Future choice Club has not fulfilled services to me in last one year. I requested for booking holiday resort at Maldives and then at Agra, but they made excuses and did not fulfil their promise.

    K.S Panday called me and threatened and also abused me and said he will never refund my money Jo ukhadana ha ik had lo and saying he file a case against me and said advocate contact me. What the hell future choice I simply asked for solution for my problem and solution you providing me 2 months to wait and after that you provide that payment in EMI. If I paid all amount then why should I wait for 2 months and receive money in EMI. I decided to go with customer complaint website because of financial problem but that person is not understand. I sent one email to [protected]@futurechoiceclub.com but content is based on our phone call discussion.

      I have purchased the membership on[protected] and on the same day I asked to cancel the membership to Sawan(Agent) and he said he will update me in the morning but I didn’t got any call and I called him in after noon and he said my manager will call me and I got the call from manager(Abhishek) to he asked the reason and I simply said I am not satisfied with terms and conditions so I want cancel the membership but he said first you need to take the service first then only you cancel it but that condition not the part of terms, in terms only one condition of the condition must be fulfil 1. Cancel membership with in 7 days membership execution or take a first service and after that you can decide it. But I asked for cancel on same day and he completely said cannot refund money without even speak with management. I the next day K.S Panday call me to ask the reason, I simply said I don’t want membership because of personal reasons and he company will not refund payment on personal reasons you have to provide reason and force me to meet and Noida office but I said I purchased the membership from Hotel lnn gurugram from your team then why I come to Noida then he said let’s meet at gurugram Same place and I asked why you want me meet he said he want ask the reason. I said him that I am providing you reason on phone then why you want to meet me. I said I cannot meet because of my Wife health then His response just a shocking. He said if you cannot come then I cannot refund money and also said without my approval no one can give approval of refund.

      I called all of the persons(Sawan, Abhishek K.S. Pandey even their company office as well) more than 50 times. Now they are saying we refund amount after deductions of 25% + GST(Not in terms and condition) and after 2 months and in EMI.

        After lots of discussion with company agents one person(K.S. Pandey) called me to ask for the reason why I want cancel membership and asked me to meet in person with his team to discuss about issue why I want to cancel membership. But I told him that I cannot come as my wife health is not well. I cannot travel with her and I can’t leave her alone at home but that person still asked me to meet at the same hotel(Holiday lnn) from where I visited their agent. He said I have to give the written reason why I want to cancel the membership. Not even single time they provided me solution to receive my money back. It was written in their terms and condition that I can cancel membership with in 7 days of execution without taking any service but still they are not going with terms and policy. I called all of the persons(Sawan, Abhishek K.S. Pandey even their company office as well) more than 50 times. Now they are saying we refund amount after deductions of 25% + GST(Not in terms and condition) and after 2 months and in EMI.

          I have been duped. They c all you in a fancy hotel and would tell you about there so money saving schemes. They will also lure you in a 3N4D FREE trip (for which they will charge you 5000).

          I bought the membership which has a down payment amount (1.5 to 2 lacs depending on the scheme) and a Rs. 10, 000 AMC (annual maintenance charge). This AMC is not annual this is the charge that they will take for 6N7D, so the word AMC does not apply. When they were selling me the membership, they gave me 14 days of bonus holidays. Now when I ask to claim it, the reservation guy mentioned that I will be able to claim it only after I have claimed the days of AMC and i should claim it next year. I connected to the lady who sold me the plan and she told me that I need to pay additional AMC for the bonus days that I got. So Rs. 20, 000 more. This is a pure lie. She now mentioned that we at no place mentioned that we will not charge the AMC for these bonus day. But then what does bonus mean, and if you are going to charge me for anything in the future, you need to inform me (right..!!).

          I mailed them for 10N11D holiday plan for Goa. I mentioned that I need to use the AMC days and the bonus days (by this time I was not informed that they will charge extra for bonus days). The guy said that they do not have rooms available. I mentioned if I give Rs. 10, 000 AMC for next year then will I get the rooms. He immediately sent me the itenary for the stay.

          People at FCC, if you are reading this. Please give me my money back. I do not want to deal with so many issues. I do not want to pay and then also indulge in discussions like these.

