Dear Sir/Madam,

With reference to the above subject, I hereby state that we had purchased a Godrej split ac 1.5 ton from reliance digital store sri ganganagar on 15th aug, 2019.
The product ran effectively for one year.
We also had AMC for the product. But the product started to give Error E6 in the second year. We approached the toll free number and lodged a complaint regarding the same. The service center took 15 -20 days for it to repair. Any how the ac was okay now.

Now, in 2022 the ac started showing the same error E 6, we again lodged a Complaint on the toll free number of Godrej on 23rd of July, 2022 CIN 396. The service center staff came twice.

For the first time they denied accessing the ac saying that's it's late because they came in the evening around 7:30pm. We insisted them but they rudely said it requires more than 2 hours and we need to go home. My question was ; why did they visit us at that time even if they won't check what's the problem?

The second time they approached on the next day, they just took a look over it and said we need to change the PCB of this ac. But that will come from Mumbai as we are out of stock. They asked us to wait for 7 days.

On my request, they visited us for the third time and the ac started working after they did some check up. And they asked us the CIN number because the ac started working we gave them and they closed the complaint. But after some hours the ac again started showing the same error E 6. We called the service center manager, he said the PCB needs to be changed and we'll change it in 10 days. Now as on today 31st July, they're still saying it will take 3-4 days to change it because it is not in stock.

We're so frustrated, in this season of humidity and hot weather how are we able to survive ? If the Godrej company really needs that much time then they must provide us a standby product for the time being.
Now, I am going for consumer forum to lodge the complaint for the product as well the mental harassment it has caused us in these past days.

    Hi
    I bought a Godrej Mosquito Hit Racquet from Amazon. The bat stopped working after 15 days and I was well within the warranty period.

    So I registered for a warranty claim on my mosquito bat but after the acknowledgement and address confirmation email there is no action for the past 10 days.
    I have not received any further call or email after the acknowledgement email.
    When I call customer care the call is disconnected.

      I bought washing machine in April 2019 with 5 year warrenty… But it's wash motor not working since last 17 days (4th of July, 2022). A complain has been lodge for same to customer care on 5th July 2022. It was closed without giving any solution by GODREJ side. I have again lodge complain for repair of same. But in last 16 days no person came to check the problem & solution? Every day this person named Vinod Joshi from Udaipur Contact-[protected] saying I will come tomorrow… after two days… on this day, on that day. It has been 16 days and still he is saying same. After calling to GODREJ customer care, he is saying the complain was closed both times from customer side. I'm the customer, without my consent and without information to me they have closed complaints twice on that way. So the GODREJ customer care saying to lodge one more complain for the same problem that is not addressed even one time. GODREJ don't say about stipulated time for that warranted problem solution, Does this mean they will solve problem after one month or after one year, and meanwhile we have to make complaints several times and they will close our complain several times.

        Hi Godrej

        Purchase a new dishwasher and it's decided to stop working just after 2 months so raised a complaint to fix the issue in the month of May and since then it hasn't been fixed. It's still under warranty but the local 3rd party service centre in Hyderabad

        I've got 6 month old baby and it's really hard to handle the kitchen without Dishwasher but these people they completely ignored and neglected the repair request.

        I've raised several complains on the help line but nobody calling back for an update for assuring for the repair.

        I don't think Godrej should hire these people to bring it reputation down.

        It's been nearly 3 months now and they have failed to fix the problem.

        I would like to request the SLT or Senior Management to please resolve this issue for me.

        This is first time I've purchased from Godrej and so far it's really disappointing experience.

              Godrej spilit ac has problem. Godrej service boys had checked ac for 5-10 min taken 600₹+ charges and no services provides just given verbal solution as now no problems will be arrived- gondia godrej services providers are wrost as then have checked we again contact same day they didsnt responded now its 2 month still just saying we will come etc... Uneduacted people are kept for service.. Just selling product for selfieshness no services providing.. Kindly look over this issue if you cant give service better shut your business in gondia go out of this city..this type of company dont deserve single peny of customer. Having regret of purchasing godrej product.

                  I have Purshase Godrej ac in june from Hari om Electronic uttam nagar.Ac not getting Cooling from 10 days. very bad product purchase totally waste of money.this is a new product and only i am using 5 to 6 hours in daily bases. ac performance is very bad and i am saying to all dont buy godrej AC . pls help to resolve my issue as soon as possible . in my spilit Ac indoor unit getting some noise. my family is not happy from this product.

