Many time phoning to Brigade branch : Mr.Venkatesh :[protected], no response

for one week nobody came for Demo . 9th your company people came for Demo and noticed damaged and they complaint over the phone to your complaint in charge and informed us that within 24 hours it would be replaced. But no one came and it is lying down . Kindly make arrangement to replace it

    I purchased panasonic ac from girias vijayanagar bangalore. We were informed installation is free but they charged for fitting charges associated with girias of 5000 rupees. Just in bills it's mentioned as free. After installation we had issues of water leakage followed up for almost 3 months sent email to [protected]@giriasindia.com but no reply. Contacted manager but he was very irresponsible even after visiting twice. He used to contact some one but no one came to correct the installation done from girias end. When contacted they said they are not able to contact vendors, instead employees were laughing at me for asking incorrect installation and worst services. I am tired of following up with girias who are responsible for incorrect installation and repairs. Please find attached bill and other details. Hope something would happen basis the compaints added in this website. Unable to attach the photos because of website constraints.

      Yesterday i went to purchase an ac.. I chose a particular model.. But they are forcing to buy another model which they are preferring as a new model especially mr. Kumaran who is working as a sales manager in girias show room in velachery branch.. So i googled the model for the review, but it's the worst in model and quality.. And i opposed to buy the model but the sales person corned to buy that model.. Finally i went out and buyed the same model in velachery vasanth&co

      Mr.kumaran in giras velachery branch trying to fraud all the customer with the help of supplier companies...hope he is getting good number of commission with the companies by making fool of trustworthy customers..I kindly request to take some action on the particular person..

        Hi,

        I am really unhappy with the service. I got a call for unavailability of the technician. The lady who called was really offensive, first of all i was not provided the service which was assured and on top of it, when i was talking normally asking to check for some other technician, the lady started talking in singular and offending tone as if i have done some crime. She dint tell me her name though i asked multiple times and talked abusively. This is not the way customer should be treated. I dint buy from girias for getting myself insulted for no reason

        Please check the number whom does it belong to [protected] and kindly escalate it to the top management. Its a kind request

        I have ordered daikin air conditioner on Sunday on 23.06.2019 in thiruvallur branch and today 27.06.2019 till now product is not delivered. Very poor customer service I have ever seen.

          I have bought a table fan on 09 april 2019 at girias store, chintamani signal, chennai. I have used the fan for two days. I am not satisfied with the product and i want an exchange with similar product from a different company. Kindly help me in this regard. I have visited the showroom for enquiring the same and they were very much irresponsible and careless. I spoke to the regional head office in shanthi colony anna nagar. They say they would respond.             Hi, i purchased washing machine and refrigerator yesterday at giriyas vijayanagar branch bangalore, but they are lie in the time of enquire (Product code and colour) and also they sent faulty scratched refrigerator. Regarding this i expressed doubt in the time of delivery and sent video of delivered item (Box). Today technician also visited and confirmed about scratches and complained to dealer. Photo snap sent to dealer.

            Requested you to exchange the product.

              Girias is the worst store for home appliance shopping. Purchased washing machine worth 34 k and they delivered damaged product 2 times and it took 25 days for me to get the product 3rd time finally and that too with many scratches.

              It seems you are doing favor by replacing the product. I would not suggest anyone to buy from girias ever.

              Girias is playing with customer's emotion and money. Truly pathetic.

                I purchased a panasonic air conditioner from girias, indiranagar. After purchase the sales agent mentioned that the installation was free and i will have to pay a small amount for any additional wiring that might be needed. After the installation was done, i was shocked when the agent gave me a bill for 4050/-

                The girias sales person did not say that it will cost soo much or did not even mention anything close to this amount.

                This is equivalent to providing incorrect information/hiding information and luring customers into buying the product and then charging hefty amounts in the name of ‘additional charges’

                As i read reviews for girias, i see that many other customers have faced similar problems.

                Request the team to kindly look into this matter to ensure than other customers are saved from this unfair trade practice.

