This is high level of cheating, sign forgery and miss selling. Policy numbers 01360543, 01359924, 1357945 and 01358062. All these were submitted for freelook at thrissur branch kerala on 4th august 2017 since this was a big case of miss selling, sign forgery and cheating

Even after submitting it on time we have no got the money back and i demand a compensation and i should have my money back.

Roy, lijo and jibin - 3 employees of thrissur branch have cheated us here. Even the acknowledgement slip we got for free look was a sign forgery and cheating.
Please have this resolved asap to avoid us going to court.

Freelook acknowledgement attached for reference and even this was cheating... As we have been told this was signed by lijo the sales man...

    Hi,

    The future generali insurance company is giving a lot of frustration to me. We have renewed the car insurance on 26th of july, 2017 with the full amount payment through vendor austin hyundai patuli branch. We have given all the declarations to austin hyundai that we had claims on our previous insurance partner bajaj alliance, but intentionally austin hyundai did not provide the correct information to future generali that we had claim from last insurance hence future generali had sent a letter after activation of insurance of 2 months that wrong declaration was provided by us, inspite of knowing the fact it was not our fault we have gone ahead and paid off the no claim bonus charges with the penalty fee of rs 1222.00

    In the meanwhile, we had a small accident in our car, when we asked for the claim future generali is stating that they will not pay any insurance claim as the data was wrongly represented to them. My concern is that these insurance companies are harassing consumers like these as when we have renewed the insurance the inspection of the card and the validation of the information provided should be checked by then only not after two months. It was never mentioned in the policy that unless the car gets inspected or the data provided gets validated the insurance is not active, then we would have never taken out the car from the garage. Hence we request you to please help us by able to get our claim from the insurance company. As we are in a big problem right now. Thank you in advance.

    We have already followed up with Future Generali customer care but they have not given any solution, they have just declined the query confirming they will not pay for the claim.

    And I am really very upset seeing the comsumer complaint forum that the process of resolving the consumer complaint is very slow.I you all treat the consumer like this then where we will go????

    We all look upto consumer forum to get justice from this type of companies and their torture but it is not at all satisfactory.

        Sir/madam,

        I am a policy holder with Future Generali with above said policy. I have opted and taken this policy in 2011 for its ULIP type so that it gives bit additional benefit than traditional insurance. After paying the required minimum premiums for 6 years, I observed that there is no NAV growth at all in this policy though the market conditions were very good. I have 2 other ULIPs from other AMCs and have been tracking others ULIPs too in the market and they are all performing good and given good NAV when compared to this FG policy (compared the gain with a simple cumulative bank deposit too and this FG market based policy was much worser). When escalated the concern to FG people, they kept giving worthless excuses on the market only as if nothing is working in the market and as if others also don’t know the market & other ULIPs. Without even average growth in this policy, but there were ‘n’ number of charges deducted from my policy as maintenance, this charge, that charge. After seeing the whole situation, I realized later that FG team must be poorly managing the policy just to get their own gain in terms of deducting charges but not concerned about others benefit. And they stopped responding to the mails too which is strongly considered as actions of frauds. I decided to stop further premiums this year for seeing it as a worthless policy and low quality service. There are 2 things which are much concerning and consider FG people as cheats and frauds.

        1. For whole 6 years with the premiums paid, FG people never bothered to manage the ULIP policy and to keep its performance below average level during even good market conditions. This spoiled the chances that the policy holders getting some benefit when going for ULIP based policies but end up paying too much charges to FG. It is not clearly known how this policy only getting affected by the market condition
        2. When I stopped the premium, FG people intentionally removed my policy from the market immediately which is fine. But the past accumulated profit amount of about 10, 000 or more was also disappeared. When asked, they lied saying the policy will not be on ULIP if premium is not paid. Based on my other ULIP policies for which also I stopped the premium for a genuine reason, I am aware that it is not true about automatic removal from ULIP. Before stopping the premium, I dropped mails to their support people asking about any impact. In a rare response from them sending the closure formalities, they didn’t mention anything about losing my previous profit amount and kept quiet on this like frauds do. When asked for a reference about the same in their own policy manual and asked about the disappearance of previous profit amount, there is no response at all.

        I request you, companies like this future generali and kind of people working in it should seriously be taught a lesson legally for playing with others hard earned money and ignoring the concerns from policy holders.

        Please note my policy number as 00747491 and as you said it is life policy only. When registering the complaint, there was no section to select the category and so placed the complaint as it is.

        In the past months, there has been no action or response from future generali to the multiple mails sent to those people. There were only dummy messages as they are looking into by some person named Dipti but never heard anything from those people in the past months. Please find the attached such sample dummy messages. Will it take months to address anyone's concern?

        And there was one call last week[protected] which may be after you warned them. I doubt that the woman who spoke really knows anything about future generali policies and even how ulip works. It was clear that she called to simply listen to the complaint again as formality and close the call. After listening to the concerns again, she said she will get back after 3-4 days.It has been more than a week now, no response from that woman.

