Hello, Godrej team.

I am really disappointed and feeling that I have made a wrong decision with my purchase of Godrej product.

Background:
I have made a purchase of 40k Godrej Dishwasher product (attached is the copy of bill) on "29.12.2020". Installation team of 3 members reached to my place and completed the installation process. Dishwasher was properly working for few weeks properly and after some issue started coming like some time inside noise was coming and some time front button light starts blinking. I have ignored these issue, since it was happening sometimes only.

Current Issue:
On Aug 28 I have raised a complaint # - C[protected] in Godrej care that this Dishwasher is having huge leakage problem and water is coming from bottom of machine. Two days after raising complaint, I have received call from Technician (Chandran - [protected]) and he visited home and was not able to find the issue, then after 3 days another visit Chandran makes with one of his superior and both are not able to find the issue. Now as of Sept 5, they both had again made the visit which is again not fruitful and they are not able to find the issue.

Chandran provided his manager number (Senthil - [protected]) and told me to talk to him since they are not able to provide any solution. I had chat with Senthil and requested him that please provide the replacement of this Dishwasher, since it is only 15-16 months old and it started having issue.

Sethil provide me his boss number (Naveen - [protected]), and told me talk to him after 7 pm, since he is in some meeting. I tried reaching him couple of time after 7 pm and at-last late night 10 pm we connected, he picked my phone. I have informed all the issue to him and requested him to provide me replacement of this Dishwasher.

Mr. Naveen response - "Sir i will not make any replacement, since your Dishwasher is out of warranty and i will send someone who will look into this issue." He mentioned that If i raise any issue or try to reach people above him then those complaints also will not work, so its of no use."

I have few questions:
1. Does Godrej make products which is valuable till its warranty period and after that this is kind of support and customer service should we expect?
2. Does Mr. Naveen own's Godrej organization, as I am feeling the way he talked to me over phone?

My Options:
1. Raise a complaint in consumer court and use public forums to orchestrate this issue.
2. Should I just throw this machine in some of my friends shop in display, where I can set example of how the quality product Godrej is making.
3. Go buy Dishwasher of another company like Bosch.

Expecting replacement or refund of this product as I am not willing to use this repaired product.

    Gas leakage in deep freezer

    I bought a godrej edgepro refrigerator on[protected].but[protected] my refrigerator faced to gas leakege and not cooling properly..i am in one year warrenty till this date but godrej technician said if you repair your fridge, you will give 7800rs. After few days godrej service centre call and negotiate for 2800rs. I bought godrej refrigerator that's my big fault..if you concerned my problem please resolve this....

      Greetings of the Day
      This complaint is regarding my worst purchase washing machine in my life GODREJ EON ALLURE 7.5KG. NOT WORKING SINCE INSTALLATION

      This line is from google that seems true that Godrej is famous for manufacturing soaps, liquid detergents, hair colourants and toiletries. Not for washing machine and electrical equipment Request you to please not step in the electrical field.

      I write this complaint after not getting success raising many complaints on customer care, service engineer visited 5-6 times but my issue is not getting resolved. Many times the complaints are closed without a visit. As you know that we purchase a washing machine for our help/comfort not for raising complaints.
      I have been facing major issues with the machine from the delivery date .at the delivery their scratches that seems like it is reused that time I raised my first complaint that after regular follow-up washing machine is replaced. After that the hard sound while washing clothes that come after 25 days has not resolved since today’s one-year completion, Engineer came and said there is a change of that part replaced/only said and close the ticket.
      Today I do not raise the complaint as I am fully frustrated that`s why I send the complaint on this portal.
      When I visited this portal I see that the problem was that 80% of washing machine users is facing the issue with that model and 15% are not aware of the complaint portal and 3% do not want any problem finally the satisfied customer percentage is 2%.

      Finally, I want a resolution that Requests you to please take this washing machine back and take it as E-waste and back the purchase money with interest.
      My purchase value with AMC is Rs22, 526/- with 12% interest please back the amount is Rs25, 229/-. Please take action ASAP otherwise we take legal action.

            It has been more than a couple of months since the problem with the washing machine started. The drain switch was not working. We made a complaint with the customer service, they came and fixed it. After a few days the water started leaking and because the service center is adjacent to our house, we went to the service center and told them about it. They came and inspected it and asked us to call the customer service department and make a formal complaint. We did it. The technician came in after a few days and replaced the spring and associated thing. While working he broke a small part of the hinge of the washing compartment door and so now the door doesn't hold up without support. Since that day we have not been able to use the washing machine as the water doesn't drain anymore. They asked us not to file a new complaint as they will come and fix it on their own. Its been more than a month and nobody has yet turned up to fix it. This has caused a lot of distress to my mom.

              I bought a Godrej Mosquito Hit Racquet from Flipkart. The bat stopped working after 5 months and I was well within the warranty period.

              So I registered for a warranty claim on my mosquito bat but after the acknowledgement and address confirmation email there is no action for the past 4 months.
              I have not received any further call or email after the acknowledgement email.
              When I call customer care the call is disconnected.