            This is my worst experience too with a Future Choice Club. The sweetness and the gesture the sales team will show while selling their membership, you will be bound to fall into their trap, and once your card is swipe, they will give you an agreement to sign stating that this is the written commitment of what we discussed showing the amount paid. They will not let you read the other conditions saying that you can read it later.
            Following is the description of the incident that I have gone through with "FUTURE CHOICE HOLIDAYS AND HOSPITALITY PRIVATE LIMITED registered address is CABIN NO.7, D-3 LGF KALKAJI NEW DELHI South Delhi DL 110019, Doing business as Future Choice Club with office G-14, 2nd Floor, Sector-3, Gautam Buddh Nagar, Noida-201301

            I have filled one coupon at IRIS mall, sector 86, Gurgaon on January 09th, 2021, where the person told me that 'Future Group' has rented Holiday sector 90 Gurgaon for a year. They are providing complimentary dinner, and they will provide you 2 nights/3 days stay at their new hotels if your names come in lucky draw.
            On the next day (January 10th, 2021), I received a call from a girl informing me that I won the lucky draw for a free vacation along with dinner in the Holiday Inn. I was not willing to go as I don't trust these offers, so I denied them. But she convinced me that I have to visit the Holiday Inn hotel with my wife to collect the freebies.
            Finally we reached to Holiday Inn in Sector 90 Gurgaon, A sales representative named Sadiq Khan with associate Wasim Khan, approached, in starting we refused buy to any travel plan, as we were told only to meet with representative to collect the free travel voucher.
            But the sales representative offered us many freebies & cheapest hotel stay around the world. finally they were capable us to recreate & hypnotize us for purchasing the plan in INR40000+ 11000 yearly convenience charges.
            Now the actual story begins, on 19July2022, I called the sales executive Sadiq Khan 3-4 times for the hotel booking from 12th Aug to 15th Aug. 22, as he told us he will do our first booking himself, but he pretend not getting proper voice due to network issue. finally i sent the dates on his what's app on dated 26th July & on what's app he confirmed & mentioned travel desk from his office will call us with in 48-to72 hrs.
            we wait more than 92hrs, but never received any call. Several time i tried to approach him but he never pick the phone.

            Finally i emailed my booking requirements to FCC & they denied in return email on same time that they dont have availability on same dates & suggested me to change the dates as per them.
            But as we have already informed FCC or its representative 24 days before travelling via what's app and 17 days before travelling via email, why we should change the dates which are not convenient to us.
            parallel, while we directly contacted the hotels which are listed to FCC website still they are providing the hotel accommodation on same of our choice of dates & this is really painful, where i was insured that i will get best deal for 03 years but for our very first booking we have denied.

            Why FCC made wrong commitments to us that they provide accommodation if we ask 15 days before booking.
            now while we approach to FCC they are not entertaining us but simply ignoring our calls.
            In the whole FCC is a fraud company who makes false commitment at the time of sales & not capable to fulfill them, taking hard earned money of simple & innocent working citizens by showing them big dreams.

            Now FCC is not responding to my email where i asked for the full refund my money.
            If they are genuine they should resolve the issue & if not capable refund the amount.

            If still they(FCC) don't respond, will go for the FIR & consumer court about their illegal practice.

            One of representative I met personally, he promised to fulfill all commitments in future bookings, based on I am marking this complaint as resolved. Let's see for future bookings, what happens.
            Hi,

            Same day i was trapped, they are not responding to return amount
            I am happy to share that, coincidentally the day when I made this complaint, somehow I met in the evening to Mr. KS Pandey from FCC. Who actually understood my concerns & promised me to fulfill all the commitments made by other FCC sales executives who were neither picking up my phone calls nor responding to my what's app messages.
            In short due to intervention of Mr KS Pandey from FCC, my complain got resolved, he promised me to provide & will fulfill all future commitments made by FCC at the time of sales.
            And it seems to be true as I already used one trip by the help of Mr KS Pandey.

                  This is regarding my earlier complaint.
                  We were finally called to meet at the office on 6th June 2022. We talked with Mr Dharmendra and he made sure that you’ll receive a mail from us by tomorrow regarding your refund. We told him that we want refund in one shot since we paid the money in one shot. We got a call from Ms Megha on 7th June 2022 stating that you’ll receive refund in 10 instalments by cheque. However, we said that we want refund in one go only. She said ok I will talk and get back to you.
                  It’s 15th June 2022 and we haven’t received any mail till now even after multiple followups.

