      Did my Ac installation through Godrej in month of July.It was a very bad experience .They took many days to finish installation but at end of it they did not do it correctly.From first day itself water started falling inside the room from the indoor unit.They made assessment they faulted in ding proper installation because of which the pipe election was incorrect which made water drip inside. They gave a stop gap solution and told me to call again when the water problem comes again since 1 month the water dripping has become worse for which I have to keep a container and empty it daily . The godrej local head(Banoj samal[protected]) and the technician(Anil umar Sonu-[protected]) are not lifting my phone. This needs urgent fix Attaching the whats app message with technician on agreement to fix it.I have lost my confidence on Godrej.
      Hope you take care of my issue .

        It all started with no cooling in one fine day (previous day it was cooling well), The service center Leon Aircon representatives came and without doing any troubleshooting, they said this is an aluminum coil and it is the problem, This was scheduled to change in spite of me asking several questions that what troubleshooting you did, This was convinced "sir we have come across this several times"

        IF THIS IS A KNOWN ISSUE, WHY GODREJ IS NOT RECALLING THE ALUMINIUM CONDENSER COILS?

        With no other go as a poor consumer, we waited for the coil to be changed. They changed a coil with no proper gas welding which led for leakage in the coil.

        Again we created a case and on 13th July Godrej changed the second condenser coil after the first one was not fitted correctly. (costed about 9800 rupees)

        Gas refilled and they gave 6 months warranty (ref:C[protected]) and within days we found the issue that after cutover the cooling is not happening again. We complained again,

        This time they said some sensor in outdoor unit was loose and fixed (Rupees 650 charged),

        This stuck in couple of days and again the cooling didnt happen, This time they came and removed some sleeve in the external censor and didnt charge anything.

        Now while am writing I had sleepless night because of faulty AC and now the am clueless whether its a problem with the Godrej Product or the Inability of the proper customer service by understanding the troubleshooting. No times, the root cause is found.

        Now the 9800 i spent looks unnecessary. Why should i keep spending every week with no resolution.

        with huge ping pongs, am literally humiliated and am ready to stop buying any Godrej product now.

              Hello Godrej

              PLEASE REPAIR MY AC IMMEDIATELY. YOU GUYS ARE DOING FRAUD WITH ME

              I am very sad and disappointed with your service. I just bought an AC 2 months ago and now it just stopped working. Now, it has been 20 days since it was repaired. Your technician comes and does nothing. I am totally disappointed with the service. If the same continues, I am gonna file a case in the consumer cell, Gov of India against you guys. Please replace my AC immediately (today ) or get it repaired today. I can not wait more than that now. Its too hot here

                  Replacement or repair of air conditioning

                  Address: Shristi residency,3rd Floor,room no 2,shekhpura,west midnapore,pin-721101

                  Ac purchased on 15 April 23 via Amazon and on 15 July 23 ac stopped working with error code F9. We called many times to service center but didn't find any fruitful response. This is very painful and annoying with this type of service. This shows company has delivered bad stuff.
                  Kindly look into this matter and arrange to repair or replace this....

                  I had purchased a fridge on 18th October, 2017.

                    I bought Hit mosquito repellent racket from smart bazaar . The bat stopped working after 5 months and I am well within the warranty period.

                    So I registered for a warranty claim on my mosquito bat but after the acknowledgement and address confirmation there is no action .
                    I have not received any further call or email after the acknowledgement email.
                    When I call customer care the call is disconnected.

                        I have lodged a complain on dated[protected] to Godrej customer care regarding a problem for double door Godrej refrigerator make Godrej EON 290 litres . They have sent team from Vijay Services, 5 Green row, LP49/19/2, Ground floor, Ganguli Bagan, kolkata-84 . After checking they have informed me blower 12v dc has to be replaced and accordingly they have changed the material and charged me Rs 4850 /- My complain regarding the price of that blower which is max to max 1200 as per online rate . Is it justified cost ??? How Godrej appoint this type of agency ? I think Godrej have no control about this type of abnormal charging . I want to verify the cost and give me justice for the same otherwise i have lost my faith about to purchase Godrej materials in future .

