    I purchased a led tv at girias, anna nagar on 07.07.2020. The same was delivered and installed on 08.07.2020. The very next the there was volume problem and the showroom person said the bring the tv and replace. I replaced the tv on 11.07.2020. It took 6 days for your person to come for installation and finally the second tv was installed on 16.07.2020. The very same day again same problem there was no volume and this time picture also. From 16.07.2020 i keep on calling the showroom person to book a complaint and send a service engineer. But to the surprise till today no person has turned up and the reason they say is the call center is not working. If it is not working its not the problem of the customer. Even a co-ordinator called me and i even complained to her but in vain. I purchased the tv for rs.10000/- and for the past 15days the material is ideal. This the way you treat a customer making him so much annoyed that i will never ever come back to your showroom and dont even suggest your showroom for my friends and relatives. Kindly inform the action taken against this and the persons looking into this matter so lethagically.

      We bought refrigerator 1 week back. It is not working properly. We bought many home appliances in girias but this product shattered all our good thoughts on girias. Without refrigerator during the lockdown time we are struggling too much.

            This is vinoth as i have purchased some electronic items like tv, fan, ac from your store if keelkatalai chennai 600117 and as i found that the product of tv and fan is not working properly from the purchased date of only 3 month and asso i have raised an replacement for the products via phone call to the respective manager but he is explains that there will be only service not replacement so i need to replace my product not to make service and use the product so kindly check this issue and do the need asap

              Hi sir,
              This is keerthi krishna yesterday i bought hitachi ac. Showroom manager promised me tomorrow difinetely technician will come and fix the ac. But now they are saying it will take time we didn't say like this. The seller has to stay on there words but they are changing really get frustrated. If i didn't get response soon i will file complaint against this... Please review and do the needful...

                  Had bought the product in 2017. Had a problem wth the chutney jar. Gave it for repairs to a salesgirl at girias (100ft road, indiranagar) more than a week before lockdown n left my contact numbers behind. I was not contacted in any way regarding the jar and wen i contacted them the girl said she wud let us know but dd not do so. This was before lockdown. This is the first time i have had a bad experience with them. Very irresponsible salesgirl.

                    Girias in malleswaram, bangalore, karnataka. One of the worst stores i have come across. I purchased a mixer worth 3700/- initially they quoted 3800/- when i asked for more discount they started arguing with me saying we cant.. If we give you we have to pay from our pocket. Then they agreed to give in 3700/-. Whereas i checked online the price for the mixer was 3700/- so basically these cheaters sell the product in same price as online and cheat the customer by quoting more and if proved then they come down to the online price. The sales persons were the worst!!! In this store... Worst buying experience never going back to this store.

They ran away, instead of waiting for the traffic police. Tried many giriyas showroom numbers, and they said, it must be one of suppliers. Can you please trace the owner number.                         Very very non sense. We booked tv on 10th oct, 2019. We received on 28th oct, 2019. These much days fully fake statement alone placed. Again we are struggling for installation. The contact person they gave to us, is fraud. From 5pm he is telling the same sentence as he will come today sure. Time reached to 10.38pm still same statement. What a ### my husband took leave for 2days because of there false statements. For this, they can close the ship & sit at home

                          13 th september (Cs/cbe/144576) i have purchased a whirlpool refrigerator from girias gandhipuram (Cross cut road branch) – coimbatore outlet.

                          I selected a model and it was told to me rs 26300.in the billing counter it was told you will get freebie of 1 butterfly induction stove and sony head phone).

                          I paid through credit card and asked for the receipt. Billing person told me “ it will be given with delivery boy”.

                          He gave me the butterfly induction with me and he said sony headset will be given after 10 days, he told me to come and collect there. I still requested you take both the freebies and give the cost discount in the bill. He said it is not possible since it is free of cost. After two hours refrigerator got delivered to my home, i got the bill too. I was shocked to see the bill since whatever he told me as freebie, it was charged in the bill.

