Invested amount not received

I have invested amount of 1000/- in the golden forest (India) limited under receipt no. Ls/96/246251 dated 7/01/1996 by the name of reshap kumar sarrf.

My amount maturity date was 1/10/2017 under enrolment no. 623501.

But till the date i have not received my amount.

So you are requested to help me to receive my amount as soon as possible.

I'm not able to connect with Golden Forests team since a long time as my investment is going to be matured in December'21 but I want to close this now but whenever I am calling to Golden Forests service care the IVR said the number is switched off or invalid.
