Dear Godrej,

I have Purshase Godrej ac in june from Hari om Electronic uttam nagar.Ac not getting Cooling from 10 days. very bad product purchase totally waste of money.this is a new product and only i am using 5 to 6 hours in daily bases. ac performance is very bad and i am saying to all dont buy godrej AC . pls help to resolve my issue as soon as possible . in my spilit Ac indoor unit getting some noise. my family is not happy from this product.

Hi, i have bought a fridge from Guwahati Assam were within 1 year the gasket of the door opens up automatically and doesn't gets cool and water drop let's gets accumulated all over the freezer body. After complain many people came tried everything however couldn't resolve at last 1 senior trainer came Mr.Amrit & Debasish Goswami came and said they cannot resolve it and they will send mail to concern team where they will replace the fridge after deducting some amount however after continuous follow up for 3-4 months came to know he left company and again nothing happened. When I called Godrej customer care for status or what can be done now they straight forward denied about any past complain where as I have the complain number (G[protected]). When I asked them to provide nodel desk email id they didn't provided. I spoke with Agent Ankur & supervisor Ajay however they didn't helped me.

My AC is not working since[protected]. I have registered my complain on that day. Technician visited my home on[protected] and told me indore PCB did not work. After 10 days Technician came to my home. He replace the PCB but till now AC is not working. Technician says voltage is very low. But next day morning I check the voltage and it's shows 200 volt, Although AC is not working. Next day another Technician came to my home. Then he checked my AC and told me outdoor PCB is not working.
Sir I am facing very trouble in my home. My wife is pregnant. For that reason my whole family is facing very trouble. So I request you please do the needful and oblige as soon as possible.

I bought a Godrej Mosquito Hit Racquet from Flipkart. The Racquet was stopped working after 2 months and I was well within the warranty period.

So I registered for a warranty claim on my mosquito bat but after the acknowledgement and address confirmation email there is no action for the past 7-8 days.
I have not received any further call or email after the acknowledgement email.
And also I was try to contact but GODREJ costumer care no is invalid.

Some motor sound complaint and system complainy

Gd morning sir ji, I have godrej company deep freeze before 01 month after 15 day then not working and I'm call to customer care and register to complaint, complaint no [protected] on 15 Jun and till date not solved my problem and company staff not picked my call, I'm many time to call coustomer care, No solved my problem new deep freeze before 01 month only

The refrigerator was not working fine since the beginning and we had requested exchange or replacement, but your technician ensured that this problem will be solved hence, no replacement was done.Of late, we are still facing the same issues, it has developed problems regarding its functioning. Fresh fruits and vegetables are getting spoilt within a day
Curdling of milk and freezing of ice on food items . The refrigerator was bought with a warranty of one year. Since it is still in the warranty period, i complained in your customer care and we are not satisfied they sent people to repair it but its still the same. We tried to reach your toll free number which says that the complaint has been closed by the technician but the problem is not solved.

I have asked godrej appliances to install my godrej AC which was being moved from my old house to new house. The technicians came for the installation and performed the installation. They have charge me 3800 rupees for installation and a couple of meters of copper pipe. They said the AC has full gas and no need to refill.
The AC started leaking water from the front unit in a couple of days and they came back again and fixed it. Again, AC was cooling till that time. After a couple of days again, the AC stopped cooling and I called the technicians again. They said the valve is broken, we need to install the valve and refill the gas and are asking me 4000 rupees again.
There was clearly an issue with the installation which caused the issue within a week and now they are refusing to take responsibility and charging me again for the problem they created during installation.

I bought a godrej edge neo 5star fidge on 28/5/2022. Then I see sweating problem in my fridge. I complain two times. Two times the technician comes to my house. But they could not solve the sweating problem of my fridge. The second time the technician came he said it was the problem of door gasket. And he went on to say that he would change it. But still he has not come to change it. And did not have any contact with me

I purchased 3 godrej Ac (one window and other two spilt 1.5 ton ) and they are consuming 2200, 2300 watts per hour regularly from day one, oneetechnician visited and he said that these ACs are faulty and said company will send some person to resolve the issue, I have complained multiple times in godrej customer care regarding the same, but they are not providing any resolution .
Worst customer support from Godrej.
Replace all 3 AC or return my money.

Very bad experience with Godrej support staff.
I had buy AC last season(july 2021). This season I am facing an auto cut issue In AC(after 10-15 min AC closed), I filed a complaint regarding the same last Sunday(5 June 2022)but till now no one visited to check the issue.

I am very frustrated now to call every day to ask the same thing again and again(when the agent will be visited, every time they said very soon but how soon).

Dear Sir,

I have complaints about the issue of water flow in the cooler.
My registered complaint number was X[protected]. Service technician visited my home and changed the cooler motor pump. After changing they shoot videography .
If you see in the video one side water flow is slow-average and another side water just dropping except 2 o/p pt. Godrej service technician without my concern and taking CSN number they closed my complaint. Now they don't pick up my phone.

Day before yesterday dated 05 June 2022, Registered new complaint [protected] for the same issue.
No one has contacted till now. Could you please look into it .

I am harassing more than one month from Godrej technician and service person. I bought new cooler for summer and you know after summer it is no use for me.

Our fridge got burned

Dear Concerned,
I am writing this with great anger. We had bought front loading washing machine from Godrej and few days back the drum got spolit.
We sent it to service center 12 days back and the service center still says the drum is stuck in Kocchi and sometimes its in Bombay.
You have 2 days with you to resolve this issue and get back to me. I am from USA and I will make sure none of my colleagues buy your appliances

I bought new single door refrigerator for Rs 16, 450 from Godrej via Amazon on 3rd April 2022.

The door of freezer broke 2 days ago when we simply opened it.

Now Godrej is demanding for Rs 550 for replacing this freezer door stating that plastic is not covered under warranty.

Does it mean Godrej has advertently used cheapest quality plastic in freezer door of brand new refrigerator which will break every 1 or 2 months and Godrej will keep on looting me for Rs 550 throughout my life as long as I am using this refrigerator ?

I paid Rs 16, 450 which itself is very high amount considering it is only 190 litre refrigerator and Godrej is still trying yo cheat me.

I have attched the pics.

Hi.

I have raised an issue for outdoor making loud noise, the issue remains the same, post this the AC has stopped cooling.

Service center is too pathetic and unprofessional who has no sense of talking to the clients.

They only talk about the payment and money related. But nothing to do on the customer satisfaction.