                    I had purchased the 10 year holiday package from Future Choice Club at an event on 18th May 2022 at Holiday Inn, Sector 90 from Ms. Ankita and Mr. Prince Pathak. They did not even allow us time to read the terms and conditions mentioned in the agreement. They made us sign the agreement during dinner time and told us that we can cancel the membership if we are not happy at any stage.
                    Later we tried planning a vacation with them, but the options they gave us were of standard which was far below the ones which they promised us and also, their team misbehaved on call with us. Based on this behaviour, we had dropped them 5-6 emails to cancel the membership and initiate the refund but they are not doing that and forcing us to pay around 11k AMC and go for a vacation at a hotel which is not even our choice.
                    Please help us as we dont want to proceed with this membership.

                      It’s been almost 8 months we haven’t received our refund.
                      My daughter Apoorva Mittal went to their head office to talk to them for refund since I was unwell. Mr Dharmendra told her that you’ll get only only partial refund. And whatever will be our decision we will tell you by tomorrow.
                      However, I (Arun Mittal) had asked for full refund even from Mr Vikas Upadhyay since the agreement is void and not enforceable by law. The terms and conditions that were communicated verbally to us doesn’t even match with what is written in the agreement. So how can you deduct our money if the agreement is void. I want full refund of my money.
                      Today they called me to tell that your 25% will be deducted and you can’t take any vacations so it will be waste.
                      Instead give us 25k extra and you can get membership for 5 years.
                      I don’t want to be associated to the company in any way and want my full refund.
                      Please help me in getting my full refund.

                        I bought their package in the last week and seeing all the bad reviews and the hidden charges I decided to cancel the membership.

                        As mentioned in their agreement paper I sent an email to their email address on the very next day of buying their package. It has been more than 2 weeks and all that i hear from them is that we have forwarded your issue to the concerned team and they will get back to you. There have been multiple 72 hours during this time and I haven't heard from them at all.

                        This company that is not even able to arrange a call for the unhappy customer claims that they will reserve rooms for you. At that time also, you would be sending them emails and all that you would get to hear would be those 72 hours promises. pathetic service and pathetic people.

                        I just want to cancel your services and claim my money back.

                        Please do the needful or tell me that this company has stolen my money and there is no way out for me to get it back.

                          [2:14 am, 22/05/2022] Danz: My association at company is started by filling a coupon in an petrol bunk at sector 86 Gurgaon .On the next day i received a call informing me that i won the lucky draw for a free vacation and for collecting it need to come to Holiday inn sec 86 hotel. I was not willing to go but she convinced me that i have to visit the hotel along with family for collecting the coupons. I finally said ok since the venue is nearby.

                          Me and my wife reached the hotel. A well dressed lady came to us and after introduction she asked about the tourist places visited last year. She then explained about 10 years plan which cost around 180000.I denied the offer after that they came down to 66000 for 5 years. I said it take time to decide before spending. She said that offer is valid only for today. She showed some of the membership bought recently and said people who bought the membership plan thank them for making an asset. She then showed on the calculator that per night stay is costing less than Rs 2, 000. My wife and I also seem convincing as the offer was lucrative, then finally inquired about the cancellation part again, where they told us that we could cancel our membership at any point in time. I finally fell into their trap and said them okay and immediately card was swiped in EMI transaction mode. She came back with some papers saying I am late for my home and it is far from here; we quickly need your signature for the paperwork and showed us the dotted lines were we need to sign. My wife and I signed without detail study of the agreement. They told me to share the photo ID proof to get my membership start.I submitted the kyc documents and collected free coupons which is also fake.

                          Then after a week i received a membership card then i visited the website and mobile application and seen their hotel list is completely different which they showed me during presentation. Then I checked the sites and it seems that it is a scam as the company was registered in 2020 only. There were many such scams mentioned on the internet. I was shocked to realize that fraud has happened to me and that I have lost my hard-earned money.

