Hi Team,

We bought LG 49' 4K UHD TV on 24th Jun'18 for which Girias promised us to give 2.1 Speakers as gift within the 15 days of purchase. After calling several times no resonse frm the company n till date we did'nt receive the gift and no positive response from the company. Could you please look into this issue and resolve ASAP.

    Bought lenovo 330 laptop @ girias belgaum on 17 sept 2018. Box peice laptop won't display anything on screen at first start, went back to belgaum from hubli to girias belgaum on 18th september 2018 but they did not help at all... Sent it to service centre told me to wait for two days for the laptop. I had to go to bidar to my native. Went through lot of trouble effected me financially and mentally moreover girias staff did not help at all.

      Dear sir,
      The sales people in shimoga are completely irresponsible, they are not qualify for sale the product. Given wrong commitments and scratch cards, all are fake.
      We have visited to show room to ask the offers of scratch card coupons they are really very arrogant to attend customers. After selling the product they are insulting us. Totally i am unsatisfying with this sales persons.
      We are the existing customers of harsha show room shimoga. This is the first time we bought fridge and mobile at girias, shimoga. Now we are totally unsatisfied with your service and also we spread this to our friends and relatives. No one will come to your show room.

        I just bought new daikin aircondtion on (6/9/18)@girias investment pvt ltd chennai-21
        Aircon was delivered on 7/9/2018. Installation team came and fired aircon it was not working only fan was running compressor was not running
        So i need to change a new unit
        Pls
        Find the attachement is achement of the bill and aircon and installation team card

          Bought samsung washing machine from girias store at bannerghatta road ns palya btm 2nd stage vide invoice no ins/bt/52 (Price-rs.37001) on 12th august 2018. The machine comes with samsung j6 mobile as festive offer. While selling the sales person assured the gift along with the delivery on the same day. Post billing next day i was informed that the same is out of stock and will take couple of days to come... I am following up almost daily from that day but no response... Now they are not sure on the status of the mobile and says it might take two more week or more. I did a billing of total 52k on 12th aug and just to close the sale the store management is giving false promises... There are many cases of cheating like that with many customers in the store.

            Purchased ac 10 years back from here and now again exchanged it for a new ac from your mahalingapuram nungambakkam chennai branch on 15th august 2018. With in 1/2 hours purchase finished billing went on. It was agreed that as am working they would deliver it at or after 1:30pm the next day. And install it fees free. Even the old ac would be removed fees free. I applied leave but they never turned uptil 4pm. Upon calling they say we never picked up their call. I can prove them wrong by putting forth my call details. The person called mr. Saravana served us but later he was always said to be eating or gone out. He never bothered. When requested was answered by one manager mr. Vinod who just supported saravana saying we told them that we would not allow the old to be removed until we get our new ac. I can even produce all our conversation cd. Such money cheaters would bring down the name of their trading shops. Since he is powerful he may support his workers but what about customers? Hope the authorities protect their customer's.

              We have purchased aquaguard superb (Ro+uv+uf+tds) on 28th july from girias, bommanahalli, bangalore. Issue is water is not getting purified.
              Called salesperson of girias many times but to no avail. No proper response from them. Girias salesperson mobile no-[protected]

              I have raised complaint on 4th aug 2018 (Request no:[protected]) with aquaguard for water purity. One technician visited thrice and he reported issue to his boss, and informed us that they will replace with new piece. But nobody turned up.

              Please resolve the issue at the earliest.

                I bought samsung s7 edge phone from hrbr branch last year (August 17th)
                Now when my phone has a problem, i visited samsung service center in indiranagar.

                They claim that my phone is not within warranty as its been active since june 2016 and its a demo phone

                This is just not acceptable.

                I would like to take this to the consumer court and also file a police complaint for cheating people. I don't mind even posting it in social media so that customers are not taken for a ride.

                I need someone from legal to reach me to continue the proceedings.

                  I purchased a samsung air conditioner from giria's tambaram on apr 2014. Now i am facing a compressor problem with the product. Samsung service center refused to proceed as they wanted to see a copy of invoice. I went to your retail store and they are saying, we will have bill for 1 year only. Also this duplicate copy will help me claiming warranty with samsung. Please help.

                    I thought Girias was a very efficient way to purchase my washing machine BUT seriously girias sucks ask me why... All the payments, all the procedures were done to buy a new washing machine and the problem occured in the delivery time. It was supposed to be delivered two days back... When enquired about it there was a problem with the driver which is rididculous Please make sure you fire these people so that no such issue happens to anyone else...
                    This happened in the JPNAGAR 1ST PHASE GIRIAS BRANCH

                      I had purchased TV from Girias store, Velachery, Chennai-42 on 30/6/2018 and opted for credit card purchase through EMI scheme and swiped my credit card for payment of Rs. 48, 500.
                      The showroom person swiped my ICICI Bank credit card and issued a charge slip for EMI purchase and i was promised that my credit card purchase would be converted to 6 months EMI at 0% interest.
                      Howveer to my shock, the Bank has debitted the full amount in my credit card statement and when contacted, responded saying that it is the merchant's fault as the EMI scheme was offered by the merchant.
                      However, Girias Velachery showroom is claiming that it is the Bank's fault
                      Iam totally disappointed with such unethical behaviour of Girias and their non-cooperation to even

                        Hi, i am a regular consumer at girias which is at st. Johns road. Today i walked in to your store at 1.30pm to buy a refrigerator as i walked in a lady asked me what i want and took me to the section where the refrigerator is displayed & told just select and she started to use her mobile browsing through it and didn't bothered to assist me in selection. This clearly shows that this outlet is not bothered of sales and the customers doesn't matter then at all. Very disappointed with this sevice for the second time.. Last time i experienced a pathetic service when i purchased my television. Complained there to a another lady who said she is the store manager but she was also not bothered about the customer and didn't convince me to get back in selecting the product. So they are not bothered about the sales and customers... Very pathetic service and approach.

