Hi Team,

I bought new single door refrigerator for Rs 16, 450 from Godrej via Amazon on 3rd April 2022.

The door of freezer broke 2 days ago when we simply opened it.

Now Godrej is demanding for Rs 550 for replacing this freezer door stating that plastic is not covered under warranty.

Does it mean Godrej has advertently used cheapest quality plastic in freezer door of brand new refrigerator which will break every 1 or 2 months and Godrej will keep on looting me for Rs 550 throughout my life as long as I am using this refrigerator ?

I paid Rs 16, 450 which itself is very high amount considering it is only 190 litre refrigerator and Godrej is still trying yo cheat me.

I have attched the pics.

    Hi Team,

    I bought new single door refrigerator for Rs 16, 450 from Godrej via Amazon on 3rd April 2022.

      Hi.

      I have raised an issue for outdoor making loud noise, the issue remains the same, post this the AC has stopped cooling.

      Service center is too pathetic and unprofessional who has no sense of talking to the clients.

      They only talk about the payment and money related. But nothing to do on the customer satisfaction.

[protected], [protected] हूँ। मैनें R C Sales & Services (Owner Rakesh Chaddha)से दिनांक 31 मार्च 2022 को GODREJ REF RT EON 358 B 25 RCI BONY BATCH[protected]FR00378 खरीदा है जिसका बिल मेल में Attach है। मैनें जब से यह फ्रिज लिया है तब से फ्रिज मे कोई न कोई समस्या बनी हुई है।

        पहली समस्या फ्रिज में कूलिंग न होने को लेकर हुई जिसकी कई बार कस्टमर केयर में शिकायत दर्ज करने के बाद हमारे को फ्रिज की सर्विस प्राप्त हुई परंतु उसके बाद भी फ्रिज में कूलिंग नही आयी फिर से शिकायत करने के बाद उसके कम्प्रेशर में बर्फ जमना बताया गया जिसके बाद फ्रिज के प्लास्टिक कवर को खोल करके उसको सुधारा और 8 घंटे तक फ्रिज खुलवा कर रखा, फिर भी हमारी फ्रिज कुल नही कर रही थी फिर कस्टमर केयर में शिकायत की गयी जिससे जिले के प्रोडक्ट हेड(Nasid Khan, Abdul Sameem Khan urf RAJA ) को बताया की आप सुधार कर रहे है पर इसमें कुछ सुधार नही हो रहा है आप हमारा फ्रिज Replace करवाईये परंतु उनके द्वारा हमारी बातों को अनसुना किया गया।
        नोटः एक महीने लगातार 4 से ज्यादा बार शिकायत दर्ज करवायी गयी।
        सुधार करने के बाद दूसरी समस्या फ्रिज का बल्व फ्यूज होने लगा जिसका Replacement उनके द्वारा लोकल बल्व से किया गया फिर सुधार हुआ लेकिन कुछ समय बाद फिर से बल्व फ्यूज हो गया और कस्टमर के सामने रहते ही उनके द्वारा तीन बल्व फ्यूज हो गये और फिर सर्विस प्रोवाइडर द्वारा लोकल बल्व लगाया गया और इनके द्वारा कहा गया कि फ्रिज के लाइट का पैनल चैंज करेंगे जिसके लिये हमने प्रोडक्ट कम्पनी में Order कर दिया है एक दो दिन में प्रोडक्ट मिलने के बाद फ्रिज में लगा दिया जायेगा परंतु सर्विस प्रोवाइडर द्वारा आज दिनांक तक कोई Action नही लिया गया।
        नोटः एक महीने लगातार 4 से ज्यादा बार शिकायत दर्ज करवायी गयी।
        तीसरी समस्या फ्रिज के डोर की रबर खुल गयी है जिसके कारण फ्रिज बंद नही हो रहा है। जिसकी कम्प्लेंट कस्टमर केयर में की गयी। जिला के सर्विस प्रोवाइडर द्वारा चैक किया गया परंतु उनके द्वारा कोई उचित सुधार नही किया गया जिससे हमारे घर के सदस्यों को डोर में लगी रबर को खुद से चिपकाना पड़ रहा है परंतु उस डोर में पानी की बोतल रखने पर डोर की रबर निकलने लगती है और डोर बंद नही होता है। इसके लिये कस्टमर केयर को फोन किया गया जिसके बाद सर्विस प्रोवाइडर द्वारा कहा गया कि आपके फ्रिज में कोई ऐसी समस्या नही है परंतु समस्या को उनके द्वारा नही देखा गया फिर हमने उनसे कहा कि फ्रिज Replace करने का तो Abdul Sameem Khan urf RAJA की हम इस फ्रिज के गेट को चैंज कर देते है परंतु हमारा फ्रिज लिये हमें 2 महीने भी पूरे नही हुये है और आप फ्रिज का गेट चैंज करेंगे इसका हमने आपसे नियत हल मांगा है न कि बार बार परेशानी। परंतु Abdul Sameem Khan urf RAJA द्वारा बोला गया कि हम कल बात करते है और जब उनको आज फोन लगाया तो उसके द्वारा कोई हल नही बताया गया।
        प्रोडक्ट डीलर भी समस्या को लेकर गंभीरता नही ले रहे है। क्योंकि उनके द्वारा भी बोला जाता है कि आप पहले Customer Care में शिकायत करें फिर हम कुछ कार्यवाही करेंगे। जिला सतना के सर्विस प्रोवाइडर Abdul Sameem Khan urf RAJA द्वारा सर्विस पूरी न करने पर भी शिकायत को Close कर दिया जाता है।