                          I started for requesting a cancellation but they denied, there was no option for cancellation as it is in agreement. Then after a continuous mail for cancellation they insisted to use the 1st service if the service is not good you can cancel the membership with the charge of 25% of the amount.
                          But for booking the hotels you have to pay 11000 amount has Annual maintenance charge which is non returnable. Then i left with no other option. I looked for hotel in cochin. They denied that there was no hotel in that place. After i asked for hotels in allepy. They gave 3 option I checked the hotel on internet and it seems less than the average. But they saying it is a 4 star hotel. They are forcing me to pay Annual maintenance charge. After the annual maintenance charge it is costing me around 5000/night. But their hotel cost me only 2000/night.If i booked and use their service its a complete loss after penaly of 25% and Anuual maintenace charge and usage.If i dint use their service membership amount is in trouble,

                            आप हमारे सभी लेटर्स और मेल्स को पढ़कर हमे जो मानसिक और आर्थिक टेंशन व उत्पीड़न हुआ है उसका अंदाजा लगा सकते हैंI जैसा कि आपको पहले ही विदित है और हमने आपको कई बार फोन के माध्यम से, मेल के माध्यम से, पर्सनली मिलने के बाद बताया भी हुआ है कि एक मध्यमवर्गीय परिवार ने 3 घंटे की पहली मीटिंग में ही आपके सेल्स अधिकारियों (प्रिंस पाठक जी, इरफ़ान हुसैन जी, देवी लाल जी) के द्वारा बताए गए लुभावने और आकर्षित ऑफर को देखकर 1, 35, 000 Rs. की मेंबरशिप लीI पर जब मेंबरशिप की टर्म्स एंड कंडीशन (नियम व शर्ते ) पढ़ी तो हमारे पैरों तले ज़मीन ही खिसक गयी और हमे ठगा सा महसूस हुआ, इसीलिए हम मेम्बरशिप लेने के 12 घंटे के भीतर ही तुरंत आपके हेड ऑफिस नोएडा मैं पहुंच गए थे, वहां जाकर जो हमारे साथ घटित हुआ और हमें जो झूठे प्रलोभन दिए गए उनके बारे में धर्मेंद्र जी को मुलाकात करके बताया पर उन्होंने (धर्मेंद्र जी ने) हमारे द्वारा 12 घंटे पहले दी गई 1, 35, 000 Rs. की मेंबरशिप जिसका कोई लाभ अभी तक नहीं उठाया गया वह देने से मना कर दिया और कहा कि हम (FCHHPL) आपको लिखित में आश्वासन दे देंगे कि जो हमारे सेल्स अधिकारियों (प्रिंस पाठक जी, इरफ़ान हुसैन जी, देवी लाल जी ) ने आपसे जो भी वायदे एंड फायदे और कमिटमेंट करी है वह पूरा कर देंगे और आपको भविष्य में कोई भी परेशानी आने नहीं देंगेI तब एक मध्यमवर्गीय परिवार को कोई और उपाय नहीं दिखने पर और हमारे पास कोई और चारा नहीं होने पर हम मेंबरशिप को मानने पर मजबूर हो गए क्यों कि धर्मेंद्र जी ने मेम्बरशिप की 100% जमा राशि लौटने के साथ मेंबरशिप को सरेंडर करने से इंकार कर दिया थाI इसलिए धर्मेंद्र जी द्वारा लिखित में एग्रीमेंट में बदलाव और अमेंडमेंट / संशोधन को पूरा करने का विश्वास और कमिटमेंट करने पर ही नीचे लिखे पॉइंट्स की शर्तो के साथ स्वीकृति देंगे -

                            1. हम आपको फिर दोहरा रहे हैं, जैसे आपने हमारी रिक्वेस्ट और अनुरोध को नहीं माना और हमें पीछे नहीं हटने दिया और मेंबरशिप के लिए दिए गए ₹1, 35, 000 को वापस करने से मना कर दिया जबकि हम 12 घंटे बाद ही आपके हेड ऑफिस पहुंच गए थे अपनी मेंबरशिप को सरेंडर करके हमारे द्वारा दिए गए ₹1, 35, 000 को वापस लेने के लिए और बल्कि अब तक हमारा मेंबरशिप फॉर्म आगे प्रोसेस भी नहीं हुआ और ना ही हमने मेंबरशिप की एवज में आपकी कोई सुविधा का लाभ लिया, पर आपने साफ मना कर दिया कि जमा की गई राशि वापसी का कोई भी प्र्रावधान / जरिया नहीं है और आपने कहा कि हमने (मैंने और मेरी पत्नी) जो एग्रीमेंट साइन किया है उसकी नियम व शर्तों के अनुसार कंडीशन है कि दिए गए रुपए वापस नहीं होंगे और फिर आपने अपने सेल्स अधिकारियों द्वारा 23 दिसम्बर 2021 को किये गए सारे लुभावने वायदे को पूरा करने के लिए संशोधन लेटर / अमेंडमेंट लेटर (निचे सलंग्न) संशोधन करके दिया हैI इस अमेंडमेंट लेटर और मेम्बरशिप फ्रॉम में जो सारे पॉइंट्स (वायदे और प्रॉमिस) है जिसकी वजह से ही हम आपकी (FCHHPL) 15 साल की मेंबरशिप को मंजूरी देंगे, इसी तरीके से आप (FCHHPL) भी एग्रीमेंट और संसोधन लेटर साइन कर चुके हैं और जो वायदे आपने किए हैं उसको पूरा करने के लिए प्रतिबंध और उत्तरदाई हैं, यह एग्रीमेंट हम दोनों पर लागू होता है तो आप भी पीछे नहीं हट सकते अपने द्वारा किए गए वादे और कमिटमेंट को पूरा करने सेI