                    Hi, i have bought a fridge from Guwahati Assam were within 1 year the gasket of the door opens up automatically and doesn't gets cool and water drop let's gets accumulated all over the freezer body. After complain many people came tried everything however couldn't resolve at last 1 senior trainer came Mr.Amrit & Debasish Goswami came and said they cannot resolve it and they will send mail to concern team where they will replace the fridge after deducting some amount however after continuous follow up for 3-4 months came to know he left company and again nothing happened. When I called Godrej customer care for status or what can be done now they straight forward denied about any past complain where as I have the complain number (G[protected]). When I asked them to provide nodel desk email id they didn't provided. I spoke with Agent Ankur & supervisor Ajay however they didn't helped me.

                      My AC is not working since[protected]. I have registered my complain on that day. Technician visited my home on[protected] and told me indore PCB did not work. After 10 days Technician came to my home. He replace the PCB but till now AC is not working. Technician says voltage is very low. But next day morning I check the voltage and it's shows 200 volt, Although AC is not working. Next day another Technician came to my home. Then he checked my AC and told me outdoor PCB is not working.
                      Sir I am facing very trouble in my home. My wife is pregnant. For that reason my whole family is facing very trouble. So I request you please do the needful and oblige as soon as possible.

                        So I registered for a warranty claim on my mosquito bat but after the acknowledgement and address confirmation email there is no action for the past 7-8 days.

                              The refrigerator was not working fine since the beginning and we had requested exchange or replacement, but your technician ensured that this problem will be solved hence, no replacement was done.Of late, we are still facing the same issues, it has developed problems regarding its functioning. Fresh fruits and vegetables are getting spoilt within a day
                              Curdling of milk and freezing of ice on food items . The refrigerator was bought with a warranty of one year. Since it is still in the warranty period, i complained in your customer care and we are not satisfied they sent people to repair it but its still the same. We tried to reach your toll free number which says that the complaint has been closed by the technician but the problem is not solved.

                                Date of incident: 15/06/2021

                                I have asked godrej appliances to install my godrej AC which was being moved from my old house to new house. The technicians came for the installation and performed the installation. They have charge me 3800 rupees for installation and a couple of meters of copper pipe. They said the AC has full gas and no need to refill.
                                The AC started leaking water from the front unit in a couple of days and they came back again and fixed it. Again, AC was cooling till that time. After a couple of days again, the AC stopped cooling and I called the technicians again. They said the valve is broken, we need to install the valve and refill the gas and are asking me 4000 rupees again.
                                There was clearly an issue with the installation which caused the issue within a week and now they are refusing to take responsibility and charging me again for the problem they created during installation.

                                  I bought a godrej edge neo 5star fidge on 28/5/2022. Then I see sweating problem in my fridge. I complain two times. Two times the technician comes to my house. But they could not solve the sweating problem of my fridge. The second time the technician came he said it was the problem of door gasket. And he went on to say that he would change it. But still he has not come to change it. And did not have any contact with me

                                    Hi,

                                    I purchased 3 godrej Ac (one window and other two spilt 1.5 ton ) and they are consuming 2200, 2300 watts per hour regularly from day one, oneetechnician visited and he said that these ACs are faulty and said company will send some person to resolve the issue, I have complained multiple times in godrej customer care regarding the same, but they are not providing any resolution .
                                    Worst customer support from Godrej.
                                    Replace all 3 AC or return my money.

                                      आपको सादर अवगत कराना हैं कि दिनाक 15 मई 2022 को एक डी फ्रीज गोदरेज कंपनी का ताज इलेक्ट्रोनिक्स पोस्ट ऑफिस रोड एटा से खरीदा था लगभग दस दिन बाद ही इस फ्रीज में कूलिंग की समस्या आने लगी मैंने कई बार ताज इलेक्ट्रॉनिक से और कम्पनी के सर्विस सेन्टर से सम्पर्क किया लेकिन अभी तक समस्या का समाधान नहीं हुआ हैं

                                        Very bad experience with Godrej support staff.
                                        I had buy AC last season(july 2021). This season I am facing an auto cut issue In AC(after 10-15 min AC closed), I filed a complaint regarding the same last Sunday(5 June 2022)but till now no one visited to check the issue.

                                        I am very frustrated now to call every day to ask the same thing again and again(when the agent will be visited, every time they said very soon but how soon).
