      Dear Sir,
      I have purchased a Samsung front load washing machine(WW80K54EO WW 8 kg 1400 rpm with Add wash) -bill no. 12305 dated 21.12.2020 and samsung double door 345 L refrigerator - bill no. 1582 dated 21.12.2020 from dealer Girias Tiruppur on 21st of December 2020. I have received delivery of both the products from your Nagarcoil branch.

      The delivery of Samsung refrigerator is ok.

      But in respect of washing mschine I got cheated by your staff by dumping a 2 year old (Manufactured date April 2019) with full of scraches and patches on top edges snd top cover.
      It was delivered and the Company package was opened by Samsung demo person only and we found the following issues:

      1. The inlet hose was some domestic local inlet pipe along with the machine in place of Samsung branded inlet pipe. This itself shows that you dealer at Nagarcoil has repacked old goods after applying chemical or sand paper which resulted in scraches.
      2. Machine is 2 years old (Manufactured date April 2019) with full of scraches and patches on top edges snd top cover. You note that the warranty cover is 3 years by company.
      3. Machine was dumped in your godown or being used as a display piece or used product and it is repacked with some local inlet pipe after tampering the paint and dumped to my house.

      I want to know is it a policy of girias to Deliver 2 year product to customers by marketing as "lowest price guaranteed". You may answer me is this the professionalism a customer can expect from a private limited company Girias India Investment private limited. Is it correct from a dealer to sell 2 year old product(marketed and sold to me that the ecobubble model is newly introduced model launched in 2020)which is evident from manufacturer date pretending as new product?

      You may note that i am a 25 year old loyal customer of Samsung and first time i am having a bad experience after purchasing a Samsung product from Girias India

      Is it correct that complaint resolution takes more than a month for a complaint which is clear that the customer got cheated? You may note that the machine is kept idle for more than a month and have not used it since purchase and i will not use that Samsung product unless the complaint is resolved.

      My troubles and pain caused on purchase of new Samsung product by me and issue regarding the same is not yet resolved even after lapse of a month.

      For negligence or irresponsibility and cheating by your staff I am getting affected and causing unnecessary mental stress and agony after paying for a samsung product.

      The matter was referred to Samsung also and as per the resolution informed to me after their investigation it was told to me that i will get replacement of this old second hand product. However your staff offered me of discounts. You may note that i I don't want any discounts for accepting this 2 year old product

      So expecting justice I am contacting you for early resolution for my issues with Samsung product.

      Hoping a positive resolution in this case where your staff has really cheated the customer whoch is clearly evident from the facts mentioned above

          we purchased fridge on 25/12/2020 including stand . but they supplied the wrong product i, e the stand doesnt fit to the fridge . We returned the product on next day and they promised that they will return the cashback within 3days . But till now we didnt got any refund yet and we called the girias showroom thiru vi ka branch but no response yet . At the time of purchasing gift product ( roti maker) has no been given yet and they have mentioned in the bill . This is how they are responding to the customers by not giving a proper reply kindly sort this problem at the earliest

            HI,
            This is Prasanna Kumar M, i booked lg washing machine FHT1207ZWL on[protected], but still i havent recieved the product. when i went there and enquired each time they are telling different time but the product still not delivered.
            firstly they said monday morning, than evening & and tuesday around 4. but still i havent recieved product and moreover they are not receiving the call and salesman contact person number contains only 9 numbers.
            kindly do the needful as soon as possible.

                Bought a washing machine from girias. From day 1 it had fault. It makes too much of noice while washing. Looks like someone banging from inside.
                Service person said floor levelling issue. Even our old samsung washing machine was kept in same place but that never made this much noise

                We would like to have a replacement of the product

                  My self shilpa and my husband name is hanumantharaju we purchased fridge in our husband name, his contact number [protected] my number [protected] and nelamangala girias showroom and advisor is Shivu maybe actually he given delivery as defective piece and we are requested to exchange and one more piece is also given defective,
                  And we received that piece but now that fridge is very poor because its spreading more fogg in freezer and making ice cube on all itams and we informed to advisor he taking as irresponsibility we are sufferd so much from girias very hurted

                    I have purchased a HP laptop and they gave the worst product which is totally slow. The executive told the laptop cost 31990/- and additional purchase of mouse, antivirus and headset cost 650/- he didn't show me the model before I purchase and after billing he gave the product. Later I checked that the laptop doesn't work properly. The laptop MRP is 31600/- including all taxes. Need to be very much carefull. As they make us pay above MRP without coming it to our knowledge.

