Hi Team,

I bought the hit bat in Annai SuperMarket, Nanganallur, Chennai, India - On the same day, when I came home and tried to put in the charger, the two pins were not getting into the switch smoothly. Immediately I reported the same and raised the claim.
I received a reply from you that you would be replacing it and give me a good one without any defects.
Bludart delivery person came and collected the defect one some two weeks ago
Bludart delivery person came and delivered today (21-Nov-22). After collecting from him and opened it and tried to put in the charger. The same issue which I reported in the first hit bat is having been found (unable to put in charger smoothly which is a same defect) in the new one as well.
I don't know why you guys are selling defect products and also replacement products which are really not at all acceptable and are highly frustrating. Please take immediate action and send me the good product without any defects ASAP.
Before you send the product to me please check and send it to me. I hope you understood the issue / defects in your product. Again if you send me the defect product I will take sevier action on this. Hope you will take this as a serious one and not simple.

    My Godrej Eon 290 PD Refrigerator is having water Leakage issue. We had to Gas refill 2 times within last 6 months as said by service technician and still the issue is not fixed. Now they stopped responding and not sending any technician to fix this issue.

        Hi
        I bought a Godrej Mosquito Hit Racquet from Amazon. The bat stopped working after 12th day and I was well within the warranty period.

        So I registered for a warranty claim on my mosquito bat but after the acknowledgement and address confirmation email there is no action for the past 10-15 days.
        I have not received any further call or email after the acknowledgement email.
        When I call customer care the call is disconnected.

            Dear Gentleman,

            I have purchased Godrej 185 ltr Refrigerator Edge Uno on 16th October, 2022 and raised a complaint On 28th October, 2022 that freeze compressor is not working and gets stopped after 5 minutes and pcb light is blinking 4 times. In morning, around 9.30 I called up customer care on[protected] to lodge my complaint and also called up twice on local customer care number +[protected]/32 but everytime I have been told that person will come soon. In total, 6 times I have called customer care to resolve my issue but everything went in vain.

            At last, technical person came and reported that freeze compressor is not working and freeze will be replaced in 2 days but even after 7 days from 28th October, to 3rd November, 2022 I have not been provided new refrigerator.

            Everytime, Mr. Shyam Chaudhary, a local service centre incharge of Bapunagar branch gives me excuses. Once he said it will require approval from higher side. After 2 days, I called up him and he replied dealer request is required. Then after 2 days I called up him and he said my boss is on leave. Neither dealer has been called up by him nor he has requested his higher ups to approve the replacement. Yesterday, he said I will be given new freeze by today evening i.e. on 3rd November, 2022

            But even after 7 days of my complaint, no action has been taken from Godrej to replace the freeze. Is this the way to treat the customer? Why don't you take action against the customer care people? Why complaint is not getting resolved or attended even after 7 days. Why wrong excuses are given by Mr. Shyam Chaudhary?

            I feel I have been cheated by the company because how can a newly purchased freeze has no gas at all for cooling inside and how come it's compressor stop working in 10 days even if company has given 10 years warranty!

            I would like to go to consumer court against Godrej for customer being cheated and not being conscious for complaint raised. On the contrary, I have been given mental stress by the customer care people rather than giving solution.

            Please take this matter seriously

                My fridge was not cooling and I requested for the service. One technician visited my house and replaced the starter of the compressor.
                He charged Rs. 400/- for the service and Rs 2050/- for the starter which is available in the market only for Rs. 400-500/-. The spare part (starter) he gave had no price tag. Is this how technicians charge in Godrej? Is there no pricelist the company provides?

                When I lodged a complaint, the company did not provide any complaint number. Only ID: 3329222 was given.
                It is still unsolved.

                  I brought a fridge 13 years ago from Godrej Balangir Odisha 767001. My fridge is leaking water from where ur technician cant find a way. My fridge is working absolutely fine but it becomes difficult to keep it indoor. Lots of water. I need a resolution for that. I paid for that and my fridge is fine. Have some good technicians and resolve my issue.

                    I had a problem in my fridge which was leaking water, it was defrosting so I called customer service, then after 30mins, service person called named T.Sri Rajan (SK refrigerations) He charged 3050 for thermo stat, then after 4 months again problem occurred He told there is a problem in compressor again he charged 6500, then again after 3 days problem has not solved. So requested him to come again, He told he will come but after that if we call he is not answering calls. He submitted two bills with different company name.

                        Purchase date 19.12.2021.The fridge went out of order 3-4 times in 9 months time span due to various issues like cooling, freezer fan and pcb . We have received dented piece for which we had made the complaint but it was not resolved and product was not replaced.

                        Dealing with technicians and customer care is difficult.At times service request has been closed without attending and any confirmation from customer. Currently my request id P[protected] is unresolved and i am bound to keep the fridge off. Highly Unprofessional service .we want 100% refund of payment or exchange with new product.

                            Ordered on 5 Aug '21 through flipkart.

                            Under 12 months in July '22 - fridge stopped cooling. So I called Godrej constomer support and they provided a technician. He came a few hours late after numerous calls. His solution was - keep the fridge switched off for a few hours and then switch it on again - no problem is there, cooling will continue to happen if you do this. Technician closed the ticket.

