Poor policy management, loss of returns, negligence of response

I am a policy holder with Future Generali with above said policy. I have opted and taken this policy in 2011 for its ULIP type so that it gives bit additional benefit than traditional insurance. After paying the required minimum premiums for 6 years, I observed that there is no NAV growth at all in this policy though the market conditions were very good. Policy surrender

When i bought it that time brokers told muchh benefits but that are muchh different as loan credits and sum assured and i got for my tuitions center but it is collapsed so i m in great trouble for economically so i heartily request to surrender my policy. Not giving the proper service

Because this company have some predefined scenarios of accident if you won't fulfill that scenario you won't get claim.
For example -
1. You can't get damaged front and back side of your vehicle at a same time in single accident.

I had a policy in Future Genarali, Trivandrum. Because of my financial condition I was not able to continue paying the premium. Now the company says my policy is cancelled and they will not pay me the amounts I paid as premiums. I am not asking Future Genarali's Money.