                    HP Ryzen 5 series of the same model cost 30990k but they gave HP Ryzen 3 for the price of 32000/- but the actual Ryzen 3 price for this model is 27990/- and in the bill they charged for laptop bag also even it's free

                        I wanted to buy OG Split AC and Approached here. They said, They didn't have the stock and I need to pay Rs 4000/- as advance to source the AC.

                        On 14/10/2020 I paid Rs 4000/- as advance and they said, I can take the AC from their Shop on 16/10/2020.

                        After this incident there were No update from them. I waited till 18/10 and called them. They said various excuses and asked me to pay the balance. finally I got the update that on 20/10/2020 and my product was ready. i.e. after 7 days from my advance.

                        I went there and paid the balance. At that time the manager said, They received the product on 16th itself. Don't know where was the gap

                        It was delivered on 21/10/2020. Now the Installation Part, No one ready to help on this installation. Manager said, The OG technician will come to install... But its not happened. Yesterday I raised compliant through their Customer Compliant No[protected] about this... However nothing happened.

                        Finally one of my friend is working at Fujitsu. Through him, I reached the OG directly and my installation was done by them few minutes back.

                        Girias don’t care about the customer after payment

                        Before payment Girias will frequently follow-up you and motivate
                        you. Upon payment, Customer need to follow-up Girias about the
                        status of delivery or availably of product etc

                        You need negotiate lot to get your product in the right price. Do some
                        homework about the product price (the one you are going to buy)
                        and finalize the deal. Don’t fall on free offer, 0% EMI…etc

                        Though I planned to buy couple of consumer electronics here this month... Now I withdrawn my decision. They are good at selling and not for after sales support.

                            I had purchased a Whirpool Refrigerator 340 lit, 3 star from Girias, Bannerghatta road, Bangalore. They charged me 32400 rs including GST, (Invoice no- CrS/BT/1343) also include the exchange of my old Refrigerator. After purchasing in the evening when I checked the price of the same product at Whirpool India website the price is lesser than 1000 rs. That means if the exchange has not been given the price will be more, now how it can be possible that you are charging the higher price than the company website price? And also you people fooling us. I had enquired same to the same Girias store, the store manager not able to give proper answer and told they will give more discount next time. But I am not satisfied with this answer. So I want the justification from your side how you people charging higher amount than the company webside price.

                              Please find attached the bill where we purchased a led and suppose to get audio sound bar along with it. This is mentioned in the bill also. It is been almost 4 months we are waiting and inspite of so many followup, we are not getting proper response.

                              This is being very much frustrated, like until the sale the, treatment is different and after purchase they customer treatment is very poor. This has affected our trust towards girias.

                                I purchased one ifb microwave oven (25sc4) from this girias show room at rt nagar, bangalore, but after sell on 12 sep, till date thay could not arrange a demo/installation. I called the store manager over phone several times but she is not bothered to listen to me or give me a feed back.
                                I called ifb customer care many times but their customer service is also not so much bothered about the customer, they talk so arrogantly and not giving any consideration to a senior citizen.
                                I now assume 1. I have done a great mistake by purchasing a product from girias. 2. My mistake is i opted for ifb product whose customer services are not at all good whereas while purchasing girias told me that ifbs cs is very good which is not proved to me.

                                  I purchased a water purifier which was quoted as around 11, 700 before purchase and i made payment before bill and post payment bill is generated as 9067.80 for purifier and copper water bottle costing 892.86 and gst of 1739.34 there was no total amount mentioned on bill and it is hand written wen i enquired they are saying the bottle is free and printer is not working etc etc ., very poor response from the manger too he is giving a statement that i should have checked the bill
