Due to technician mistake my refrigerator damage

Hi,

The problem what you are telling in the above mail was not told by your technical support in his first visit.
In his first visit, he thoroughly checked everything and told us that the puncher in the freezer has caused the gas leakage.
So for proper working of refrigerator, he need to replace the freezer and has to refill the gas. For both these works, he told the final price to be 3800/- which was accepted...

    We are facing a very worst experience from Godrej Customer service agents for the past one week. We had only 'LESS COOLING' problem in our Double door Fridge and after multiple agents coming and fixing/changing stuffs the fridge condition has become WORST and the current status is 'NOT WORKING' completely. We surely think agents who are highly unprofessional have completely spoiled our fridge. We have spent more than 10K during the past week. The emotional hardships we are facing during the past week make us feel that we should never buy any GODREJ products again.
    Please take responsibility and refund our entire appliance fix amount or provide a new replacement at the earliest.

    PFA all the appliance bill amount which we done during the week.

    Following up on the issue, Godrej Technician in the name of fixing the cooling issue has cut unnecessary parts from the wires coming out of the compressor which should not be touched in any case. I have attached a screenshot for reference. This has badly damaged our Fridge and it is not working. We are seeing new issues like Compressor overheating, Excessive cooling.

    Please refund our entire fix amount of 6.5K and don't send any technician to fix it because in the name of fixing they are damaging the fridge even more.

      Hi all,

      I bought a AC in September 2022 1.5 ton it worked only for 2 days and we switched on AC in summer April 2023 but from then it’s not working at all I called customer care 5 to 6 raised complaint more than 4 times the technician visited 1 time and tell the AC is working it will take time to cool and leaving the premise after that if we call technician he is telling it work since it is summer and it won’t cool, I am really not sure the purpose of this AC. 2nd 3rd and 4th time they are telling they won’t visit our house and they are giving feedback to customer care official stating my number is not reachable and address is not correct really not sure what to do it’s just 6 months I bought AC And I am paying emi for not working AC

        Hi, i m from asansol west bengal. I book a service call call for changing of rubber gas kit fixed at door of my godrej fridge. The service person attend the fridge and told that Rs. 500/- for visit & and 2500/- for gas kit will be charged. I agreed with request to provide godrej original spare parts. The gas kit provided was local made without any godrej company mark (Rs 500/-worthy) and on my request change the inside bulb for additional Rs 200/-. I asked for job sheet & bill. He assured me that it will be given to me by evening through watsapp. It's been one week elapsed. No job sheet or bill provided. I request to provide the schedule rates of spare parts for godrej fridge. So I can know over charging is done or not.

          In month of April 23, I.e. on 14/04/2023’ we have bought one new 5star air condition of Godrej company. In next week itself problem occurred that calling was not happening. Same was reported to customer care and technician has visited and find out the cause I.e. leakage issue. But further they have confirmed that it will go for replacement. I have lodge the complaint on 5th itself and I am not receiving any concrete reply from service centre whether same is being replace or not. I am continuously following but no any response received. It’s been 2 nd week now till date I have not received any replacement.

          If replacement is not possible then kindly refund what we have paid for it.

            My two year old godrej refrigerator caught up fire last week when noboday is at my home, my house became all black because of all burning flames and gas, we called local electrician he said there is nothing to do with unbalanced electricity there is problem in refrigerator itself as he aware about this problem before, thankfully we arrived home in time as neighbors called us and told us that there is a smoke coming from windows, but there is huge lose I have to suffer.,
            I am asking godrej company for a compensation for my lose.,

                i have buying washing machine from Godrej company 3 years ago, but machine motor not working now, company person change the motor and i had pay 2600 amount.
                my campaign is washing machine no mention dry motor, only mention wash motor 5 years warranty.
                2nd is company sales person says our product is made in india but motor is made in china, muy request made in india not ok make in india.

                    I logged the complaint ( my complaint no - B[protected] ) mutiples times to Godrej customer care, right from 26th March 23, still I face the problem. But no one is bothered to cure this issue, 2 times the person came at my home for repair and changed some parts, and went. First time when he visited he said your fan has an issue so need to change and then he changed, at that moment my fridge worked properly for few days and again I faced some issue when 2nd time he was arrived he changed some timer or starter etc now after 2 or 3 days 3 time again I'm facing the issue of freezing. First and foremost why it's not getting clear in one time itself, secondly I called thrice or more than that to customer care service of godrej they are not even bothered to send some technique within 24 to 48 hours but they are visiting after the tat. I'm following up with them more than a week. What kind of an attitude is this from godrej service provider and customer care service. I didn't expected this kind of an attitude from such a pioneer company. This is not the way they need to treat their consumers.

