Bought a water heater on 15/09/2015, from girias - no. 151 lb road, adyar, chennai 600 041. Ph. No.[protected]. But found it wasn't proper for my residence, returned the product for an exchange. Waited for one month for exchange but nothing was done. Hence asked them to cancel the order and pay the money back of rs. 9800/-. Till date (05/01/2016) the amount has not been paid. I visited the shop three times for the money. They informed me will be posting a cheque to my residence. Have been calling one mr. Praveen, ( [protected]). For the amount.

    Hi..im vilas fm ulsoor i was purchased whirlpool washing machine and micro oven same day...fm girias 100 ft road on 4 Dec 2015... But when delivered time of item washing machine is safe ..but micro oven was dentended and damage... I was complaints tn they hs been chanced but they also damage..again i was complaints.. But next time same oven delivered but there cover chanced by manually.. This is chitting with me...plz sir i request to you provide original manufactured oven to me...my cont no..[protected]..

      Girias representative Charan (LG rep in Girias) cheated me to buy a Airtel dish TV connection for 1600 and said he cannot bill it now since they are giving as a free offer to me. I bough a LG 32 inch LED TV (23, 000 rupees), Pigeon 3 burner gas stove (6, 000 rupees), Prestige Induction Stove (2, 000 rupees), Cookware set (800 rupees). Because of the floods in Chennai we cannot transfer it to Bangalore and when we enquired he said he will arrange for it. After 1 week when we enquired for that he said we did not pay anything and we need to pay 1600 extra to get the same. Such a cheat and he is telling we did not understand him properly. When we spoke to the manager he said everything is ok and we have paid the amount. So be careful in future in Girias get a handwritten copy of any bill not coming in the records so that you are on safer side. SO PLEASE DONOT GO TO GIRIAS.

        We ordered a Panasonic 60" Tv and TV was not delivered in time. After calling a couple of times at 9:30 in the night the TV was delivered. Even though it was a free delivery the delivery person demands 200 rs and after lot of talking he took 200 rs and murmurs something and leaves the place. It is very disappointing after ordering a product worth more than 90k this is definitely not what we expect. And things doesn't end here. To install TV no one comes in next day even though a person contacts for address details never calls back. We tried calling this installation person, he doesn't responds at all, we called girias sales guys he also doesn't respond. We even called girias customer care no one is responding here as well. We have ordered 90k product and we don't see any responsibility that a seller should have on a customer. Really disappointed.

          Hello All,
          I recently purchased LG washing machine, Food processor, TV and Water purifier but i got the service after one month i purchased the items.Please beware of this Girias the worst service provider in Bangalore.
          Before purchasing the items make sure from Girias, the service will provide at least from one day r two day or with in a week from date of purchase.

            Dear Sir/Madam, Subject:Complaint against PIGION GEYSER-NO Support or replacement. Dear Sir, We have purchased Pigeon Geysers 25 L dated 16-Aug-2015 in Giriyas -Indiranagar branch, Bangalore.I have been complained of water leakage from the geyser on Oct-3. After so many followups did not get proper response and finally it has been forward to end product vendor by Giriyas to Pigion company. One representative from pigion company visited and confirmed tank bursted and replacement will be provided. Approximately 23/Oct he has confirmed on 06/Nov replaced the tank kept on ground went away on the assurense of coming tomorrow.Then the tomorrow never comes.What we found is today again tank water is leaking and 90 Deg cutoff thermo tripper is missing. I have been calling to Nanjappa whos mobile number[protected] and Sandeep from Pigeon [protected]. There is no response so far and struggling for solution.After replacement of the tank still there is an issue with water tank no one is responding. Kindly do the needful in resolution.               My name is Arun. We purchased two products fom girias on 3rd oct 2015(saturday). They promised me that they will deliver the product the vary next day which was on 4th oct 2015. Today when i called they are saying that they had called me many times and i did not pick the call. The delivery number given to them was both my number and my wife's number. However iam not a fool to ignore calls which come to my mobile. They said i will get the products tomorrow and they are not sure about the timing. Is this how they treat their customers. The staff at the receiption desk is such an irrirtating person who takes the call and speaks as if i have lended money form her. Pthatic.This was the first and worst experiance with them. The staffs are beliving their delivery driver and not the customer words.

                Dear Sirs, Earlier i have complaint again same problem only 3 month happened gas filled after that not used . yesterday used A/c is not cooling the room your person has not fix the problem correctly of earlier gas linking . I request u please send your person to fix the problem and make A/c cooling or replace the A/c .

                Dear sirs, Today Technician has come and told us their is no gas .so their is no cooling . this happened because of installation not done correctly so gas liking happened . so I request u please fill up gas from your side urgent . your a/c I not been used . please reply urgent and fill up gas .this summer altest I can use a/c when I purchased that time bangalore was cool so i not able to use .

                  Sir, We have purchased an Electrolux 1 ton split AC. Bill no CRS/ML/6340 dated 1 March 2016, with an assurance that the AC will be fitted within 2 days but the delivery was done on 7/3/2016 even after the payment was done so far nobody has attended to install the Ac till today. While contacting your showroom at Kadri Road, no fruitful response has come and the staff were behaving in a very irresponsible way. I have no not he option but to go to the courts. This is for your information.

