I have been issued a non - cts post dated check which is dishonored by bank & asking for cts check worth rs.4, 44, 000.00 (Rs four lakhs forty four thousand=) only

As i am not able to fill the claim form because i got an invalid account number. Please help me out regarding this. As per the supreme court, every investor is getting their amount. Please do a need full for me.

How can i claim my maturity value of 101000/-?

I deposited amount of rs 1000 and did not get maturity value of rs 10100

I fixed amount of 1000 on 18 january 1997 and i did not get maturity value of rs 101000 on 10 december 2017 i want my maturity value

This is to inform you that i had received a disbursement cheque of 70% of amount invested in the year september, 1997 in the said company as per the direction of hon'ble supreme court of india. Further, i bring to your notice that the investment was made by my husband who has died in the year of 2002. However, my name was added as nominee for the said investment. The cheque had been received by me was in the name of my husband. Therefore, being nominee in the investment, i have requested and asked to issue cheque in the name of nominee i. E.in my name. I have sent all related documents including death certificate of my husband to the 'karvy fintech private limited (Unit: committee - gfil)', hyderabad via registered post a. D. On 23rd july, 2020. However, i have not received any acknowledgement of the same.

Please note that i have also returned back the original cheque which i had received to the karvy fintech private limited. You are requested to do the needful in this matter and suggest further course of action to claim the amount of disbursement. Also, suggest what other documents are required to be submitted. I am attaching herewith relevant documents for your reference.

I kondrapu bala deposited rs 500 in golden forests india limited. And i have issued a cheque of rs 40000 of central bank cheque which is payble at the date of 8/8/2015. But bank is saying cheque is invalid.. Kindly get the new cheque.

A cheque was issued to him, of canara bank, by the company of an amount 1, 11, 000 which was to be claimed after 19/07/2020. But the bank did not accepted the cheque. So would you please look into the matter please?

Since my husband Mr. Zacharias Surin has expired, the cheques issued in his name had been returned by me in original with the required claim documents for the cheques to be issued in my name. My amount maturity value is 18000/- on dated 17/08/2005 under enrolment no. 1549352.

But till the date i have not received my amount.
So you are requested to help me to receive my amount as soon as possible.