                  Purchase new godrej fridge 2758 25 HI AQ BL[protected]FR01717 on 14.08.2021. After purchasing new fridge I made complaint 3 times for not properly cooling. Every time Engineer/Mechanic comes and temporarily do some arrangement for cooling but after 2 or 3 days the status que. We are not able to use this new fridge as it is not cooling. What should i do?

                    Hi,

                    I had bought this refrigerator on 9th of March2022.

                    In due course of time, I have observed that, there is a damage (CUTOUT) in the Gasket, where the Door seals.

                    I logged a complaint in your Whatsapp and the Call No : N[protected] & N[protected]. Today service technician visited and mentioned that the Gasket doesnt cover under Warranty. Its bit strange that the Gasket is Prime part and not covered under Warranty and its been only 3-4 months of Purchase.

                    Let me know, why this was not covered under Warranty and I would like to escalate this issue, as I would need the replacement of the Part in free of cost.

                        I had purchased a Hit mosquito bat from Amazon in the month of June 2022 however the same stopped working in less than a month. Since Godrej provides 6 months warranty on the product I raised the same with Godrej on 18th July 2022 and the same was accepted on 21st July 2022 for a replacement wherein I was informed that the defective product will be picked up in 10 days and a new product will be delivered however nothing of this sort has happened. I have written innumerous number of emails to Godrej however they have never ever bother to reply to me and its almost impossible to get in touch with a representative on their customer care line as they work less than Government job timings and whenever you call, all executives are always busy. Its a pathetic system they have created. They sell these defective mosquito raquets at escalated prices due to the brand and dodge customers this way after by trying to evade warranty. Pathetic company pathetic service and they have put details like culture and value on their main page of their website. They dont care about their customers at all, just concerned about the sale of the product and after that treat you like you're some piece of trash.

                              Dear Sir/Madam,

                              With reference to the above subject, I hereby state that we had purchased a Godrej split ac 1.5 ton from reliance digital store sri ganganagar on 15th aug, 2019.
                              The product ran effectively for one year.
                              We also had AMC for the product. But the product started to give Error E6 in the second year. We approached the toll free number and lodged a complaint regarding the same. The service center took 15 -20 days for it to repair. Any how the ac was okay now.

                              Now, in 2022 the ac started showing the same error E 6, we again lodged a Complaint on the toll free number of Godrej on 23rd of July, 2022 CIN 396. The service center staff came twice.

                              For the first time they denied accessing the ac saying that's it's late because they came in the evening around 7:30pm. We insisted them but they rudely said it requires more than 2 hours and we need to go home. My question was ; why did they visit us at that time even if they won't check what's the problem?

                              The second time they approached on the next day, they just took a look over it and said we need to change the PCB of this ac. But that will come from Mumbai as we are out of stock. They asked us to wait for 7 days.

                              On my request, they visited us for the third time and the ac started working after they did some check up. And they asked us the CIN number because the ac started working we gave them and they closed the complaint. But after some hours the ac again started showing the same error E 6. We called the service center manager, he said the PCB needs to be changed and we'll change it in 10 days. Now as on today 31st July, they're still saying it will take 3-4 days to change it because it is not in stock.

                              We're so frustrated, in this season of humidity and hot weather how are we able to survive ? If the Godrej company really needs that much time then they must provide us a standby product for the time being.
                              Now, I am going for consumer forum to lodge the complaint for the product as well the mental harassment it has caused us in these past days.

                                  I bought washing machine in April 2019 with 5 year warrenty… But it's wash motor not working since last 17 days (4th of July, 2022). A complain has been lodge for same to customer care on 5th July 2022. It was closed without giving any solution by GODREJ side. I have again lodge complain for repair of same. But in last 16 days no person came to check the problem & solution? Every day this person named Vinod Joshi from Udaipur Contact-[protected] saying I will come tomorrow… after two days… on this day, on that day. It has been 16 days and still he is saying same. After calling to GODREJ customer care, he is saying the complain was closed both times from customer side. I'm the customer, without my consent and without information to me they have closed complaints twice on that way. So the GODREJ customer care saying to lodge one more complain for the same problem that is not addressed even one time. GODREJ don't say about stipulated time for that warranted problem solution, Does this mean they will solve problem after one month or after one year, and meanwhile we have to make complaints several times and they will close our complain several times.

                                    Purchase a new dishwasher and it's decided to stop working just after 2 months so raised a complaint to fix the issue in the month of May and since then it hasn't been fixed. It's still under warranty but the local 3rd party service centre in Hyderabad

                                    I've got 6 month old baby and it's really hard to handle the kitchen without Dishwasher but these people they completely ignored and neglected the repair request.

                                    I've raised several complains on the help line but nobody calling back for an update for assuring for the repair.

                                    I don't think Godrej should hire these people to bring it reputation down.

                                    It's been nearly 3 months now and they have failed to fix the problem.

                                    I would like to request the SLT or Senior Management to please resolve this issue for me.

                                    This is first time I've purchased from Godrej and so far it's really disappointing experience.