                          Today i. E 15/06/2018 there was an advertisement from girias in "prajavani" news paper mentioning that buy any mobile and get gifts worth of rs 10999 and buy any laptop and get gifts worth of rs 5999. When i went to buy a mobile in girias they said that if we only buy mobile which will cost more than rs 30000, gifts will be given. Then why should girias give false advertisements that buy any mobile and get gifts. When they have mentioned any mobile it means that any mobile with any price. Otherwise they should have mentioned correctly. False advertisement is to mislead the consumers. I have uploaded photo of the advertisement.

                            I purchased a tv in girias tambaram, chennai yesterday and they promised to do deliver and install today by 12 noon. Tv was delivered only at 4 pm. But no installation till now. Shop or service man mr ilaiyaraja not picking calls and in the end when they picked answer was highly irresponsible and rude that i should wait for tomorrow. Please don't treat customers like this. After repeated tries to the number i'm really irritated and frustrated to hear such an answer. We are asking service for what we have paid and promised.

                              I have bought refrigerator from your girias mandya showroom vide bill no fs/mn/1232 dated:[protected]. Now water drops is coming from the freezer of the refrigerator. I had complaint about this problem. Your showroom person had not responding for my complaint and finally the problem had detected from service person that the refrigerator top door had blocked from ice and it could be clean. But the water drops goes on coming. Really i got bad opinion on your showroom. So i request you to replace my refrigerator. If you not respond to my request i will file suit in consumer court and post this cheated incidence in media. [protected] nandini

                                I have purchased this product from girias, bangalore, koramangala branch on 30th dec. They said the product will be delivered the next day and demo will be scheduled on the same day - 31st dec. They were not sure of the timings so i was asked to stay home the entire day. The product was delivered on 31st but no demo happened. They said it will be on 1st jan. Around 3 pm on 1st jan, i got a call from ifb service ([protected]) saying it was a holiday and demo was not possible. It is rescheduled to 1st jan 1130 pm. I have stayed home on all 3 days but demo is not yet scheduled. Now, the coustomer service says it will be done tomorrow. I am never purchasing any product from girias or ifb or paytm. I had purchased products from flipkart and amazon and experience was very pleasant. This is a nightmare and i could not even go anywhere on new years.

                                No one from Girias Koramangala branch (numbers in the bill) ever answers phone. The sales person was not at all informative when I called the mobile number of the salesperson in my bill.

                                  We had purchased samsung led tv at girias on 17 october 2017. Girias promised gift items like
                                  1. Little silver stabilizer for tv 32 inch
                                  2. Iron box
                                  3. Head phone samsung

                                  On the time of delivery, delivery people told they forgot to bring the gift items and the told will provide it next day, till date not received and they are not responding for our quiry. We had visited the showroom twice but till no response from the concern people in the show room, always giving false commitment by in charge from girias people. Without having those mentioned items as gift why have to give ads and giving false words to the customers.

                                    This is to inform you about the poor after sales service by your staff.

                                    I bought a whirlpool refrigerator and lg washing machine for inr 51000.. From your outlet for which sales staff mr. Jagan (Mogappair branch, chennai)
                                    Sales staff told us that we will be receiving inr 3500 gift voucher.. Apparently only inr 2500 gift voucher was sent along with invoice during delivery of goods.. Stated inr 1000 can be collected during next visit to the outlet.

                                    Today i visited the outlet to enquire about the balance gift voucher.. Sales staff mr. Jagan who said gift voucher was given to us while we purchased the goods at your outlet.. I was wondering and he was such rude at his statement.

                                    For my understanding even invoice will be sent along with delivery.. That was usual process you follow..

                                    I was so unhappy with the behaviour of your staff and finally i was forced to prove that he is wrong.. This actually makes me not to buy any product in girias henceforth..

                                    Train your staff on customer service not only during sale but also for after sales..

                                      I have purchased lg 49 uj 632 t (4k-uhd) (Smart) led tv on 19.10.2017 at girias investment pvt. Ltd, salem vide bill no. Fs/slm/8463 dated 19.10.2017. Till date the same was not installed at our home. I request to make necessary arrangements for early installation. Even after purchase of tv on the festival of deepavali we cannot enjoy the moment. The service provider from lg service centre, namakkal came today and made very horsed conversion regarding fixing of wall mounting stand and left with out installing the tv. I am very much displeasure with the service provider. Even after making several calls to girias india investment, salem branch, lg service centre, namakkal incgarge, and its md, installation was refused. Hence i request you to do next step for the installation please. Otherwise take back the lg tv and give me some other product if possible.

                                        I have purchased washing machine @girias show room, in gokula, bangalore on 20.10.17, mrp told me rs. 26100/- based in mrp we agreed the final price of rs.21, 230/- but when i received the product mrp on which is rs.24, 800/-. They took back the product saying that they will deliver the product with mrp of rs. 26, 100/- but so far they have not delivered the washing machine.