                          Purchased brans new godrej cooler on dated 15.05.2023. Observed cooling problem and raised complain on [protected] 0n 18 June 2023. Received my complain no - X[protected] CSN N0 674. even after 20 days no technician visit to my home for fixing the issue neither i received any call from your side. Today 08.07.2023 I again made a call to no and asked the issue, after not satisfying the reply of executive I spoke and requested her to transfer the call to her executive but I couldn't they have not transfer the call to her seniors and cut my call. All these conversation might be recorded in your server you can check the facts over there.
                          I am compelled to write for this issue and felt very sorry about the service you provide to the customers.
                          I have suffered a lot during summers days and I feel I am Cheated because I purchased your product to get some relief during summer but I am suffering even after paying for your product.
                          You are requested to Please improve your service being an Brand Indian Company this is not what a customer wishes from You.
                          I and my family suffered mentally because of your service and has to be taken into consideration.

                            We have come across bad experience with the customer service of Godrej,
                            I love Godrej products and customer for the past 20 years. I already used two washing machines before opting for the third one.
                            We have opted for a exchange for our old washing machine, One of the executive from the company came and explained about the new product.
                            He promised 425 Watts power motor and the products comes with 2023 dee norms, Once the products is delivered,
                            We do not see those features in the brochur or mentioned anywhere on the box, hence as informed the executive placed the return of the product.
                            The service is not happened as promised and want to return the product from our side. The old washing exchange amount was promised 4600 rs and now
                            they say will pay only 1000rs and is at all fair and the machine was in working condition.
                            I request to reburse at least 3000 rs for exchanged old product.
                            along with 21, 000 RS. which was paid for the new machine . Please reburse the amount and return the product (Fully Automatic Washing machine).

                                I have bought a godrej 8 place table top dishwasher from amazon on 6th sep, 2022 recently on 7th june, 2023 it stopped working then i have booked a service on 8th june, 2023. Till now not solved the problem service centre informing it will take till 12th july, 2023 but i am not sure it will work because of their unexperienced technicians. Even my dishwasher under warranty now and it is going to over more that 1 month, i have also informed to customer care by mail the same thing by 3 days back but no feed back from their side too. Now customes has to suffer for every thing, never expect this kind of result from godrej end very disappointed. Here by attacking invoice and customer care mail, kindly please take care of this issue as soon as possible, thank you. Service no. K[protected].

                                  श्रीमान जी आपको अवगत करवाना है कि मेरे द्वारा दिनांक 20.05.2023 को एक विण्डो एसी जिसका मॉडल न0 INV WAC WIC 18UTC5 WWA 1.5T[protected]WA03661 है। जिसे ठीक करने के लिए एक माह के अन्दर दो बार मकेनिक को बुलाया जा चूका हे। आज दिनांक 24.06.2023 को मकेनिक के आने के बाद काफी समय चैक करने के उपरानत बताया गया कि इसकी पिछे की साईड की पीवीसी खराब है जिसे उतारकर अपने साथ लेकर जाएगे तथा 3-4 दिन बाद आकर दूसरी लगा देगे। श्रीमान जी आपसे पुछने है कि यह सुविधा कबसे शुरू हुई कि पहले पॉर्ट लेकर जाएगें बाद में दूसरा लेकर आने के बाद लगाया जाएगा। जब जून व जुलाई माह में एसी की अत्यधिक आवश्यकता होने के बावजूद समय पर ठीक न करना गॉदरेज कम्पनी के पॉडेक्ट की मार्केट में स्थिती को दर्शाता है। आपसे निवेदन है कि मेरे एसी को अतिशीघ्र ठीक करवाया जाए।

                                    We purchased an Air Conditioner from Godrej a few days ago and it got delivered today and the installation process was also done on the same day itself. Although when the technician opened the box of the unit there was no remote inside. I don't know which type of AC companies don't deliver the remote with the unit. We contacted the sales person from whom we ordered the AC he said he will lodge a complaint and it will get delivered by day end so he did. The service center lady at Dombivli was talking so rudely with us like it is our mistake that there is no remote with AC. We talked with the sales person and also the lady both that lady literally said "I won't deliver it to you today at any cost" I mean I don't know what to say after that. Worst service from Godrej never buying anything from Godrej again
