they are constructing upper floor illegally...when complained earlier on actions were taken...
please kindly take some action and stop the construction...
all the construction material is also lying on the road and thus creating alot of problems for the residents.

Someone has cut the Ashoka Tree illegally at Hathi Park, Niti Khand 1, Indirapuram Ghaziabad. Please take some action against the person who has done this mischief & punish him/her to save trees in order to reduce air pollution....

Today I went to swarn jyanti Park and I saw lots of leaves scattered around and dirty toilet .I asked about it to the person who is collecting money 10 rupees per head which is entry fee ..he told me that is not my work ghaziabad development authority didn't passed any tender for this and you have to ask them
It is my humble request lots of people including seniors citizen and kids going there for walk. Many of them may have many problems including diabetes they have immediate urge . But toilets were very dirty . GDA pass tender to collect ticket but why they didn't pass tender to cleaning the park . Sabhi log tax bharte hai apka kaam aap kyu nahi kar rahe apki complaint kaun sunega

I had applied under refund management regarding application above mentioned but i have not recd. any payment by GDA still today, but on line shown payment has been done copy of this attched this matter. please look after this matter as early as possible with regrads.I am the allottee of flat no. Silver Oak-204, Madhuban Bapudham Multi Storey (Scheme code-818) Ghaziabad.
I have submitted refund application no. ORM[protected] dt. 17.7.2021 of the deposited amount regarding this flat.

In MIG flats number 94 gyankhand 4 Indirapuram a big tree which is full of insects like miilbugs, afidas .this tree is causing problems because all keeras(millibugs, adidas) are entering iside our home and its is difficult for us to manage .
So it is my humble request to you that please come over in our area and carry out some solution for the same,

कृप्या आपका ध्यान बी 17, अपर्णा अपार्टमेंट, शालीमार गार्डन, एक्सटेंशन 2, साहिबाबाद की ओर देना चाहेंगे ...हमारी बिल्डिंग में कई सालों से एक गार्डरूम अवैध निर्मित था जिसका बिल्डिंग के नक्शे में कोई प्रमाण नहीं है...कुछ लोगों ने बिल्डिंग में न जाने किस उद्देश्य से अपनी मेजोरिटी बना कर पुराने गार्डरूम को तोड़ कर उसके एक तरफ टॉयलेट जिसके अंदर govt. Electric poll को भी कवर कर दिया है जिसके कारण भविष्य में कोई दुर्घटना होने की भी संभावना है, साथ ही बिना सीवर परमिशन के टॉयलेट का कनेक्शन सीवर लाइन से कर दिया है और दूसरी तरफ से रूम को बढ़ाया जा रहा था...जिसका हमने विरोध किया तो उन लोगों ने अपनी मेजोरिटी दिखा कर हमें चुप कराने की कोशिश की तो हमने 112 no. Per unki कंप्लेंट की और पुलिस के आने पर काम रुकवाया और साथ ही जीडीए में संलग्न कंप्लेंट(जीडीए50518) भी की, परंतु हमारे द्वारा की गई कंप्लेंट दो महीने बाद यह कह कर निस्तारित कर दी गई है कि यह हमारे जोन 8 की बजाए जोन 7 की कंप्लेंट है, अब यह बात तो कंप्लेंट दर्ज करने वाले व्यक्ति को होनी चाहिए न जिसको हम एड्रेस बता रहे हैं ...प्रशासन की लापरवाही के कारण कंप्लेंट करने के 2 महीने बाद भी कोई परिणाम नहीं मिला...ईमानदार आदमी कहां जाए, न्याय की आशा में बिल्डिंग के इन लोगो से दुश्मनी लेली अपनी जान जोखिम में डाल दी...पिछले दो महीने से हमे परेशान किया जा रहा है...बार बार लडने के लिए उकसाया जा रहा है...हम क्या करें...क्या आशा करे...GDA से बढ़िया तो पुलिस प्रशासन है कम से कम 112 पर कॉल करने पर आ तो गए...अब तो बिल्डिंग के उन लोगो ने सब काम पूरा ही करा लिया है...और ये वह लोग हैं जिन्होंने बिल्डिंग में allready पहले से ही illegal construction Kiye hue hain... इसी वजह से वो हमारा विरोध कर रहे हैं ताकि उनकी चोरियां न पकड़ी जाएं, फ्लैट no. जी–8 में बिल्डिंग का कॉमन एरिया मिला कर LIG फ्लैट से MIG बना दिया गया है और शायद इस फ्लैट के पेपर भी गलत तरीके से बने हैं, , , फ्लैट no. 208 भी शायद illegally Capture है इसकी रजिस्ट्रिट भी नहीं है शायद... ऐसे और भी फ्लैट हैं बिल्डिंग में...रेजिडेंशियल बिल्डिंग में on road दुकानें चल रही हैं...जिसका हमने पहले भी जनसुनवाई एप में कंप्लेंट किया था...परंतु कोई संतुष्ट परिणाम नहीं मिला और वो लोग खुले आम कहते हैं की पैसा खिला कर सब काम हो जाते हैं... क्या यही सच्चाई है??? ऐसे तो इनकी हिम्मत बढ़ती ही जायेगी...बहुत ही दुखद है sir... क्या सच का साथ देने के लिए कोई कानून नहीं है... हमें कानूनी दांव पेंचो का नही पता है परंतु इतना अवश्य लगता है कि बिल्डिंग में हो रहे इस कार्य का तरीका गलत है... संदेह है की आप हमारी इस शिकायत को पढेंगे भी की नही...परंतु फिर भी समाधान की आशा करते हुए प्राथना है की कृप्या B-17, Aparna Apartment, Shalimar Garden, extn. 2, Sahibabad, Ghaziabad में हुए illegal constructions और यहां के समस्त 32 फ्लैट्स का निरीक्षण करवाएं जिनमे हमारे फ्लैट भी हैं... क्योंकि संदेह है कि इस अपार्टमेंट में कुछ फ्लैट्स illegally captured हैं और उचित कार्यवाही भी कराएं ऐसे गलत लोगों के खिलाफ ताकि समाज को एक सबक मिले।