                            इसलिए हम आपको फिर बोल रहे हैं कि आपकी (FCHHPL) ‘कथनी और करनी’ (Commitments Vs Reality) में अंतर ना हो अन्यथा भविष्य में कोई भी झूठ या आपके द्वारा किया गया वादा झूठा साबित होता है या आप उसे पूरा करने को मना करते हैं या सक्षम नहीं होते हैं तो आगे की कार्रवाई की जिम्मेदार आपकी हैI आपने जो संशोधन पत्र या अमेंडमेंट लेटर दिया है (नीचे संलग्न है) उसमें साफ लिखा है कि यदि आपकी (FCHHPL) ‘कथनी और करनी’ (Commitments Vs Reality) में अंतर अर्थात जो लिखित में अपने वायदे और प्रॉमिस किए हैं और जो कमिटमेंट करी है वह पूरा कराने के लिए प्रतिबंध और उत्तरदाई है यदि मेंबरशिप अवधि के दौरान कभी भी आपकी कथनी और करनी में अंतर पाया गया, आपने जो वायदे किए हैं वह पूरे नहीं किए तो आप बिना किसी शर्त के हमारे द्वारा दिए गए मेंबरशिप के रुपए वापस कर देंगे I

                                I have taken their membership for Rs 135000 for 10 years and then they promised to return 70000 for 5 years membership but they are not returning the money i am attaching the email as proof against future choice club i have also request them to cancel the membership with 7 days of execution as mention in their term and condition. They are not returning the money.email as a proof

                                  We got into their trap of purchasing Holiday package for 10 yrs. They invited us at Holiday Inn hotel for the dinner, made us purchase the package. They made us sign the agreement without looking at the terms mentioned in that. When we checked the agreement after reaching home, we found that all the terms are different to what was mentioned to us by their representative, Ankita. We immediately asked for the refund. They then tried to covince us and told us that they will write all the commitments over the email. They only agreed to 50% of the commitments. We had no choice but to accept this. We then tried to do the bookings 2 times. First instance, i did the booking through their app as mentioned by them. However, i didn't receive any reply till the booking date. I wrote to them and got the reply that app is not working due to some reasons and we need to write to their reservation team. I was amazed at their reply. They don't value the customer's time. I had planned something with my family and now they are telling me to plan some other day by writing to their reservation team. They did not listen to me.

                                  I again after sometime wrote to their reservation team. they denied saying that I had to intimate them at least 15 days in advance. However, over the email initially, they agreed that i could inform them 7-15 days in advance. So, again i was not able to utilize the package. It is almost 9-10 months since i purchased the package and observing the indifferent behaviour towards customer after getting the payment is very very frustrating.

                                  I need refund of my hard earned money.

                                  Please help me.

                                    I am Pallavi Bharti and Shivesh Kumar, this is with reference to the Purchase agreement and Approval form shared by M/s FCC team; Mr Abhishek and Mr. Saawan Kumar on 06.03.2022, 09 PM.
                                    This is my worst experience with a Future Choice Club (don't confuse it with Future Group). The sweetness and the gesture the sales team will show while selling their membership, you will be bound to fall into their trap, and once your card is swipe, they will give you an agreement to sign stating that this is the written commitment of what we discussed showing the amount paid. They will not let you read the other conditions saying that you can read it later.

