I purchased a godrej ac 1 ton last yearr
in march..ever since it was installed i raised multiple complaints with godrej that ac wasnt cooling..nothing was done about it apart from filter cleaning everytime..ac genuinely has a prob which has not been adressed till date..now either the company gets the ac functional on its own else i go to cunsumer court n take the complete cost of ac from the company.....

In the middle of March, I registered a service request for my Godrej AC (purchased in 2018) by calling their helpline. They registered the request and informed me that the AC is out of warranty timeframe so I will have to pay repair charges. I was okay with that. I also paid Rs. 650 visit charge for the technicians. They fixed it and left but the AC stopped working within 3 hours after that point. Then they sent someone again the next day...

I've raised call requests 2-3 times for an issue in my AC that water drops are coming out from AC and every request got closed even without visiting and solving the issue.

This is regarding the complaint of an air-conditioning unit i purchased in january 2021. After few months itself i was having issue with airflow and cooling. The air flow issue hasnt been resolved till date. The service team keeps on closing the case without the issue being rectified.