        महोदय जी आपसे अनुरोध है कि आप हमारे द्वारा लिये गये फ्रिज को Replace करवा दीजिये ताकि आपके प्रोडक्ट की विश्वसनीयता बनी रहे ऐसी समस्या लगातार आने पर इंसान को अपना काम छोड़कर उस पर लगे रहना पड़ता है जिससे उसका मानसिक संतुलन बिगड़ जाता है। आपसे अनुरोध है कि आप इस पर उचित कार्यवाही करेंगे ताकि ग्राहक की विश्वसनीयता आपके प्रोडक्ट पर बनी रहे।

            I purchased a godrej ac 1 ton last yearr
            in march..ever since it was installed i raised multiple complaints with godrej that ac wasnt cooling..nothing was done about it apart from filter cleaning everytime..ac genuinely has a prob which has not been adressed till date..now either the company gets the ac functional on its own else i go to cunsumer court n take the complete cost of ac from the company..

              In the middle of March, I registered a service request for my Godrej AC (purchased in 2018) by calling their helpline. They registered the request and informed me that the AC is out of warranty timeframe so I will have to pay repair charges. I was okay with that. I also paid Rs. 650 visit charge for the technicians. They fixed it and left but the AC stopped working within 3 hours after that point. Then they sent someone again the next day and said they will have to take the motor and replace it with another one. I was okay with that.

              After 4 days they came back with a new motor but that too did not work. This happened 2 more times (with two additional motors that also did not work). By this time the company had already spent more than a month and I had spent more than Rs. 5000. Then they decided to take the entire AC away so that they could test it in their facility. Then they wasted another entire month and after these two months, said the problem was PCB, and then later said even they don't know what the problem is. And every time I tried to call them, one person pointed out another person to call, who pointed out yet another manager to call. And more than half the time, every manager kept avoiding my phone calls by simply refusing to take it, canceling it.

              Now they are saying they can return the defective AC back and also return the 5000 I paid, but without any resolution and having wasted two months of my time of hottest summer days without a working AC. Not only that, they said I can pay another 25, 000 rupees in exchange for that AC and purchase a new one. The fact that an AC from Godrej can become scrap metal and its parts are not available in less than 4 full years is surprisingly bad and it might prevent anyone from purchasing from this company in the future. I honestly do not know what to do now, because my original 32, 000 worth of purchase is now garbage in less than 4 years.

              Godrej technicians came and returned the AC which is still NOT working and gave back the 5000 rupees WITHOUT any resolution. This is beyond annoying. Again, all managers are ignoring my phone call and intentionally canceling it. Whenever I call, they refuse to receive 8 times out of 10. Why doesn't Godrej take back their garbage in return for compensation for all this? Are ACs supposed to die entirely with no parts avaialble in 4 years? What kind of company is this?

                  Dear sir,

                  This is regarding the complaint of an air-conditioning unit i purchased in january 2021. After few months itself i was having issue with airflow and cooling. The air flow issue hasnt been resolved till date. The service team keeps on closing the case without the issue being rectified.
                  During this period, the service team tried changing the blower and pcb, but issue persist even after that.
                  I had booked a complaint regarding the same on january 2022 before the warranty expired to rectify the long lasting issue, which was also closed without resolving the issue.