                                    I have taken your membership on 6/3/2022 by paying 156700 through my credit card. I want to cancel my membership and want refund .I am sharing the screenshot of payment detail with mobile number -[protected]. Name of membership - Pallavi Bharti & Shivesh Kumar. Please cancel my membership and as per your agreement please refund my money.
                                    FCC Sales team is full of liars. They will show all the sweetness and lure you with their fraud policies.

                                    So basically while selling them they showed me good options of hotels but when we went for booking they said they are not tied up.
                                    Now we are bound to book their hotels with no facilities
                                    The kind of hotels which we can easily get for 1000rs they are showing the price of 4000 and this is not the biggest fraud.

                                    The main fraud they are doing that while buying this package they will tell you all the lie they can just to sell the product. While buying I got few good options to see in their stupid books but when we sent mail for booking we got this mail that
                                    "Kindly be informed be as of now we don't have association with those properties."

                                    So basically I request the complaint team to check this and get my refund asap.
                                    attaching the photo of bills and forms.
                                    Before buying we always check the reviews which are generally paid but no one checked the complaint site.

                                    Instead they are trying to offer me goodies with fake offers so that I can stop asking for refund.

                                      Always I ask for options, Your team is incapable of providing me best hotel options.
                                      I am planning my trip to Leh, No one is capable of making arrangements as per my itenary:

                                      12th Jun: Leh
                                      13th Jun: Hunder, Nubra Valley
                                      14th Jun: Pangong Lake
                                      15th Jun: Leh

                                      You team doesn't have tie up for above locations.
                                      Disappointed.
                                      After receiving apologetic email from the reservation team and confirmation from Kripa Shankar Pandey sir (Managerial department), that going forward he will be personally looking for my bookings and he has assured me that he will get all my bookings done at my requested destinations .Marking it resolved for now only by counting Mr. Kripa Shankar Pandey Ji's words. I hope the team will not let me down in future.
                                      Services are OK . I hope I will get my future bookings as per my convenience going further. I hope team will be able to fulfill their club member's requirements.

                                        This is the scam of the highest level which government need to focus on. The holiday package SCAM ! I fell into their trap on in jan 2021 at Holiday Inn Sec 90. As usual they invited for free dinner and free holiday voucher, accepting it was the biggest mistake of my life. When I went there the salesman started explaining the seminar that this offer is not for everyone it is exclusively for you and only valid for today ! They will start with your introduction and proceed then to show the beautiful hotels which is only in their laptop. They will tell you to accept this offer as soon as possible and will not let you alone until you pay the amount, Now the most important part they will bring the T&C for your signature and force you to sign it without letting you read it. DO NOT SIGN THE T&C WITHOUT READING IT. They will tell you that we live far from and we are getting late, these T&C are same as were told by the salesman but i warn you IT IS NOT SAME. It is completely opposite of what they tell you. Now, when I realized I have done the mistake I went to their office again & they told me to take the service and you will be satisfied.
                                        I again agreed to their freebies and planned a trip to jaiselmer location now when I opting for any hotel they are telling me it is not in thier list or it is completely booked. You can not get the hotels of your choices forget 4 or 5 star properties.
                                        They will tell you it is already booked or you have to pay as it is partner hotel. I again changed the property to check their service and ask for the options they again fooled me 3 star options.
                                        They gave me one hotel option in which they were giving me basic room while promised a superior room during meeting.

                                        Again, Next year . We looked to plan trip to neemrana and as usual they were not having hotel availability. They mention hotel is full and while calling hotel directly, they were ready to take booking. While quoting so to this fraud company, They started agin with their new excuses and finally offered just 1 star dhaba type property which was not accepted.

                                        Again, We planned for trip and asked for accommodation which currently is available on company website, Now they say they have no tie up with hotels.

                                        These guys are clearcut misleading and harassing customers.

                                        I want to terminate my membership because of all the above reason now they are telling me it is not refundable at all.

                                        Please help me to get my hard earned money back. I have not slept since then.

                                        There must be any law to do business here in India. Else, anyone can start anything and fool customers around and loot their hard earned money.

                                        It is a one sided agreement and the people here are not at all supporting. They will stop picking your calls once you ask for the refund.

                                        I request FCC to please refund my money back and not willing to use in future.
