I can't play Br rank for the past 3 days now. Matchmaking occurs for a very long period of time and then it shows me error

In Cs rank, I end up getting matched up against hackers all the time. Everytime, I'm given hackers as opponents and I have the video clips to prove it. It's annoying

Free Fire support team should address this issue immediately because I'm getting tired of all these discomfort.
