Dear Sir/ Madam, I have raised a query to Insurance company for the claim for third child with my Insurance company (Future Generali). I have got the written confirmation stating, you will be covered. Based on that confirmation I have choose Rainbow hospital. At the time of discharge they sent a denial letter. I need my money back which I have paid (75, 000/-) cash because of there irresponsible confirmation. Please find the attached mail conversation below. Thanks, Abdul Matheen

    I have received a call from said company and offered a policy, and details are attractive and paid 50000-INR through IVR in the month of Apr-2015.
    Till date insurance policy documents are not received to my registered address.

    Company employees are demanding for additional payment of 50000-INR to release the policy papers and release benefits as per plan.

    During their conversation they quoted that documents are available with my signature; but i am not signed any documents and not submitted to Mr. Gourav Pandey (Sr, R.M) Future Generali India Life Insurance Company Limited.

      I am the life assured of policy no: 00755568. The policy commencement date is 09.02.2011 & the annual premium is Rs.24, 000/-payable 09th February every year. I am presently located in Kolkata. I was met by Ms. Lovely Chanda, Certified Financial PlanningConsultant (code:[protected] who offered me a new policy - Future Generali Assured Income Plan (NLIP). She further added that my reference was provided by the company from its data base of the existing clients, as I had told her that I don't interact with unknown persons. After describing the benefits of Future Generali Assured Income Plan (NLIP) by Ms. Lovely Chanda, I expressed my inability to buy the new policy as I was already paying 24, 000/- pa for an existing policy. At which I was suggested to surrender the existing policy (no:[protected] so that my load could be lessened. As this was acceptable to me, I requested her to inform me the amount I would receive after I surrendered my policy. Ms. Lovely Chanda, informed me that I would receive Rs. 120, 263.63. Statement dated 19.12.2014 was provided by her. Accordingly, I proceeded to purchase a new policy in my wife's name Ms. Hema Gopi. The new policy Future Generali Assured Income Plan (NLIP)was issued to me with No: 01239146, policy commencement date 31.12.2014 with annual premium Rs.50, 514/- However, in 1s tweek January 2015 I was informed by Ms. Lovely Chanda that the existing policy[protected] cannot be surrendered as it has alock in period of 05yrs. When, I protested against the misinformation and the consequent loss & burden on me, I was met by Mr.Rishab Dasgupta, Certified Financial Planning Manager. Mr.Dasgupta heard the entire happenings and requested time till 14. February, 2015 to credit the amount of Rs.120, 263.63 to my account. However, I was told again that I will have to continue with policy no : 00755568 as it cannot be surrendered. On my complaint in Face Book, I received a call from Dy. Manager (Grievance) Ms.Vinita Crasto on 20.02.2015 regarding the subject policy. Again, this seems to have been an exercise carried out to fulfill formalities. Till date M/s Future Generali has not responded to my complaints on telephone nor my emails dated 08.March.2015 & 13.March.2015. This is purely a sales gimmick screwing the innocent public.I caution every one not to believe these people even if they are certified, because the company is also involved in this game of 420. Always take whatever they say in writing.
      Hi Rajen, like you there are so many people having faced nearly similar issues like yours. I am also one of the FGLIC insurance holder who was cheated into buying not 1 but 2 policies. I am palnning to lodge a complaint with the Insurance ombudsman and then after with the Consumer Forum. And I am sure if we all come together then we can get justice surely. I request you to file a complaint with consumer Forum if your prayers are not heard at the Ombudsman level.

          My policy no. 01252848 application date 16 / 03 / 2015.