                  My complaint is that the salesman Ganesh from HRBR Bangalore has never told that there would have been delivery charge for first floor after all the billing and at the time of bill handover salesman asked that it is first floor or ground and there would be 200 charge or carring the package but my first floor is hardly 10 to 11 steps and told no delivery charge and at the time is delivery the guy has taken 250 rs even after informing it should not be charged after calling the salesman Ganesh he just argues saying that this was informed as the package is getting delivered from Kengeri. See the package delivery is taken care by the company and should not be charged by the customers here all I see that they want sales and not thinking of the customer and not even telling the hidden charges. Such a waste service by the salesman Ganesh and the store manager where even he did not inform after the charge at the time of billing and I was at him only for paying it still he did not attar a word bad service

                    Sir/madam,

                    I am a resident of mallapur, karnataka state (Address are mentioned below). Last week i had been to belgaum, karnataka state for my personal tour. As i wish to have a “vacuum cleaner”, i visited “girias showroom” on friday (I. E. 11.01.2019) to purchase vacuum cleaner. Then i contacted a sales person, mr. Manjunath. He briefed about the type of vacuum cleaner.in that, i choose one eureka forbes vacuum cleaner (Wet & dry dx). But unfortunately, that vacuum cleaner was not available in the showroom. Mr. Manjunath promised & assured that he will deliver that item by sunday (I. E. On 13.01.2019). As i am a resident of mallapur, which is 180 km far from belgaum, and on monday i have to leave that place, i requested him to deliver that item by sunday. Then also mr. Manjunath confidently promised & assured that he will deliver that item by sunday (I. E. On 13.01.2019) at any cost. As per his assurance, i booked for vacuum cleaner by paying an advance payment of rs.2500/-. But i could not get the item even monday also. Then i came back to my native and telephonically contact mr. Manjunath (Cell no.[protected]) he told that after three days it will be available & he will dispatch the item by vrl transport & and for this process i have to pay an additional of rs.650/- rupees. Then i refused to pay an additional amount. Because, if he told about this situation earlier, i could have purchased the vacuum cleaner in our native place. After that, i have telephonically contacted mr. Manjunath many times. But no response came from that end. And moreover, that person does not know how to speak & deal with the customer.

                    Hence you are requested to kindly look into the matter & kindly do the needful at the earliest. Or otherwise kindly make an arrangement to refund the advance payment (Rs/-2500) which i have paid on 11.01.2019.

                      I went to buy new hand sent. When the executive mr firoz and mr shahid attended me. And give me false statement telling they will buy my old hand sent n deducted d same in my new handset. But i told i 'll give u after coping my data. For which they agreed. But now when i went to give my handset they deny to take it. They r cheating us.
                      I was very disappointed buy their behaviour today. I was telling them so poiletly but they were very rude to me.
                      If this is case how to trust u in customer industy. I can bring police. I have voice recording o[censored]r executives. Plz take action.

                        Hi have purchased the product from girias this is the second time, 1st time faced a problem with. Delivery and the product were in the delivery was done after 1 week but promised within 2days, and product delivered was not of mine, it was worth of 35000/-
                        This time i have purchased a fridge and the washing machine worth of 75000/- again delivery was late, and non o[censored]r technician reached till now, when called the particular store were i purchased, he listens my concern and disconnected the call 2 times, very bad service will never choose girias again and will also not refer anyone at my office and family

                        Demo REP keeps calling & checking when should he come, I keep telling product hasn't arrived.
                        I've lost my TV bill, and now it got repaired. For claiming Insurance, I need a bill copy. But Girias are not ready to get my duplicate bill. They are not even feel bad for it. Worst dealer in market. They don't have any credibility for customer service

                          I never seen such a worst customer satisfaction. I thought these guys for branded showroom, they have outlets over all Tamilnadu.

                          But this is the worst branded sales showroom ever..

                          There is no response from the manager VIJAYKUMAR. While picking the call he will Always say that he is on medical leave and I don’t know how this guy can get a 15 to 30 days leave.. And he is not picking the call from our numbers.