I'm a resident of Shakti Khand-3rd, Indirapuram, Ghaziabad. Sir, we have been facing very foul smell o[censored]rine and toilet from the gutter in our house's ground floor since 10 April, Last year. I made many verbal and written requests to our ground floor neighbour but he and his wife has been very rude to us and making excuses so far like covid whereas he didn't ever wear a mask since day 1 when covid started in the year March 2019, we are facing nausea and sneezing because of that, we are inhaling bad air as me and my old aged mother are asthma patients since years, this neighbour is so unhuman, the neighbour is living in Niti Khand and. Another people are living are on rent at ground floor. my daddy passed away, he served government for 40 years with honesty and helped many people, my real relatives did social service for many years, but today we need your help, Kindly look into this matter and save our soul.

Kindly Share another phone number of Mr. Arvind Chaudhary, he didn't answer the call, I tried many a times. Kindly help to resolve this issue as it's pending since last April. I sent an email to GDA.Kindly call back to me .

I spoke to Ram Prakash ji.But he did not leave the ventilator behind, due to which our ventilator which is connected behind, has become very short of oxygen and suffocates.
We also told them that you have made your own under the map, but come and go against the map and have done this work.
Therefore, I request you to take action on this at the earliest, due to which they have done such construction and all this problem has arisen.

In locality of Nyay Khand 3 Indirapuram Ghaziabad the swear drain cap is broken from last 30days.

The drain is located nearby the flat no. 281 and it is in middle of the locality street and due to this it increases the chances of accident.

Kindly look jnto this and do the neeful.

One registry and on whole day...sometimes it was the server...sometimes it was the operator and sometimes some other reason but my experience in registrar office was a typical backoffice government experience even after so much digitisation by our respective prime minister.
Please spend the funds allocated by the government judiciously and worth spending time upon.
Please work on improving the systems...washrooms and office spaces.
If the government cannot do it please privatise the same.

It has become very dirty due to sewer pipeline leakage. Sewer line block also due to which water is not passing and the filth is spread.
Please get it cleaned as soon as possible so that health safety is maintained for the people living here.

This is to bring to your notice that a lot of street dogs have gathered in C block, Opposite Satyanarayan Mandir, Brij Vihar Ghaziabad, UP-201011.

These street dogs are biting peope in the colony, you are requested to kindly take appropriate action for safety of the citizen's of the colony.

I have raised my concern before also. Due to rains and more and more number of nearby residents throwing their garbage in the plot, it is becoming a hub for lot of infections and poor sight.
Please resolve it as soon as possible

In plot no 48, shakti khand 2 indirapuram, Builder has build a new building and facing the window and balcony to my building.
From its balcony and window there is security threat, From the balcony and window they can come to my building and keep watching to our flors and flats.
After asking so many time the builder is not ready to take action againt it.
Please look into the matter.

In plot no 48, Shakti Khand-2, builder has formed new building. He didn't left any space for ventilation and now he formed a balcony in front of our open space and he used our space also. There is a security concern in our building because anyone can reach our flat with this balcony. Could you please look into this matter on urgent bases.
