I bought godrej deep freezer in few months ago now freezer not cooling after technician visit now service center provider say sent your freezer at centre and centre is so far from my shop if i sent by truck it took charge[protected]₹ so I want replacement my freezer or refund my money.
Shop owner also told me if any problem in a year we solve everything by own cost but now they doing this..

    Hello my name is Sunny my father purchased a Deep freezer in 2022 and now deep freezer is not cooling because rats damage some cable but all cable fix my technician but still Deep freezer not cooling/working now service center person told me bring your Deep freezer at service center. Service center is very far from my address so I can't bring. And service center person talk with me very rudely unprofessionally please complaint against him.

      *Worst service by Godrej*

      I have purchased 5 star Godrej AC in Apr. 2018. Before completion 1 year I have taken extended warranty for 4 years till Apr. 2023. Now AC is under maintenance and evaporated coil is not working. I raised complaint in customer care (call no is B[protected]). After more than one months follow up the authority person of Godrej says, same coil's production is stopped and not available in the market. We can't repair your AC and can't help you. Till date all wire's / points are kept open.
      How can they say like this as the product is in AMC Period.
      How I or everyone can trust on Godrej product's and their services. Attached photos for your information.

        I purchased a double-door Refrigerator from godrej till now I have raised in a total of 32 complaints but still not my issue not has been resolved, in every 20 days my Refrigerator getting stopped, and now my 1-year warranty is also over now they are asking for 5k for repair compressor, etc 100 times i have said plz replace my Refrigerator but they have refused hence i need help from consumer court need justice for mental harassment by godrej company.

        Please let us know who will take responsibility of the mental harassment for 1 year i have faced. I am not accepting to pay money for repair need a replacement asap.

        Basically, godrej team sells old and defective products to consumers hence we are facing the typical issue of getting harsh by the Godrej consumer products.

          I have 10 years old fully automatic washing machine and it suddenly stopped working when switch was turned on. I have raised the repairing request in Godrej website. The technician came and checked through on/off the switch but company is charging 500/- for just visiting home and for On/Off the switch. How can a lower middle class family afford to pay this? If anything has dismantled by technician then i can think of give the money worth 500/-. I have to 500 to technician as per company policy. Could it be changed?

              Dear Godrej Team,
              I have a Split 1.5 ton Godrej Inverter AC Under CMC AMC for 5 Years. We reside In Koperkhiarne Navimumbai and the Authorized Godrej service is done by Kool Tech Refrigeration, Sanpada.I have complained about a leakage in the internal coil of an indoor unit and a person from Godrej service Mr Arif visited on[protected] and Stated that the internal coil is blocked and needs to do jet Service with charges. Service order number : 474421 dated [protected] . I have my Air Conditioner covered under 5 year AMC and still they are denying service of the same for Service order number : 474421 dated [protected] .I have not shared the code for service and remarked on the service report still they have not acted on the complaint and closed the complaint .Again on[protected] a new person from cool Tech came and asked for service. Why is this so happening when the previous complaint is not resolved? It has been more than 90 days and a reputed firm like Godrej has Appointed such Irresponsible person. If they clear blockages from Coil In AMC there won't be any breakdown of Internal cooling coil which will eventually save Godrej money. I hope you take this on a serious note because only selling things won't make a difference but doing Service will get you more recognized and will help you build a good brand image .

                Godrej Eon refrigerator was purchased in Jan2021 and compressor failed in Feb 2023. Such a bad product from godrej was not expected. When technician visited to check, he told us that 1kw stabilizer should be used for this refrigerator. Where is it prescribed to connect 1kw stabilizer? The installation and the booklet says 50hz stabilizer should be used, and the same is followed. Now service guy is charging 4.4k extra for repair, only compressor is covered with warranty.. i[censored] r replacing compressor without gas and asking us to fill it paying extra money, what's the use in giving compressor under warranty without gas. This is absolutely ridiculous and unacceptable. I need help to get the repair done at free of cost.

                  Double door Fridge not working since last 5 months

                  I bought a Godrej double-door fridge in Feb 2018 and also bought a 5-year AMC for the same. Attaching the details for reference

                  I am continuously complaining since April 2022 about the fridge not working properly and SInce 27th Sep 2022 my fridge is completely stopped working.

                  Since then I am asking customer care to fix the issue and today 13 Feb 2023 they are not able to fix the issue. The fridge is not working...

                  Hi,
                  I bought a Godrej Mosquito Hit Racquet from Swiggy instamart. The bat stopped working after 2 days and I was well within the warranty period.

                  So I registered for a warranty claim on my mosquito bat but after the acknowledgement and address confirmation email there is no action for the past 4 days.
                  I have not received any further call or email after the acknowledgement email.
                  When I call customer care the call is disconnected.

                    One of our illiterate poor villagers purchased one fridge and it was found defective in its warranty period. One complaint K[protected] was raised and your support person visited also.
                    He also mentioned one circuit board needed to be replaced and informed about his revisit.
                    But almost one month has passed.
                    While checking we found the case was closed. How will you close before the issue is resolved?
                    Please arrange a technical person visit along with parts at the earliest.

