The mixer which I bought recently is giving bad sound and not grinding the food items smoothly. I was about to buy prestige mixer and aquagaurd water purifier. But the Girias agent promoted, assured and made me to buy Panasonic water purifier and Havells Marathon mixer. The purifier takes 20 seconds to release water once we the release button. The agent is simply arguing only first time it will happen, he has no idea what he is speaking.

Now the agent is not coordinating properly and being bit rude and disconnected my call.

I have sent my address to him to send a technician to look into the Havells mixer. It's really a bad experience. I wish to return this mixer and buy a prestige company one.

Bought at Chennai Trade Center, gave me incompatible sd card, no case which had to be included. Contacted cus care many times, bt no use, asked me to buy by myself. Dead batteries, neither could be used nor recharged. Bought new batteries. Again camera is not working after few months. So, i m done with Girias, nothing in future from Girias.

    I was purchased samsung ac in virugambakkam branch at 22 april 2017 they delivered the product next day itself but still now no one came for installation. At the time of purchase the girias person said you will get the installation on 24 april 2017. I contact the branch no one responding, one landline number was always busy another was always ring only going. So contact the r. H. O they gave me the virugambakkam branch manager venkat mobile no. [protected] i tried to reach the person on past two days he also not attending the call.

    I took stabilizer from Girias Mathikere shop Bangalore on March for my fridge and yesterday i started using stabilizer for my fridge my fridge was not getting On connected through stablizer but when i connect directly through main power fridge is working. So i need to know the issue for this.

      Hi,

      We booked a Daikin AC 1.5 ton from Girias Tambaram branch. The model we booked was a compact model but they sent us a normal one (big size-RRV). Unfortunately only my parents were there in home when the installation done and they doesn't know that we booked a compact one.. After seeing this we visited the branch and they convinced us that the model which they gave was good one. We were so upset on this but our mistake was that the installation was done and hence we were convinced. Along with AC we booked the new model VGuard Stabilizer VWI 400 but they gave us some other model and convinced us that they gave us a best product.

      With A/C, they promised to give a Butterfly KCP set, Prime Tower fan and holiday package as complementary. They said all these we will delivered along with the AC but they didn't do that. They said stock not available and will give it in 2 days time. It's almost 15 days now till yesterday there was no response from the store. So I called them yesterday, after a long conversation they committed that they will give all the dues tomorrow and they asked us to come and take from the store (PLEASE NOTE INITIALLY THEY WILL SAY THAT IT WILL BE A DOOR DELIVERY). Today when we went to the store they gave only the Tower fan and holiday coupon and again asked us to wait for some more days for Butterfly KCP set.

      Useless employees and worst service. The behavior of the manager in the store make us to think that we are buying the product in his money and we have to beg him.

      My advise is Girias Tambaram branch is not reliable place to purchase goods . There attitude is totally different before and after we pay the bill (after purchasing the goods). They don't know how to treat customers.

      Please look into this and take immediate action.

          Ac brand: panasonic. Showroom: trichy road coimbatore. After installation we found that there is no remote which is also confirmed by their technician. Even after raising so many requests and reaching them by person there is no use still
          They did not provide us the remote. Its going to be 15 days we purchased ac. Very bad service not satisfied

            In points..!

            * bought an oppo phone and it worked only for a week properly.

            * went back to them and told then about it but response was very bad.

            * they did not give a replacement and they only follow their rules

            * staff not trained well enough.

            * very very rude

            * no manager available for any decision making.

            * not one number of theirs are reachable

            * after several tries someone picks but very rude again..

            Over all bad experience, never going there again. I suggest nobody go there..!

              This is to bring your kind notice that I bought a Split AC from Girias investment p ltd. Roopena Agrahara, Bommanhalli.(lG AC split) on 29th march, 2017. The installation was done by SUBI services on 31st march which was claimed by the agent from Girias that it will be done by LG engineers.Later on after installation was done I came to know the four people from Subi services are not from LG.
              Over the installation part, that was not done in a correct manner the front panel inside the room was pouring water. We were told by the girias agent that the installation is freee but I ended up paying rupees 4000 for which they havent given any bill of installation even after calling again and again. Moreover the engineer from LG whi came to rectify the AC said you have been charged more on installation part for tape and outlet pipe and the piping hasnt been done properly with lack on instruments.

              The only thing I wanted to know the bill for installation with break up.And also when Girias claimed that LG engineers will do the installation then why inexperienced engineers from Subi services came to install the AC???.pleas provide with the proper pricing of the items used while installation.

                I purchased philips 39 inches tv on 27.03.2017 in your branch (Ns palya bannerghatta road 560076. But instillation not done till the day (31.03.2017)

                What the hell your company giving service to the customer, after purchasing product we should keep on remembering in your branch. If you can, t able to give proper service, close your company

                I should solve this problem within 24 hrs, if not, please tell your branch to take product back.

