When installing my two Godrej AC's, technicians made a mistake and for that, I've registered complaints to Godrej customer care support but technicians not visiting my home to fix the issue. They call me but they don't come. Even one of the AC is not cooling the room and making weird. So there are two issues now. I'm very disappointed with the Godrej customer care service....

The problem what you are telling in the above mail was not told by your technical support in his first visit.
In his first visit, he thoroughly checked everything and told us that the puncher in the freezer has caused the gas leakage.
So for proper working of refrigerator, he need to replace the freezer and has to refill the gas. For both these works, he told the final price to be 3800/- which was accepted...

We are facing a very worst experience from Godrej Customer service agents for the past one week.
