[Resolved]  Future Generali — Malpractices & unfair business

In the month of august i got the call from an agent working in future generali insurance company. The policy was which was sold to me wasn't the one which i was explained to me by the agent, not only that he filled the policy document by himself but got my signature's on it which the agent ensured that the policy will be the same as discussed which i trusted also terms & conditions & 15 day surrender policy was never discussed with me. Secondly the policy has 15 day cooloff period which again was not entertained when i surrendered the policy & the same was rejected by stating that it's 15 period is over which is not possible as the office remains closed on sat & sun & how is that possible when the office's are closed & days counted. Thirdly i visited again to gurgaon branch manager for the same & again got no help in this regard. However despite all the followups, requests & complaints in their ombudsman nothing substantial outcome has been provided only they keep on saying to keep this policy since cool off period has ended which is totally not applicable as the policy wasn't the correct one which was initally sold instead i'm being told to keep the one which i don't want & never agreed, since t & c and the rest of the rules follow on the policy which i should have got & not on the one which i never asked. Recently i received a call from rajiv aggrawal who said is the funds manager of future generali head office in pune & he offered me to cancel the policy however with deduction which i agreed. As per his request i have sent my cancellation request alongwith pan & voter id card scans as well but it's been more than a week since then & i haven't heard from him nor the have i got any postal mail for the same. Kindly look into my request as this is daylight fraud & instead of cancelling my policy for mis-commitment they are asking me to keep this policy which i don't want & thereby sheilding the agent involved in such mal-practices. Please look into my complaint request

They aren't of great help & I had contacted them before but of now use, they are saying to keep the policy which I never (a) asked (b) agreed upon.
FG customer support aren't of any help as tried many times with them, but they are saying to keep this policy which I never wanted & agreed upon.

I did approach the said complaints cell much before raising concern here, however I'm not able to get through that either as i had escalted the case which is not showing any progress since then. Don't know where & how to approach regarding my complaint. I got a call from FG Funds Manager based in Pune named Rajiv Aggrawal who promised me the refund within 1 weeks time however it's been more than 2 months neither the refund nor the calls which I tried to dial were answered.
Future Generali is hiring people who are CON'S & FRAUDS thereby the company is duping people with their hard earned money & making profits from it. A very bad customer services & very poor cusumer centric. Only FG is concerned in duping people & earning profits from it.