                          On the freebie some percentage of discount is given in the bill, this is dishonest and deceiving. Why freebie is billed??. If the bill is given at the time amount is paid, i would have denied on the spot. Why they giving to delivery boy??. This is indirectly forcing me to buy the products which is in the name of freebie.

                          Regarding this concern i have spoken to gandhipuram branch, they were so rude and cut the phone also raised concern in regional head office too. Nothing is resolved. It is more than a month looking forward to get it resolved.

                            We have got one of the worst response for the issue raised by us. It’s been 2 months we have taken panasonic ac from girias vijaynagar branch, we have called the girias many a times from last 7days no executive has reverted back for service.

                            As its been 2months all liabilities lies with girias, so panasonic company is not responding to us. This has caused huge inconvenience, one of premier faculty of india has left the organisation because of mere negligence by your team.

                            If the matter is not resolved immediately we would raise the issue in social media about the inconvenience caused, we will take necessary legal suit against girias investment limited.

                              Problem resolved by us itself. We done the installation process at 12am. None of them would have been faced and done like us. Anyways thank you for the contact information at least given by your staffs.

                              No items will get after this from your idiotic showroom. Which makes us to get hyper, bad words etc... thank you sooooooo much again
                              My compliant dated 16th august is not resolved. Kindly do the needful or tell me alternate method to get my mony back

                                I am antony leo y, leaving in pondicherry. I went to the girias shop to purchase a ac. The response and other details provided by the team and management was good. As the hitachi ac i ordered was not available, the team told me to pay an advance of rs.500/- so that they will order the ac at the earliest. I paid the amount of rs.500/- through cash for a model which cost rs.40300/-. On 7th they phoned me and they said the ac ordered by you is not available but more advanced model has arrived and the cost is more. On 8th of august i went and ordered the new version of ac for rs.41700/- till now there is no issue and the team and management has cooperated and all the process went smoothly. I applied for loan from bajaj and the amount sanctioned was for rs.41700/-. I received the ac. But the only problem is the advance amount was not deducted. I went to office and asked to refund the amount paid as advance as it was not deducted in the bill. The management has said it is not possible as it done by the head office only. Hence i kindly request you make arrangement so that my advance amount will be returned in cash at the earliest.

                                  We have purchased 35000/- led panasonic tv in jp nagar branch ig circle. I have requested manager that delivery vl be other address. And fixing need to be in other address. Manager and his excutive commited the same with free of cost. After bill generated manager updating me that. There will be charge for delivery and fixing. And his behaviour is very worst. He his not speaking with me. Face to face. He his updating his excutive to deal this. I am not happy and i am going buy any more here. I am a permananet customer here.

                                    May 27 2019 i ordered for a sofa set by giving a token advance of rs 1000 to suresh representative.
                                    He left the company when i visited the showroom on june 11 2019.
                                    He has taken cash from me and not given vch also.
                                    By the time nobody has contacted me in this regard.
                                    Atlast murali incharge for this and took it forward and by saying it will be delivered within 10 days and 1000 rs vch also will be given.
                                    After 1 month i. E july 10 they scan the 1000 rs and send it to my whatsup no.
                                    Today is july 25 i contacted joseph representative. He said that sofa is ready. Transportation is problem.
                                    So pls give me a solution for this for not delivering 3 seater sofa for the past 2 months.

                                      Sir... I hv gone to vijiyanagar girias to buy a phone. The staff are so rude n laidback, it shocks me that there r no one to supervise. They all sit with thier mobiles n if we ask them anything they get irritated. I have fought with the person called dileep. He us arrogant rude n badly behaved. I wish to bring to ur notice that he cares a damn whether anyone is noticing r not. Kindly put up a cctv.. To monitor. The worst behaving staff i hv seen. They dont ask a lady customer to sit down. I want him to apologise. I[censored] care that is!!