                            I have recently brought a samsung refrigerator in girias (Marathalli, banglore) while booking the item sales girl (Kavitha) told me its 4 star and told to bill for same.

                            But on actual delivery i got 3 star rating refrigerator instead 4star, when i call the sales girl she was very rude and saying me its 3star and not 4star.

                            Its not about the money i lost, but the way she is lying and talking very rude to me hurt more.

                              I purchases samsung 60ku6000 from girias investment pvt. Ltd. 5, rajaji road, tambaram west, chennai - 600045. On 6th nov. 2018. On opening of the pack by your technician for installation on 8th nov. 2018 it is noticed that product is old and used piece of 2016 make. So i rejected it and the same is lying in my house. Though the manager girias sales depot tambaram have been informed they have not returned my documents so far.

                              So i lost my trust on m/s. Girias for the reason of supply old (Display pies) still not respond

                                Hereby ordered for a lg make 687 ltr double door refrigerator at girias anna nagar worth rs 66001.00 on 11/11/2018, payment of rs 40, 00.00 was made, despite the payment the refrigerator was delayed in delivery of 2 days, and even after delivery the authorised company person delayed by another 2 days, when the authorized person switched it on, the appliance did not work, he stated the appliance is a damaged one, it was informed to the outlet at annanagar girias, the replacement is still pending dodging for two days, they are very irresponsible guys fit for nothing, bad administration.

                                Girias did not provide me with the gift which I had to get from the purchase of a TV they said the gift will come after 30 days it's been 30 days now they are saying we deducted from the bill but while payment they said that gift is from company so you will receive the gift after 30 days you come and collect from girias and now they are faking.

                                  We have purchased lg fridge double door (17gl) in the month of april 2018 and while purchasing they have informed to do spin wheel conducted by lg and how many runs we score we will get free gift according to that we have scored runs and we are eligible for gift of 24 pc set for use in refrigerator.
                                  They have informed that it will be informed and you have to come and collect. Two time we have visited girias and they told stock not available till today i. E., 2nd november 2018 we have not received any calls from girias. Even we have checked with lg customer care and they have informed to collect from showroom only.

                                    I have booked one bosch washing machine at katriguppe bangalore giriyas showroom on 28.10.2018, but still it is not delivered in spite of my follow up.

                                    Bosch company technicians called me twice for installation, but the showroom people are not responding and the manager mr. Anand says that they have no stock.

                                    Please inform the concerned to deliver it by today.

                                      I have procured venus water hester lyra 3 ltr r30 vide invoice no cs/abt/21700 dated 5th aug 2018. Observed whitish water dishcrage from heater just after installation. Informed girias ambattur branch. No response for a week. I escalated the issue to floor manager on 29th sep 18 he assured to resolve problem as quickly as possible. Venus heater service team visited home after few days. Venus service team beahaved rudely. Their way of dealing with customer over phone was absolutely ridiculous. They acknowledged the issue. I demanded for replacement. They hadn’t responded for a week about the issue. When i spoke to venus chennai branch sales representative ramamoorthy, he assured to resolve problem. Again no response for another week.in between i spoke to girias. Again there no response from girias ambattur branch. Finally i visited girias branch after i losing my patience on 13th oct and dropped my venus heater at the girias shop itself. They assured me for replacement. I have not yet recieved any replacement till today 22nd oct almost a month. I have never experienced any such worst service experience in my life time. This is really annoying a lot. I am planning approach legally against girias.

                                        I bought a panasonic washing machine on october 7th from the girias showroom on st. Johns road in frazer town bangalore.
                                        I was promised by the saleswoman sheela that the machine would be setup by tuesday morning (That is on october 9th). Hence i stayed back from work on october 9th for the tecnician to come and setup the machine. However i have spent the whole day trying to call the panasonic service center whithout any resolution and the girias saleswoman sheela is not answering my calls.
                                        Is this the type of service that girias provide?
                                        Then please let me return the machine and refund my money.