                      Hi I have given complaint on my refrigerator, 1 week back till now not taken any action. And not responding too, I have taken 3 months back only but got repaired 2 times. In first instance they have taken 25 days to resolve. We are very much irritated with this Godrej product, and they not sending proper technicians, they sending local repair guys so they are not doing properly

                        I purchased a Godrej product 4 months ago which has some cooling issue since day 1 but then it was overlooked, suddenly after 3-4 months o[censored]se, the product stopped working & now I have been chasing the Godrej service center and Complaint department since last 2 weeks.

                        Technician came and informed that Compressor is no longer functional and hence they will repair the compressor. Changing the compressor in a fridge is like changing the heart from a body (it is the core of a fridge) and since the fridge is almost new and barely used, and also because its a defective product, I requested to replace the entire fridge. But they refused and have been adamant on the part that they will only repair but not replace. Instead on requesting several times, they were like we will replace it next time if something goes wrong, for now we can't, but I think they are refusing to understand that in a few months the product may not even be under warranty to be replaced, so technically I will still be struggling with the faulty product.

                        Then, I tried reaching to the Godrej support/Compliant department and had an mind-boggling moment. First time ever in my life, I came across an insane information that Godrej support can't help customers at all, they are completely helpless/useless and a lot more, instead funny thing is Compliant department say that Service centers are the king of this business.

                        Complaint department keeps on routing me to the Service center and the service center being the king, don't give a damn if we wish to keep or throw away the product. They are adamant that they won't replace the product. So now I have paid for a faulty product and can't use one, neither can get a new one. What an incredible support from Godrej! I am stuck in this vicious circle of Service center and complaint department, yet not a single person who could take care of the situation.

                        I would never recommend any of my known, relative, family members or the one reading this to ever buy GODREJ appliances because they don't provide after market services to satisfy the customers. This has been the MOST HORRIBLE customer experience I have ever come across.

                            I am writing to file a complaint regarding the fraudulent behavior of one of your salespeople. I recently purchased fridge accessories from this individual, and they took my money but have failed to deliver the product or return the funds. It has been over two months, and I have made numerous attempts to contact this salesperson without success.

                            Furthermore, I recently purchased a refrigerator from your company and had some issues that needed to be addressed. The salesperson promised to come and inspect the problems the following day, but they never showed up and have not responded to my attempts to contact them.

                            I am extremely disappointed and frustrated by this lack of professionalism and integrity. I expect better from a company like yours, and I demand that immediate action be taken to address this situation and resolve the matter.

                              Respected sir/madam
                              i had bought an 2 bluetooth enabled diffuser 6months back (25/12/2021) i had placed my order in godrej website.
                              Now the device is not working
                              and the diffuser spray is not working.
                              I had changed the aa batteries which came with the device default also but its not working.

                              I mailed regarding this issue in 02/10/2022 but no response mail from godrej
                              i called to the customer care toll free number, they asked to forward the mail again
                              i changed the batteries as per their instructions same brand and did repaired the device as per their instructions but still not working.

                              So i kindly request you to replace or repair my both devices and try to clear my issue as soon as possible.

                                I raised a repair request for my refrigerator on 7-12-22 (service ticket - [protected]) and a service person came on[protected]. He did something and told me it is corrected and took 450 rs from me. But the same issue persists and I called them on[protected] and they registered another service ticket ([protected]), but still not attended. While raising the complaint second time I passed my complete address info and as I won't be available on call. But till now they didn't respond, today morning also i called their customer support but no use.

                                Please address the issue and take action against the responsible entity. I suggest levying a penalty will make them more responsible in such matters.

                                    Hi Team,

                                    I bought the hit bat in Annai SuperMarket, Nanganallur, Chennai, India - On the same day, when I came home and tried to put in the charger, the two pins were not getting into the switch smoothly. Immediately I reported the same and raised the claim.
                                    I received a reply from you that you would be replacing it and give me a good one without any defects.
                                    Bludart delivery person came and collected the defect one some two weeks ago
                                    Bludart delivery person came and delivered today (21-Nov-22). After collecting from him and opened it and tried to put in the charger. The same issue which I reported in the first hit bat is having been found (unable to put in charger smoothly which is a same defect) in the new one as well.
                                    I don't know why you guys are selling defect products and also replacement products which are really not at all acceptable and are highly frustrating. Please take immediate action and send me the good product without any defects ASAP.
                                    Before you send the product to me please check and send it to me. I hope you understood the issue / defects in your product. Again if you send me the defect product I will take sevier action on this. Hope you will take this as a serious one and not simple.

                                      My Godrej Eon 290 PD Refrigerator is having water Leakage issue. We had to Gas refill 2 times within last 6 months as said by service technician and still the issue is not fixed. Now they stopped responding and not sending any technician to fix this issue.