          I got call from number[protected] from a guy (Sachin sharma & vikas sharma) that they are providing loan from aditya birla finance of rs 6, 00, 000 and this loan would be given against life insurance policy which they will do from future generalli. Firstly i will have to pay rs 50, 000 as the first premium and after this within 45 day i will get the loan. The also played a drama that they have checked my cibil score and ready to give me loan. I will have to pay rs 50, 000 for 12 years and in 18th year i will get 12 lac rs and from this 12 lac rs the adiya birla finance will deduct the amount. Then one guy mr sachin sharma [protected] confirm all the details. Then the lady involved in it says that she is not from the insurance company and from aditya birla finance. When i asked the office i was told that she cannot tell me the address of the office. Later on i got a again for the loan from the same lady this time i called aditya birla finance and they told me its a fraud call. Sachin again called me again and played the same story that we are providing you a loan of rs 5, 00, 000 and for this you will have to mortgage your policy for it. There was a long discussion where i was explained the process that some one will come to pick documents for insurance but he is not aware of loan so give him the documents and in 45 days you will get the loan. I told not to disclose to anyone in future generalli that you are receiving loan against the policy as it is a internal plan of aditya birla finanace and in all confirmation calls from future generalli i told that no loan is being paid to me. I was told that there would be confirmation call from the confirmation team and for the same i got call from [protected] and some mr. Avinash & rahul mod no. [protected] made he confirmation call for the loan and a brief about the loan. She also narrated the same story that we are giving you loan of 6, 00, 000 against the insurance and it would be deducted after 18 years and will have to pay the premiums. In the discussion i was again i was told not to ask any question to the one who will be collecting the cheque and documents for the policy. Here i would like to bring in notice that these people told me that loan would be given after 45 days and one can cancel the policy with - in 15 day of the receiving of the document. After this call within 10 minutes i got a call from [protected] and [protected] where again ms ishita told me that now i will get the call from insuarance company. I got a call from mr pankaj for collecting the documents. Where i told that i know you guys are fraud and after that there is no call from "fraud employees of future generalli" are you guys not able to sell your policies thats why you are making fool of people on the name of other company and loan. Other contact no. Used by this peoples are [protected].

          Now, future generalli people told me that refund would not be possible as it is 15 days already passed. Please help and refund my money as i need this on urgent basis. Regards


          Please ensure to take these people to justice that they may not cheat others with their hard earned money !!!

              hello, sir my self mukesh kumar. my policy number is 01258353 agent name AB Insurance brokers pvt ltd .my home address is BRAMAN V KIRAD BASTI WARD NO. 7 BADAN BOHAT BARAN RAJASTHAN 325222. AGENT call me and tell me about policy base loan . they sold me an insurance policy stating that company will give 3 lacs cash upfront to use and u can pay it in 10 yrs .the amount of being 30000/- per year. agent miss selling the policy. they fully convinced me. i m unware of all that fraud happen with me. when i knew about all that i submitted my bond to the branch office kota rajasthan on 19 th of may 2015 for the free look cancellation and refund my money back . i received my bond on 7th may 2015 .kota branch accept my request and tell me to wait for ten to fifteen working days, ur check will be delivered to ur home address. after 15 days i call to the toll free for status of my request .they tell me that company decline my free look request as the policy is beyond free look.company dispatch ur bond on 28 april.2015 so its in beyond free look.even i submitted bond in 15 days .executive tell me that free look days counted from the date of dispatch date of policy bond .sir how can be declined free look request on the basis of dispatch date .free look period is valid 15 days from the received date of bond .company dispatch 28 april how can be i received on the same date n time .sir plzzz help me .i m very poor person and i cant afford this policy . plzzz refund my money back.

              Yet there is no response at all .
              I got your reply through your booklet date on 5/06/2015 that you are not cancel my policy due to reason that you dispatched my policy on 17/04/2015 and the same was delivered at your address on 19/05/2015 via registered post with AWB no- RT[protected]IN.
              But this record is not true as per all papers i got policy on dated 7/05/2015 and i serving for cancellation dated on 19/05/2015 as per your 15 days cancellation policy process.
              The dispatched dated clearly mention on the bond paper date and code is RL[protected]/04/2015

                  Sheer cheating of Furture Generali, I have purchased this policy and distance marketing people said that I can cancel this policy whenever I want but now customer care people saying it can not be cancelled or surrendered before three years, May I have any resolution or I have to take legal step????

                      I have taken a Insurance of amount Rs. 99999/ from Future Generali India Insurance & Policy document received on 24/02/2015 in which term & condition were different, Premium paying period was shwon 2029 in place of 2018 . Policy Verification was not done with me & Phone No. shwon in document is also differ to my Mobile number.
                      Policy document returned back to office of Fututre Generali Insurance office at Ratan Square Vidhan sabha road Lucknow with in Free Look Period on 26/02/2015 . Now 02 month passed but premium amount not returned. Please Help to return the premium amount as early as posiblem.

