          This is to inform you that i had received a disbursement cheque of 70% of amount invested in the year september, 1997 in the said company as per the direction of hon'ble supreme court of india. Further, i bring to your notice that the investment was made by my husband who has died in the year of 2002. However, my name was added as nominee for the said investment. The cheque had been received by me was in the name of my husband. Therefore, being nominee in the investment, i have requested and asked to issue cheque in the name of nominee i. E.in my name. I have sent all related documents including death certificate of my husband to the 'karvy fintech private limited (Unit: committee - gfil)', hyderabad via registered post a. D. On 23rd july, 2020. However, i have not received any acknowledgement of the same.

          Please note that i have also returned back the original cheque which i had received to the karvy fintech private limited. You are requested to do the needful in this matter and suggest further course of action to claim the amount of disbursement. Also, suggest what other documents are required to be submitted. I am attaching herewith relevant documents for your reference.

            I kondrapu bala deposited rs 500 in golden forests india limited. And i have issued a cheque of rs 40000 of central bank cheque which is payble at the date of 8/8/2015. But bank is saying cheque is invalid.. Kindly get the new cheque.

                                  I have been contacting Karvy for the payment of the below mentioned accounts. We had already received cheque against these, but due to the decease of the account holder we, as nominee, had requested to reissue the payment.

                                        I invested rs.1000/- 25 years ago in gfil, ahmedabad. The amount is matured now which is 222000/- at 29/03/2020. I went to bank for claim the amount but bank refused and returned the cheque... I tried online claim but there is showing wrong account number although i tried all the different options of entering account number... I have talked with online custum support but nothing was happened. So, please kindly help me to resolve this matter, credit the amount to my central bank account or do something to claim the amount...
