I am trying to register my account number for Reimbursment but for 2 criterias as mentioned in the sample, it says that account number is invalid and for third criteria, it says this is already registered, but I am not sure of the unique reference id to check my claim status.

I am somnath thorat. I invested Rs.1000 in golden forest with acc.no.01/9/LSC97747, receipt no. 94/LS/32423 in date 14/2/1995 for maturity of 222000 in the 14/2/2020, now i'm trying to submit claim form, name and account mismatched .my humble request to you plz solve this issue .

We had invested 1000 rs amount on 04/04/1996 in golden forests (india) limited. On maturity we are supposed to get 222000 but the company has denied to pay it and also its closed . Kindly help for the same

My father had invested Rs. 1000 in a scheme in your company in 1993.Company had given him 1 cheque at that time.That cheque maturity date was 03/07/2008.That cheque was issued by Golden Forests (india)limited from State Bank of patiala(chandigarh) .My father is living in ahmedabad. He has deposited this cheque but it was returned and he had also write a letter regarding this issue to golden forest India Ltd. But no response was received.Please issue new cheque and Kindly help me and let me know that how can I claim the amount of cheque.

This is Kiran, an investor in golden forest with the account no 01/9/LSB192026 and the receipt no is LS/96/35435. The maturity date is 20/01/2021. I'm trying to register for the claim and it is saying the account no is invalid.

I do have the cheque also from Union Bank.

Please help me in submitting the claim.

The amount (i.e. Rs.1000) invested by my father in Golden forest India Limited in 1995 A.D. with the maturity amount of Rs. 2, 20, 000 is still pending for the claims. . I also found a cheque of Rs. 2, 20, 000 (BOI) which has been torn out due to a longer period of retaining the documents.The Receipt No. of the invested amount is LS/95/91502.
I request you to provide us with the new cheques of the same amount. The torn cheque is of date 23/09/2020. So I request to provide the new cheques as the scheme has been matured.
