Dear Team Garena, I've already mailed you my issue about my id whose uid is [protected], what and how my account is banned, I've been copied Garena free fire max from my brother's phone and never used hack I am a old player and I am preety must sure that you anti hack detecting system is not working properly and banning the account which is installed in game download via any third party device and I am telling you I am disappointed with this activity and I've not used hack you are making a disgusting act to me don't do this I am angry with this and it's my pleasure to see my account is ban I am right now writing this appeal while crying and I've installed game via copying it from my brother's phone because I don't have a recharge plan so you are making your game disgusting day by day and this is the reason old players are leaving this game because of this reason I am sad by the way it's all your choice what to do next

Recently I submitted a request to unban my suspended account in which I explained my problem, but today I remembered that in previous days I have given my account to my friend as he has been requesting to me for many days that he has to play and to show off to his friend from my ID, So I gave him to play.
Today, when I called him and told him that my account was suspended and when I asked him if he might have done something with my id. After asking him many times he tells the truth that, He had used some hack or glitch with my account and now he is crying and feeling regretful He told Me that he had watched a video on YouTube and he followed him and used that application. And he is my friend for many years, therefore, I trusted him and gave him my account.
But now I am facing a problem because of him and learned Never to give your account to anyone in any situation. Just because of my friend, my account got suspended and now I am not able to play. It’s my and my friend’s request to unban my account.
We both feel regret and sorry for doing such activity with my account. I hope you will understand and solve my problem as soon as possible. Therefore, I request you UNBAN my account.