        After no response whatsoever, I also registered the complaint on IRDA site which was attended by person named Pallavi. Instead o[censored]nderstanding all concerns deeply and completely, she pasted the very same market excuse (as given by future generali) for all concerns including the concern of response negligence and removing ULIP benefit without authorization. Knowing that she works in favor of future generali, I escalated further but she herself closed the concern again with the same market excuse. Not sure if she works for payment favor from future generali. Next is to write about future generali to insurance ombudsman POC here and take it to a legal case with all proofs of nowhere accountability shown by future generali people.

        As you see, future generali is determined and they are being negligible of the complaints raised registered everywhere including yours. Please note that this itself clearly proves the intention of future generali people and how easily they can get around every complaint board like yours. Giving some dummy messages and formality calls are not acceptable without any closure at all.

        Thanks for attending this complaint and hoping your system will teach extreme lesson to future generali as I have been showing to you all the evidence of their unacceptable actions including their negligence of action/responses.

          Above said member adviced me to cancel this policy and take kotak mahindra life policy with same amt. I am a needy person, i could not continue such policy. I have gave them policy docket as they said. It was oprated for pension plan. But they not discussed about policy details. But sir when my canceled policy return not found i was shocked. Please take necessary action to get back my policy amount.

When i bought it that time brokers told muchh benefits but that are muchh different as loan credits and sum assured and i got for my tuitions center but it is collapsed so i m in great trouble for economically so i heartily request to surrender my policy.                 Withe due respect i am sending this email to the concerned authorities as there has been no response after so many emails to the company.

                It has already been 12 days as of now and the company is still not ready provide me with the claim for both bumper and windscreen, it is not except able that why would a customer be treated like this if the accident is not justified to the claim handler???

                Sir,

                Sub;unnecessary being harassed by the company and the claim handler despite in zero depth car insurance policy.

                My self jatin chopra owner of maruti swift vxi no. Dl9cae6855 by the name of my wife name sakshi soni, have paid 14, 044. Rs as the zero dept insurance with future generali zero depth car insurance policy no.2016-v4772722-fpv last year 29/11/2017,

                It was the first week of this month i and an uncle of mine were returning to delhi from jaipur by the said vehicle and i was driving, at around 1:30 pm a truck fully loaded with iron rods and building materiel moving in front of my car stooped with immediate and sudden brakes, some how i was driving in control so managed to stop my car but with a very short distance, i heard a sound from the lower side of my car but the truck driver tried to flew from the spot as if nothing has happen, i quickly managed to chase and follow the vehicle for just few seconds i was able to do so there i realized about that sound and i noticed a sharp dent on the front lower side of the car bumper and some more minor scratches on number plate which were seems to be by those iron rods coming out of that truck, the driver and his subordinate managed to leave the spot becoz of the jam behind us and putting on the blame of the accident on another imaginary vehicle (An auto rickshaw as they said),

                My uncle said we should also leave this unknown place and should have some water ahead, after 2 or may be 3 km's we parked the car to have some water and i then made a quick check to see what else has been damaged, there i saw a mild scratch or crack in my windscreen along with the dent of bumper,

                This was the time i was able to recognize the marks of damage done by this accident.

                As a true car lover i somehow managed some time from daily schedule and one morning i reached to the maruti t. R sawhney motors pvt. Ltd at industrial area patparganj near to my office and residence on 15/05/2017 with my car and showed it to the bodyshop manager he quickly took my car and raise the claim after hearing my story, the claim was filed for the windscreen and the bumper to be changed,

                Now is the real harassment starts after i gave my car the survey was done on the next morning 16/05/2017 and i revived a call from the body shop department that the claim has not been fully approved in the survey against claim no. Cv798380 by mr. Zoravar singh and i wanted to know the reason so i took his number and had a word with the person who did the survey, mr. Zoravar singh no. [protected], he said according to him he is not finding this claim justified and though he can not provide the claim for both the bumper and windscreen together, now this was completely unimaginable and unacceptable on this matter, i have provided the claim handler some pictures of the vehicle but he is still not ready to understand how this all happen.

                I guess i should have not stopped my car that day and let there be a major accident so that in that case may be then i would not need to give so many explanations,

                After all this finally i have taken my car from the t. R. Sawhney and got the wind screen changed on 20/05/2017 12:51 afternoon and paid 4858/- rupees as they said that the money will be returned to my bank account for which they have taken a cancelled cheque from me.


