My account got suspended yesterday. I can assure you I never used any kind of hacks and always played the game fairly. I was facing regular lags in my device and I was searching for a method to get rid of it. I used to follow a YouTuber namer m

and yesterday he uploaded a video about

how to get rid of lags, followed his steps

and installed gl tools in my emulator and

after a few hours my account got banned. removed his video after all these issues. I had no intention to do something

wrong it was all a mistake. I can't express how much disheartening it is

With due respect, I want to state that my In Game Name is Sonu_65 and my In Game UID is [protected]. My level is 64 and I have 5500+ likes. Recently in this evening, I found that my ID has been suspended since today evening(4th September 2022) as it states that abnormal activites have been found in my account and hence it has been suspended. I never used hacks or any third party bugs or glitches to gain unfair advantage. And I have purchased many In Game items using Diamonds via Top Up/Membership/Special Airdrop Purchase. Hence the money is wasted? Also I use VRecorder and XRecorder(Both Downloaded from Google Play) in order to record my gameplay in order to upload videos on my YouTube Channel as well as Instagram, named Gaming Xploration as you can inspect there in details. Also in my area, there are some network issues as fluctuation of ping and sometimes high ping. I have worked hard by myself in order to reach Level 64 and always performed as well as showed fair gameplay. I never promoted any hack, rather I prohibited others to use hacks and cheating stuffs for unfair advantage.