                    Recently we purchased a LED TV in Girias at ambattur branch and asked quotation for Philips and Samsung. At that time we asked, is there any gift for this, as they put banner in front of the shop like..'Exciting gifts..etc' and they said you will get Girias travel bag as a gift.And later we purchased samsung LED tv 32 inches worth rs 23, 500 through credit card EMI and forget to get the gift on that day. As TV was delivered next day, but gift was not delivered..When we called, one guy is saying that in EMI you will not be eligible..As they already know we are buying through EMI and then only said about the gift. Later I went to the shop and shop manager is saying we are not offering gift for samsung[as samsung is very good in sale..we said only for philips. I agree that bag is not worth that much, but my concern is why this many different lie talks for a single luggage bag
                    As i bought a LED sony tv on 01/11/2015 at the time of deepawali offer. At that time it is written on the tv that a sony earphone is free with this tv. I bought the tv and they mentioned the earphone and tv in the bill. But till now they hadn't given any gift today is 10/12/2015.. i had gone 6 times to the showroom but they r always making some excuses... this is about the showroom which is situated medavakkam main road... it is my first and last time... iam not going to buy anything from GIRIAS stores...
                    They r cheating the costumers... its my personal opinion that no one should go to these stores
                    But thank god iam having the proof as bill and i will give them one more warning and after that iam going to file a case against them
                    Its not the thing about an earphone but its about the trust and the respect.
                    The main thing is that your GIRIAS stores r running bcoz of the costumers only so respect costumers.
                    I think customers will read this review and think before going to girias

                      I have ordered for 4 products today, and the delivery after the billing was denied the same day. I had informed the salesperson the condition of purchase will be delivery if it is the same day. I was on my week off. Later I was informed to pay the delivery person Rs 200/-which was not informed to me before billing. I want to have this transaction cancelled and the money refunded to my credit card immediately without any delays. Failure to do so would invite approaching the consumer court for this petite issue. I had visited as this was a new store and saw a paper add. No gifts were offered even after request. This to me was a very worst experience.

                        Had booked for 2 air conditioners at adyar, chennai by paying a token advance of rs13000. Within a week when i enquired the price at other outlets the price per air conditioner was actually lesser thatn giriyas price by rs2500. When i asked them what to do, they said they will match this price and deliver at the same reduced price.When i went physically they stook their words back and said they cannot match the price. Since the difference was hugehad told them to cancel and refund the amount, they said that they will take about a week to refund. Now i am a senior citizen living about 40 kms from adyar showroom and personally went 4 times in the last one month and almost every day talk to them over the tel. Most of the time they do not liftthe call. When they respond standard answer --it will take 3 days --that three days have not come till thi date even after a month they have excuse like md not in town, not signe d cheque, no money etc etc. I cannot understand such flimsy reaasons i am asking only my money with them.Till date they have not refunded the amount

                            I purchased an a/c from girias(washermanpet) bill no cs/wpt/1928 on 18 may 2015. I was promised for 3 gift items that includes holiday package, induction cooktop, tower fan, First i was fooled regarding the holiday package telling i would get a stay at a star hotel but after talking to the concern person i come to know that its a lodge where they will allocate my stay. Now its been more than a month i still did not received my other two gift items. Tired of calling the person in charge. They have clearly mentioned grace time of two weeks from the delivery date to send the gift item. Seeing the legal procedure againt whome do i file a case in the comsumer forum? Should i send a notice to old washermenpet branch or to the head office Resolve this as soon as possible Hitesh surana [protected]

                              I puchased a washing machine from Giras Marathahally branch on Sunday. Before billing the store manager told they will deliver the washing machine on Sunday evening. After the billing they promised to deliver on Monday 3 PM. Till tuesday 8 AM the washing machine is not delivered and no one is picking the call on which ever number they had given me to contact them. Now I need to visit the branch to cancel the product. Not sure what kind of quality product they will deliver as I totally lost faith in them. Big cheaters... I should have read the reviews on them in Mouthshut, they I wouldnot had made this mistake of going to them for purchasing something.

                                Sir, I have purchased samsung LED UHD 3D tv on 19/10/2014 from your Giriyas virugambakkam branch.After purchasing I came to know the 3D features is not available in TV. the store people told its a 3D LED UHD tv and my bill also shows the same(invoice attached herewith). I have purchased this TV based on based on the promising features o[censored]HD and 3D with inbuilt WIFI. But your branch people misleaded me and delivered a product that not meeting my requirement. this is clear way of cheating and the product was non functional past one month. samsung service engineer tried to rectify the issue more than six times by visiting my house and they could not even identify the problem. then they have taken my TV to their factory. the problem repeated again the same day of return of the product. Again they have taken the TV to their workshop and done some changes and return. now the TV is functional but I am doubting the integrity and reliability of the system because it took them one month for identify and rectification of the problem. i need a clarity regarding the specifcation mismatch in the TV that you assured while purchasing. if the 3D feature is not available in the existing product I need a replacement with all the features that you promised at the time of purchase(as per my invoice). I purchased this TV using finance option from your virugambakkam branch and still paying the dues. so I need an amicable solution and expecting your early reply. Regards Ajesh kumar V

The fridge had a physical damage and the LG service engineer ordered for a replacement. The replacement did not reach in the stipulated time. As a last resort, this was informed to Girias.                                     I purchased a laptop from Girias, Kalyannagar, Bangalore.The customer service is very very bad and sick.They said as per the paper advt they are giving away 10 in 1 accessories.When I took them home and checked, the laptop bag was torn.I went back for a replacement, argued and got a replacement.Next day I realised they had given me a small size laptop surface protecter skin.Also I noticed the screen guard did not stick and so did the touch pad guard. So it shows they are giving away waste material in the name of freebies but are actually charging the base fee for the same.