                Since 17/05/2017 i have send this email and my grievance to all the authorities i can, i have received a call from the mumbai team of future group on 22/05 and 23/05, but today my call was put in the conference with claim handler, me and the executive, by which we have not reached to any further
                Conclusion so far, the executive is still not getting the words of mine and giving me an assurance by just his words to wait for more some days and see what he can personally do in this case,

                  I was promised that the sum assured will double after 10 years with guaranteed returns. But such details were missing when got the policy document. Asked for cancellation but company convinced me that benefits are included and wait for the bonus to see. After 2 year got the bonus and was only 20% of the promised bonus. I contacted the company many times and they even agreed that it was mistake from their side but did not agree for the refund of my premium of 4 years. Several times in contacted the company in 4 years but they don't like to correct their own mistake.

                  Created complaint in irda website. Company closed it simply with false reply repeatedly. Cancel and refund my money.

                  Such a fraud group of peoples. Please stay away from these fraud peoples. Never suggest their name to anyone.

                  Every time they are just showing the section no. of the Insurance Act. etc. but why they are not understanding that if we know and understand these acts, then why we go with such fraud companies.

                    This company denied to register my claim and asking for police FIR.
                    Because this company have some predefined scenarios of accident if you won't fulfill that scenario you won't get claim.
                    For example -
                    1. You can't get damaged front and back side of your vehicle at a same time in single accident.
                    2. You also can't get scratches and dent at a same time in single accident.
                    3. If you want to claim then get dent and scratch at same place, if difference they will find difference for 1 inch or 2 inch of dent and scratches then they won't approve. e.t.c

                      I have two policies of life Insurance same Future generali India LIC ltd, Policies no. is 01186754 & 01188274 during the yr. 2014
                      It is given by wrong promises & misguided by agent Agent/sdvier code no.80125730 . He was said, "I will sort out problems of refund with others company policies & convert amount with same company & "I will give refund the both current policies also, with full amount by cancellation with our hand within 15 days. But nothing done yet. He was cheating with me. my money is block with Future generali india co. Agent/adviser is not given reply & now phone no. is continue switch off, no.
                      I was given cancellation request to Future Generali at local branches within time ltd 15 Day. but not received refund yet,
                      please sort out my problems. Help to refund my premium with bonus.

                        Hello everyone beaware of these fraud future Generali company as I taken fresh policy pearls guarantee policy no 01320416 on 8 Jan 2016 I I got my policy paper on 3 Jan 2017 on same day I cancelled it as I m in free look cancellation as d correspondence of Pune branch told me u will get refund in 21 days so I waited upto 25 Jan but no fund is in my account so I enquired to cc they told dat requirements is raised fr signature I fulfilled dat on 6feb 2017 between dis there is no intimation from company to fill early now dis people's told me dat u r not under free look cancellation how it's possible dis is completely cheating

                          I had a policy in Future Genarali, Trivandrum. Because of my financial condition I was not able to continue paying the premium. Now the company says my policy is cancelled and they will not pay me the amounts I paid as premiums. I am not asking Future Genarali's Money. I am just asking for the money I paid to them since they cancelled my policy and deny everything. Please help Consumer Complaint Department.

                                Sir, my car met with an accident previous month on 13 september and i gave my car to workshop for repairs. Till today i havent received my car back and the insurance company is refusing to give claim of one of the damaged parts in the accident. Instead they are forcing me to believe that it did not happen at time of accident but was already there. They are asking me reasons that how it happened. Please tell me in the microseconds the accident happens. How can i give them details that how that part is damaged. On claim form i simply wrote that front vehicle stopped suddenly due to hard braking and i applied brakes but my car didnt control. What else can i write in it? I and my colleagues suffered serious injuries, i am thanking god nobody died in accident. And these insurance people want me to prove that the part is damaged in the accident. To them i will say that i am sorry i was mentally disturbed at that time so i didnt notice that what all and how the parts got damaged. The rear axle got bent and they are simply saying that it is irrelevant to accident. Was the axle not the part of the car? Was it not acted upon by the forces at the time of accident due to huge momentum.

                                    Such a fraud group of peoples. Please stay away from these fraud peoples. Never suggest their name to anyone.

                                    Every time they are just showing the section no. of the Insurance Act. etc. but why they are not understanding that if we know and understand these acts, then why we go with such fraud companies.

                                      Policy no 2015-v3901922-fpv 22.06.16 my car had breakdown as i was in near by bhilad i had try customer care i took long time due it was village area so i arrange a towing van and had call to customer care and took all facts and said i arrange before towing car o some sneha was there i am having recording of her call she said to me so i trust future generali and tow my car me u have to take proper bill and submit to our settlement team. And now all thing r done and i have call today another lady employee code 89305 she told me we cannot help you as you have arrange a in case of accident. We can help you is a future generali is a small company of the company any customer who buy 10lak car u insurance company think can lie to u for some amount of money... If sneha u employ had told me at first u will not get it.. I[censored] arrange a towing van i would not... Done it kindly look after the matter... At first when i took the policy same thing had happen... Payment was down on 5.8.15 and didn't got a soft copy of the policy was made on 13.8.15 and i got a call from settlement guys there v to rude to speck and told u bill cant be settlement kindly help me...