                    I bought ifb elite aqua sx 7 kg washing machine from girias at bommenahalli; hosur road bangalore on 13.02.2017 at 08:00 pm.

                    At the time of buying sales executive( mr. Shreedhar s) confirmed me within 24 hours machine will be installed.

                    But nothing has been initiated from their that i came to know when i called ifb helpline number.

                    It's quite disappointing about the service. Now i can't do anything untill my machine has been installed.

                      Hi Team,

                      I bought an Onida smart tv in which I received the only tv remote. So
                      I had raised complaint along with Girias team. After waiting a long
                      time finally we received the parcel in that I got only USB controller.
                      When I called them they said that charging cable will not be present
                      along with the supply.
                      So I would like to know if that is the case then how will I charge the
                      tv remote.

                      Please help me to sort out this issue.

                        On 25th Dec 2016 I have purchased Samsung Galaxy J 7 Prime from Girias newly opened show room at Yelahanka. As a introductory offer smart watch given as gift, but the smart watch which is given as a gift is with problem and it never runs even for half an hour. By giving defects product as givt they cheating the cutomers. I even informed that if I do not want a gift, there is a reduction in the MRP of the original product. So it means the value of the gift is included in the Original product and I have paid for the gift. So I hereby requesting Girias to replace the gift with new one

                            I have order refrigerator on 31/12/2016 in Girias Bommanahalli, i dont want buy there but my friend only forced me to buy, this is the first time i had entered girias, but they gave worst response, i have ordered refrigerator, sales person Mr.Shivu explained lot about refrigerator and we asked about availability he said its available in godown, we have paid full amount, no emi no load we have paid full cash .. still we have not received it, daily i am calling, the most frustrated thing is he confirmed it will be deliver on 1st jan 2017, so we have waited up to night 9.00 PM, bcz of him all our family new year plan ruined, really its irritating at least the can call & update status, then they said today evening will deliver but when i call around 6.30 PM no response from your staff, really its bad experience for me with Girias hence forth will not buy anything girias, rather than billing customer satisfaction is important ..

                                We purchased 2 Samsung products From Girias Hampankatta Branch Mangalore on 25th October.
                                They have promised & even they are mentioned some GIFTS in the BILL also
                                While delivering they said that gift will come later

                                But the SHAME to respected girias is till today we haven't got any gifts even we asked them for several times
                                Actually we haven't expected the gifts but DISGUSTED now

                                  I have got lg tv 32lb582b on 11-oct-2014 in girias trichy road branch coimnatore. sales person told this t. v has a diwali offer of 3 years warranty but now he is denying all l. g t. v has a warranty of 1 year. i was really upset about the words by the sales person and team girias in trichy road branch coimbatore.

                                  Now my t. v has a display problem it will done on chargeable basis as discussed with l. g. girias and team is full responsible to service my t. v and take necessary action to service my t. v with free on cost.

                                    I have a AC compressor fault for my LG Split AC purchased from Girias Tambaram, Chennai on 13 Nov 2011 and I lost the Original Bill. Upon checking with the store in Girias Tambaram, Chennai, one of the Representative asked me to draft an email to the Head Office as they won't have any bill recorded in their store beyond 2 years. I sent an email to [protected]@giriasindia.com requesting the Duplicate Bill and I didn't get any response or Duplicate Bill from them. LG service is very stubborn to fix the complaint unless I don't produce the Bill. LG Split AC compressor warranty Expires on 12 Nov 2016 and if I dont get a Duplicate Bill before the expiration date I eventually need to Pay around 12000 rupees to fix the compressor. Can someone help me on this regard. Product details as below.

                                      I purchased one LG TV from your cross cut road outlet 49" on which a co gift of speaker system has to be given . As u didn't have stock u promised me to give the gift after 10 days but even after 45 days your people are not responding and giving undisciplined reply and mostly they r not attending the calls. They r not bothered about the customer once the s ale is over . Very unprofessional and undignified people are appointed.they ask me to collect the free gift from the sales persons house who have sold me the TV. I know this will not attract your attention but let others know about your service

                                        I bought a godrej refrigerator at girias, bommanahalli branch (Bangalore) on[protected] with the following details:

                                        Model/year: rd ep 190 pds/ 2014

                                        Suddenly the refrigertor has stopped working from the past 2 days and i reached out to service center and the service guy confirmed that the compressor has stopped working and is covered by warranty.

                                        I missed the invoice and bill that girias gave while purchasing and hence requested for a bill and invoice copy. But they have refused saying bills are not maintained beyond a year.