                        Hi, I have been offered the insurance policy where the agent told me that I can get it cancelled within 30 days of receiving the policy. After three weeks when I went to the office of Future Generali on Kasturba gandhi Marg in Cannaught Place, I was told that the policy wont be cancelled because the cancellation window was that of 15 days. This was not update to me on the call also. Request you to kindly look into the matter.                             Dear sir,
                            I have buy a motor policy from future generali india
                            For the first time i buy a car so i dont know about the any motor insurance policy so i buy policy from future sales guy directly for best direction in same from the day one i follow the instruction given by them. After taking policy in 2 month my car accident happened & company dosent passed my insurance claim. They told the reason that still you are the 2nd owner & policy is in the name of you & rc book is in the name of 1st owner. I spend 29000 on that time on my car & after that i do the process transfers my policy as per direction given by branch manager of baroda branch & staff of future india & submit all the documents to rto baroda with 29000 charges paid to transfer the car from 1st owner to my name with gujarat no.
                            Still the work is under process of transfer by rto gujarat.
                            Now once again when i required to claim again a new reason coming by future india that policy is with the name of 1st owner & you have done the process of transfer from chandigarh to baroda so we are unable to do the process of claim pass.
                            I request you to please give my money back as amount of 9000 i have given for policy or passed my claim.
                            Because every time i am becoming fool & continuously cheated by this company.
                            Along this sending you the attach file of insurance i hope i would get an proper response & get my money back.
                            2014-v3090741-fpv-e001 against the policy no. Of future generali has done a fraud with me, now already transfer of rc with registration process in rto gujarat baroda all paper shown they are telling now the policy is name of 1st owner so they cant pass claim or registered at first time after given instruction by future generali team i transferred my policy to 1st owner every time these people are making me confusing & not registering claim i request you to please take an necessary action against them & refund my policy amount back to me.

                              I have purchased a life insurance policy (Ref.- acknowledgement number 52046448, application no./ proposal no. Ts5421681) of your esteemed organization on 22.03.2013 from agent with code[protected]. But i have not received the policy till date. Kindly look into the matter as early as possible. I would also like to mention that due to financial problem i have not paid the premium due on march 2014.

                                I received a call number [protected] on 20.02.2015 and told me she Neha from Future Generali and confirmed my name, D.O.B, Address that were given in insurance policy of Future Generali that I bought through RMP, a network marketing company. She told me company want to remove RMP Code from the policy and you have to deposit Rs.22000 and on 15 march it will be refunded to you with the installment paid by you ie Rs 8999 with interest i.e Rs 50000. Then she again called me if I was interested she forward my case to her superior kaviya sharma who called me through no. [protected] she repeated same story .on 01.03.2015 . Next day she told me to deposit Rs 20000 instead of Rs 22000 as 2000 discount . she told me to deposit amount in union value service bank having a/c no. [protected] on address sec 62 noida u.p on 3/03/2015 I transferred Rs 20000 in account through NEFT. She told me to send my id proof, address proof and photo on whats app on number [protected]. Instead I email her my document to khanna.[protected]@gmail.com. She told me that confirmation from future Generali will get on 4/03/2013.On 4/03/2015 she call as me favour that she going to marriage and company deduct some amount from their salary any give them tour . she will be busy in marriage she will be not going so she will be referring my number to company and I have to agree term told by them . she told me to refer the NEFT made by me in favor of the company that called me for verification from number [protected]. She told me that my NEFT will be used for future Generali only this for only confirmation you get some money for it and you will get confirmation from future Generali tomorrow.I did same way. But days passed I have any confirmation message from future generali and kaviya phone once picked up by some Rajeev and he told me she has gone to wedding and he will attend her calls and asured me I will get the confirmation message . other wise there is no reply from the phone.

                                  Birla Finance and will be deposited in January end. I am totally depressed as I cannot manage the policies on such a huge premiums. Please advise what help can be from your esteemed organization. I need to cancel the policy and get my premium. Kindly revert with your kind advise. After your kind advise I will proceed to further authorities as I have record all the correspondence with Mr. Ajay and his team. As the policy has made after communication with them it means your agency is also involved in these frauds. It is my request please help me.

                                    Future Generali Insurance has sold me a policy with false promise of loan against insurance. My policy number is 01239384. Initially the discussion started with loan at very low rate of interest and then they said that to get such a loan I have to buy a policy. They sold me the policy and now they are not responding for loan. For policy return, they are saying that no premium would be paid back. I am really feeling cheated.                                       I got call from a girl from future generali insurance.. She told that they are offering loans against insurance bond in 10% pa flat. If i take police for eighty thousand, i am el id gable for 8 lakh rupees to get as loan. I agreed for the same.. They were calling me continuously to collect money & they collected money for insurance policy... I got document by postal to my address. But now, no is responding & not picking my calls too.. I do not know whether they will arrange loan or not..?