                            Now after a month, the EXACT same issue happened. I now called an independent technician who tells me 2 parts need to be changed costing 3000.

                            Complaint - Godrej technician sold a lie and did not fix the problem in the warranty period.

                            I have called Godrej customer care multiple times, but no solution. They keep giving random phone numbers of technicians / bosses who do not pick up phone. Meanwhile, all fridge items are getting a spoilt.

                            Ask - Godrej to replace the parts and provide the service on the same ticket they closed unethically in the warranty period.

                              Hello, Godrej team.

                              I am really disappointed and feeling that I have made a wrong decision with my purchase of Godrej product.

                              Background:
                              I have made a purchase of 40k Godrej Dishwasher product (attached is the copy of bill) on "29.12.2020". Installation team of 3 members reached to my place and completed the installation process. Dishwasher was properly working for few weeks properly and after some issue started coming like some time inside noise was coming and some time front button light starts blinking. I have ignored these issue, since it was happening sometimes only.

                              Current Issue:
                              On Aug 28 I have raised a complaint # - C[protected] in Godrej care that this Dishwasher is having huge leakage problem and water is coming from bottom of machine. Two days after raising complaint, I have received call from Technician (Chandran - [protected]) and he visited home and was not able to find the issue, then after 3 days another visit Chandran makes with one of his superior and both are not able to find the issue. Now as of Sept 5, they both had again made the visit which is again not fruitful and they are not able to find the issue.

                              Chandran provided his manager number (Senthil - [protected]) and told me to talk to him since they are not able to provide any solution. I had chat with Senthil and requested him that please provide the replacement of this Dishwasher, since it is only 15-16 months old and it started having issue.

                              Sethil provide me his boss number (Naveen - [protected]), and told me talk to him after 7 pm, since he is in some meeting. I tried reaching him couple of time after 7 pm and at-last late night 10 pm we connected, he picked my phone. I have informed all the issue to him and requested him to provide me replacement of this Dishwasher.

                              Mr. Naveen response - "Sir i will not make any replacement, since your Dishwasher is out of warranty and i will send someone who will look into this issue." He mentioned that If i raise any issue or try to reach people above him then those complaints also will not work, so its of no use."

                              I have few questions:
                              1. Does Godrej make products which is valuable till its warranty period and after that this is kind of support and customer service should we expect?
                              2. Does Mr. Naveen own's Godrej organization, as I am feeling the way he talked to me over phone?

                              My Options:
                              1. Raise a complaint in consumer court and use public forums to orchestrate this issue.
                              2. Should I just throw this machine in some of my friends shop in display, where I can set example of how the quality product Godrej is making.
                              3. Go buy Dishwasher of another company like Bosch.

                              Expecting replacement or refund of this product as I am not willing to use this repaired product.

                                Gas leakage in deep freezer

                                I bought a godrej edgepro refrigerator on[protected].but[protected] my refrigerator faced to gas leakege and not cooling properly..i am in one year warrenty till this date but godrej technician said if you repair your fridge, you will give 7800rs. After few days godrej service centre call and negotiate for 2800rs. I bought godrej refrigerator that's my big fault..if you concerned my problem please resolve this....

                                  Greetings of the Day
                                  This complaint is regarding my worst purchase washing machine in my life GODREJ EON ALLURE 7.5KG. NOT WORKING SINCE INSTALLATION

                                  This line is from google that seems true that Godrej is famous for manufacturing soaps, liquid detergents, hair colourants and toiletries. Not for washing machine and electrical equipment Request you to please not step in the electrical field.

                                  I write this complaint after not getting success raising many complaints on customer care, service engineer visited 5-6 times but my issue is not getting resolved. Many times the complaints are closed without a visit. As you know that we purchase a washing machine for our help/comfort not for raising complaints.
                                  I have been facing major issues with the machine from the delivery date .at the delivery their scratches that seems like it is reused that time I raised my first complaint that after regular follow-up washing machine is replaced. After that the hard sound while washing clothes that come after 25 days has not resolved since today’s one-year completion, Engineer came and said there is a change of that part replaced/only said and close the ticket.
                                  Today I do not raise the complaint as I am fully frustrated that`s why I send the complaint on this portal.
                                  When I visited this portal I see that the problem was that 80% of washing machine users is facing the issue with that model and 15% are not aware of the complaint portal and 3% do not want any problem finally the satisfied customer percentage is 2%.

                                  Finally, I want a resolution that Requests you to please take this washing machine back and take it as E-waste and back the purchase money with interest.
                                  My purchase value with AMC is Rs22, 526/- with 12% interest please back the amount is Rs25, 229/-. Please take action ASAP otherwise we take legal action.

                                    Sir, i was bought a godrej edge pro fridge on 12/10/2021. But on 22/08/2022 my fridge has to face deep fridge gas leakage problem.Technician visited and checked and said it's a physical damage and all services are chargeable..but my fridge is in one year warrenty period...your technician is not written to give me what he is to say.please resolve my problem..