                  Now when i contacted the godrej Asm, he is talking about refund and depreciation. Its as if godrej is not going to rectify the issue and also going to cause financial loss to me siting that now the product is out of warranty, which happened only because godrej dragged the issue for so long .

                  I had purchased few godrej acs since i never had any issue with the machines before this. But when one issue came, i am really disappointed with the service provided by godrej. Now i will think twice before buying any product from godrej, not because of product quality, but because of the way the product is serviced.

                  Invoice attached herewith.

                  Considering this, i request you to either replace the faulty unit entirely or provide me a full refund of the machine.

                          I have purchased a refrigerator on 31st march 2022 from khosla electronics Garia. the product is not working from the very first day of installation. I have complained many times for the issue but no one from godrej service center provided solution but dates. now its almost one and half months I am complaining again and again but not getting solution if it continues i have to take a legal action.

                            We bought godrej 1.5 split ac in 2021 and they mentioned that first 2 services will be free of cost. I connected with the customer care and they said they will allign the service person for the same.

                            I had a word with Ramesh (service guy) next day and he connected me to Ishaan from Mehta Refrigeration, jalebi gali, mahabir chowk, narnaul, haryana. Ishaan was really rude and shouting that they will charge...

                            I have been mentally harassed and neglected by the customer service of Godrej.. i had purchased a Godrej Split AC on the month of May 2021, the AC started malfunctioning during end of March of 2022. I started calling the customer care of Godrej, the technicians who arrived seemed to not be able to solve the problem since it was showing PC04 error.. and after 20 days of them avoiding my calls, neglecting, they reluctantly took my AC for repair on 13th of April 2022.. it's been more than 23 days.. and they still try to postpone or evade the repair... Yesterday they told me they cannot repair the AC, i don't know what to say, i think I know why they are doing this, it's because they know that my warranty period ends this month.. hah hah... So cheap of you Godrej... I thought Godrej is an Indian Company like Mahindra.. since i own a Mahindra Vehicle and their Customer service is excellent, they practically treat me like family.. but i was a fool to think that Godrej too was similar... I was wrong, the Godrej Customer care and Service department is filled with Crooks and Brigands who mentally harass and exploit the customer.. will never in my future buy any thing remotely related to Godrej.. absolutely disgusting company I've ever seen.

                                    We bought 5 Split 1.5 ton 3 star AC's from Godrej Company and we provided them our own Outdoor stands and labour to install but instead of that also we were asked to pay 200 each for ac even though we installed on our own. And were been told that if you won't pay we will not install indoor ac also. Pathetic service and rude people.Now we have been told if we won't pay we will have to face consequences. Even we are installing on our own we have to pay for the amount what kind of behaviour is this.

                                    Godrej sarvice center बिल्कुल बेकार है वह हमे भी परेशान कर रहे हैं, हमारे ac की sarvice भी ठीक नहीं की है और untainted technician ने हमारे ac की Gass निकाल दी है अपने लाभ के लिए, अब sarvice center वाले ज़बरदस्ती Gass भरवाने के लिए force कर रहे हैं, कि 2700 रुपये दो और Gass भरवाने के लिए, हमारा ac sarvice करवाने से पहले cooling कर रहा था पर sarvice करवाने के बाद cooling नहीं कर रहा है, हमने 2020 में ही ac लिया था, अभी 2 सालों में ही ac की Gass केसे खत्म हो सकती है, sarvice center और customer care में Complan करने के बाद भी उस technician और sarvice center के खिलाफ कोई कार्रवाई नहीं कर रहें हैं

                                      I purchased a Godrej Double door refrigerator in 2020. From one month, it is in dead condition, I complained to Godrej customer care [protected] on 09th april, without resolving the issues, they closed my complain. I again booked complain on 21st april, again closed my complain by Godrej without confirming me, I again booked my complain on 29th april but till now not resolved the issue.
                                      Now I am thinking why I purchased from Godrej company instead of Samsung, whirlpool etc. Anyone can imagine that in this summer season how
                                      I'm felling after investing so much amount in this Refrigerator.
                                      I request to Godrej company, if possible, Please return my money and take your refrigerator.
