannot be processed against the specified reason; the membership is non-refundable as per agreement which is mutually signed."

                            This is a void agreement that can't be enforceable as it is a one-sided agreement that doesn't give me any right to cancel. the impugned contract is the one-sided standard form of contract (where the parties are not equal in the bargaining power)

                            Please help me get my money back since this is purely a fraud that has happened to me.

                              This is complaint against Future Choice Club, First I was forced to fill the coupon at Bikaner, Gurgaon and then got a call with charming offers of free movie ticket and forced me to visit the place to collected. Many a times in the Past I denied but this time unfortunately I got trapped and accepted. Then there were a group of marketing guys trapping people in different different offers. They were trained so well that they were NOT giving time to think and forcing to get these offers on the spot only. Whenever I was trying to read the documents and discussing with each other, they were inturrupting.
                              And finally swiped my card for 1, 50, 000. Now I understood and read the review for their bad services and asked them for refund at the very next day, they are just redirecting me here and there and not replying to mails as well.
                              How come these one-sided policies be made and no inturrptions from goverment or some authorized body, how can these people cheat and grab our hard earned money in one shot. Please let me know where should I file the complaint against this future choice group, I want my money back and save others also from this.

                                I have filled one coupon at crown interiorz plaza mall, faridabad haryana on March 04th, 2021.
                                After that next day I received a called from FCC team she told me that they are providing some voucher at hotel in faridabad.
                                I denied them. But she convinced me.
                                I agreed, I counter-questioned whether there are any terms and conditions to accept the offer she denied.

                                I finally reached with my wife, around 6:00pm.
                                A person came to meand there is also group of other, Some questionnaire was also asked to me about my last vacation and my credit card and vehicles do I hold etc.
                                Then, he told about there membership programs.
                                I said that I am not interested in buying any plan.
                                Then he started showing 5 star and 7star hotels and resorts.A
                                fter him, his manager came to us. The executive and his manager started to convinced us about their deals of membership of 1, 80000 after so much discussion they reduced it to 72000, said that they will somehow manage it, Then they said that i[censored] r not satisfied with it then you can cancel it within 10 days and your entire amount will be refunded to you.
                                They manipulated us in many ways.
                                And at last they made huge pressure on us that you have to pay today because this offer is valid only for today and it's almost 9:30 pm.and said we r getting late and again told us that you can also cancel it if you r not satisfied with our membership.
                                finally I fell into a trap and said yes to them. Vivek (manager)then swiped my card.
                                Even I didn't got an email with a tax invoice for the amount.
                                After deducted money there another manger came back with some papers saying I am late for my home and it is far from here; we quickly need your signature for the paperwork and showed us the dotted lines were we need to sign. My wife and I signed without looking because it's almost 9:30 p.m.

                                I was not feeling happy on the whole episode went, wasting our time in some. They told me to share the photo ID proof to get my membership start but I didn't have any of proof because the invitation call I received from team told me that you do don't have to carry any type of document so I said that I will give you later .I came home after that I searched about company, it seems that it is a scam as the company was registered in 2020 only and they told me that it is 10year's old.They also didn't told about any hidden charged.I read about other customers complaints also .i was shocked to realize that fraud has happened to me and that I have lost my hard-earned money.

                                The next day (with-in 24 hours), I requested a refund of the fee paid on mail, but they replied me after so much time.
                                I again mailed them that your T&C are not customer friendly.
                                .I called branch head vivek so many times After that he picked my call and said I'm in my hometown I will tell you within one week and msg you but he didn't replied me again I called him but again he didn't picked my call hardly after so many call he received my call and said that you will get your refund after opening of lockdown ...but again after opening of lockdown I called him but as usual he didn't respond and didn't revert back...if you are not able to attend customer call then how should you give any services.. I'm so fed up with your all things, so bad experience with you...I am totally harassed with your all things.It is the breach of consumer rights and ur compelling me to take legal action for the same because I mailed you so many times regarding refund, So you are Requested to return my hard earned money, So i will not suffer any further losses.please tell me finally that when will I get refund back.