                      Complaint placed at toll free complain number, on Saturday 15th April 2023. I was told technician will visit within 24- 48 hours. Technician did not visit till Monday. When the service station was called, their behavior was rude. but they sent the technician by evening 5 pm (17th April 2023). The technician came and said there is gas leakage. It will be done tomorrow. He did not come till 19th when called again said we are busy with paid services. Your case is pending as it is an extended warranty service. Called again on 20th April, said go and complain to anybody, we do not care. Called the customer care again on 21st morning with assurance that the work will be done today. Till now 3.30 pm on 21st April ti is not done. I think you want us to use polite language but at the same time, your staff needs to have a lesson in politeness and timely service, if possible from your end . Complain call no D[protected]

                          Hi,

                          I bought the Godrej 236 L2 Start Inverter on 18.10.2020 (invoice attached). The refrigerator was running fine until day before yesterday when it started making a heavy noise and after some time it stopped cooling altogether along with a continuous blinking of green light behind the refrigerator.

                          I raised a complaint on the Godrej customer care number yesterday and a technician (from M/S Rita Refrigeration Works) was assigned who after a brief inspection concluded that the compressor has stopped working and will need a replacement.

                          When purchasing the product, we were assured that the compressor has a 10 year warranty period but the technician mentioned that although the compressor will be covered under the warranty, we will need to pay an additional charge of approx. INR 4, 000 which, as per the company policy, is always required to be paid whenever a compressor is replaced. We also asked to only replace the compressor (which is under warranty) and ignore the other works to which the technician replied that he will only replace the compressor if we take the additional INR 4, 000 services (please see the service slip attached from the technician with writing stating these points).

                          We are really surprised to hear this as this is sort of misleading the consumer claiming that the compressor will be covered under warranty for 10 years whereas in reality the consumer will need always need to pay an additional charge of approx. INR4, 000 whenever there is a compressor replacement. This is totally unjust and not expected from a corporate like Godrej.

                          We also paid a service charge of INR 550 to the technician who said that this charge will not be adjusted against the INR 4, 000 if we lodge a complaint. Additionally, what we found as utterly unprofessional and lack of quality control from Godrej was when in the end the technician stated "If you lodge a complaint against this, I'll personally make sure that your ticket is never resolved and you won't get your compressor replaced anytime soon".

                          We have been a Godrej customer for the last 30 years (refrigerator, washing machine, etc.) and never expected that the compressor of the refrigerator will stop working in merely 2 years and what makes it even worse that we are asked to pay an exorbitant INR 4, 000 charge to replace the compressor which was earlier claimed to be under warranty.

                          This is totally not justified and we request to maintain your goodwill and honour the relationship that we have maintained with Godrej. As such, kindly take necessary action and do what is appropriate i.e. replace the compressor with no additional charge as claimed by you people during the sale of the product.

                                Godrej eon fridge very bed product.

                                I have purchased a godrej eon fridge before 2 year, but in two year there are many complain about cooling, all the time it is resolved temporary. now it is compressor not working, i called your service center, but he charge 1750 after change compressor now Fridge is working but if godrej product fridge compressor is loss in 2 year so i can not suggests any one to buy this product. it is very bed product ....

                                I bought a godrej Split AC 1 ton from Flipkart on
                                15/06/2022 and Order ID :OD[protected]. After Installation was completed the compressor wasn't working And I made a complaint and they provided me a replacement after 15 days . I received my replacement product on 01/07/2022.
                                After that, during I used that AC For almost 10 months and they was complaint every 2 months
                                They have changed the Outdoor IC Board, and another compressor issue, and another complaint was bad smell when the AC was turned ON and now finally my AC Stopped working on 07/04/2023 and thes issue was GAS LEAKAGE, the company claims that I has to welded and gas must be refilled.

                                If this going on repeating like this, In next 2 months the warrenty of the AC will expiry and after that they won't take responsibility for the issue and I have to Throw the AC in garbage
                                They the money 28500 which I paid, it's not even working for 1 year .
                                From the Time of purchase I'm facing issues

                                I want the company to take back their appliance and make full refund of the same