                                It's almost 6 months done.Please help me to get my money back since this is purely a fraud that has happened to me.

                                  I have made the payment of 76000 INR last night(6 Oct 2021) at 11:03 pm.
                                  I have been promised the different offer than what is mentioned in the agreement. Terms like amc, save, advance, gift are misguided. No information of any of the hidden charges are discussed. These charges are mentioned in the agreement but in the discussion they projected all the services as free.

                                  Like the others mentioned they came to me for signing the documents on my dining table during our dinner only. And not gave us any chance to read the agreement. They simply said that all the things promised are there in the agreement. But it was a totally different agreement than what it was discussed mutually.

                                  I request to please cancel my membership and refund the complete amount.

                                  The agreement is a void agreement that cannot be enforced as it is a one-sided agreement that doesn't give me any right to cancel. The impugned contract is the one sided standard form of contract (where parties are not equal in bargaining power)

                                  I do not want to defame any company just want my hard earned money back.

                                  FCC team, please help me with this please refund my amount back.

                                    This is my worst experience with a Future Choice Club. The sweetness and the gesture the sales team will show while selling their membership, you will be bound to fall into their trap, and once your card is swipe, they will give you an agreement to sign stating that this is the written commitment of what we discussed showing the amount paid. They will not let you read the other conditions saying that you can read it later.
                                    Following is the description of the incident that I have gone through with ''FUTURE CHOICE HOLIDAYS AND HOSPITALITY PRIVATE LIMITED, Doing business as Future Choice Club with office G-14, 2nd Floor, Sector-3, Gautam Buddh Nagar, Noida-201301.

                                    I have filled one coupon at Reliance Smart, Iris Broadway, Sector 85, Gurugram, Haryana 122001 in Feb, 2021, where the person told me that 'Future Group' has Inauguration.
                                    On next day (February 23rd, 2021), I received a call from girls informing me that I won the lucky draw for a free vacation along with dinner in the Holiday Inn.I denied them. But she convinced me that I have to visit the Holiday Inn with my wife to collect the freebies. I finally said okay, I would come. They sent me a text message from the mobile number-[protected]

I finally fell into their trap and said them okay "Abhishek" immediately swiped my card for INR 40000. The mistake that I have made was, since my family was hungry, we immediately went to the dining area for dinner, and as we were having our dinner, He came back with some papers saying I am late for my home and it is far from here; we quickly need your signature for the paperwork and showed us the dotted lines were we need to sign. My wife and I signed without looking at what the papers are because we were feeding our kids.

                                    In 11th September 2021 I request for booking at Udaipur, that time Future choice team demand for AMC Charge INR 8000 + GST, without AMC he is not accept my booking request, that time he informed me this AMC Charge is applicable only 6Night & 7 Days, it is surprise for me & I request for cancel my membership but he denied .because the membership is non-refundable as per agreement which is mutually signed."

                                      On the next day, I received a call from a girl informing me that I won the lucky draw for a free vacation along with dinner in the Holiday Inn. I was not willing to go as I don't trust these offers, so I denied them. But she convinced me that I have to visit the Holiday Inn hotel with my wife to collect the freebies. On which I again asked for a refund. the reply was, "We regret to inform you that the cancellation cannot be processed against the specified reason; the membership is non-refundable as per agreement which is mutually signed."

                                      This is a void agreement that can't be enforceable as it is a one-sided agreement that doesn't give me any right to cancel. the impugned contract is the one-sided standard form of contract (where the parties are not equal in the bargaining power)

                                      Please help me get my money back since this is purely a fraud that has happened to me.

                                      To see other reviews about future choice club I also share my review at heat of the moment, but when I visited their corporate office at noida and discussed my concern I got my concern resolved. Now I'm satisfied.
