The amount was invested by my aunt but she expired in 2013... How can i claim this now and what will be the process to claim this amount? I have got the cheque but don't know how to get is encashed. The account mentioned on the cheque is now obsolete., how to know the nominee for the same.

Kindly provide the method or processor to claim the amount. What kind of documents are required for the claim.

    I prashant gupta had a telephonic conversation with mr dinesh patnayak where as it was decided that i will send stamp paper duly attested by notary public of rs10 / and dc certificate of depositor nominee even all the required document's, i delivered the very same earliest but it was surprising to see afraid to email that after every thing attested confirm by karvy receiving the email documented the claim is rejected, dear investor's i am providing every legal document's as many times as the karvy asked even it was stated that stamp paper all the document's are received by them but lady stated we will first enter in our record's then after again after two month's time your payment will be processed directly to the account, i again highly request ceo, director to proceed as per request, eventually i shoot the email to mr dinesh patnayak manager to consider this type of exceptional claim. I will thankful to your as you stated it will take 20 business day's to verify, claim, pay such amount, kindly update in your record whatever is pending ans pending to by scanned issue.
    In this above mentioned trailing issue spoke to anand pillai stated matter is send to gfil committee for exceptional case approval. Delayed my contact [protected], [protected]

          Dear team

          This is to bring to your kind notice that a sum of Rs 1000/- was deposited in golden forests (India) limited on 09/05/1996 and a receipt no 96/134431 with account no 01/9/LSC395338. It has get matured in 2016 so now when I'm claiming it account number is showing invalid
          After filling all my details and submitting the details in the first section, i'm unable to move to the next section where it is generating a pop-up message as account number is invalid... I hereby request you to please solve this issue as soon as possible.

                This is to bring to your kind notice that a sum of rs5000/was deposited in golden forests (India) limited on 30/06/1997 and a receipt no 97/186127 with account no lsc 737815. It has come to our notice that a committee appointed by supreme court is issuing disbursement warrant for 70% of the deposited amount i. E warrant of rs 3500/ should have been issued in our name. We have already received warrant of other deposited amount. I have already submitted claim format before due date as asked by the committee earlier. I have submitted my claim format for non receipt of warrant through speed post no em[protected]in on 14/08/2019 which is well receipted by your office but the same is still unattended. We don't expect such casual approach from the committee working under the guidance of honourable supreme court. Further we inform that at present we are residing in pune and information in this regard has already been communicated to your office along with pan card and adhaar. My present address is pradeep kumar sinha, impact paradise, flat no 202, survey no 284/4, porwal road, lohegaon, pune 411047. Please look in to the matter and request to resolve the issue. A complaint has also been lodged earlier but it is still unattended. With regards and hope for an early redressal.

                    . The golden forests india ltd. Had issued post dated cheque. After the due date i had submitted the cheque in the bank and the bank returned not enchased no money exists in the account.
                    As per the committee guide i submitted a copy of receipt and cheque and other details to the address given by committee 3 years back. Recently i have checked with karvy who is doing the process of refund of 70% of principal amount. The karvy informed me details does not exit in their list. The karvy advised to register with committee. I did so, but no response so far. What i have to do now to get my money back.

                      Sir, we deposited rs. 10, 000/- for a period of 3 years and 6 months in golden forest (India) limited in the year 1996. We have not received any amount til date. After supreme court decision we can be given 70% of the amount deposited. When i was filling the claim form for the the same on http/corpreg. Karvy.com i came across a problem of mismatch of details. I request you to kindly look into the matter.

Kinldy look into the matter as we are trying this since 5-6 months. Sir this is too long since i m trying for my claim as i m in need too and full amount has been invested in golden forests of my husband. There are two accounts stated above one for rs 100000 and other for rs 50000/-, please resolve the issue as soon as possible and guide us as how to proceed for our payment.

                                      My name is Usha Verma, I am a widowed woman and for the last two months, I am very upset due to my neighbor, whose house no.t is C2-98 Yanuma Vihar, Delhi 110053. He runs commercial activity from his home. He is running a hotel from his house, due to which there is a lot of moisture in my house and there is also dirt in the street. Police complained about this earlier, but no proper action was taken. Please help me and take appropriate action.

                                        I do appreciate to your action posting the complaint's sent by me daily but not resolved by karvy (Gfil) hyderabad, today i received the email where as they 4th time asked for incomplete information, even all the required detail's were send by me in hard copy through courier which contain's the cheque of hdfc sent by them 45 day"s ago in the deceased name i completed all required information, supporting document's for processing payment of 16800/- stated required scan copy of cheque, detail's furnished by me company name, invested amount, nominee name, cheque issued by accused golden forest private ltd manimajra, of 96000/- on invested amount inr 24000/- which is accepted by rina kumari corporate registree executive karvy, still they are stating for last 45 day's in trailing email 1-detail's required scan copy of cheque, company name, nominee name, i do clarify all the required set is received by them on[protected] by courier and in every trailing email, 2 — after successful validation payment will be processed 3 - email reply - we have received high volume of request keep patience after after successful validation payment will be processed 4 — rajamahendran sai mohuteika

                                        I prashant gupta who was daily writing request complain to karvy and will and have to write till my death i know because complain request not resolved, today again one of the corporate registree executive rajamahendran sai mohuteika wrote reply that send dc as my case is hold they required death certificate of investor even it was received by there corporate registree staff rina kumari in which she stated all required document's received payment will be processed shortly, no issues i will send again through email for rajamahendran sai mohuteika to process the payment because they are taking long time after fulfilling all the required detailed doc's i have to fight for my small daughter even lead to beg to karvy, dear investor's it is not easy to get payment i believe, call no [protected] unable to get to any customer service executive, i write email no positve reply when karvy have intention to refund.

                                        Dear karvy employees, i prashant gupta received three email's last received from 1-from rina kumari corporate registree satisfactory reply stating that we have received document's and enter in there system required detail's payment will be subject's to validation of document's and will be shortly processed no "surity"when "? 2-email from harish g stating same automated reply after successful validation payment will be processed no surety when god knows, 3-email from raju surakanti at 8:39 pm same automated reply we have received high volume of request for my payment process, keep patience after successful validation payment will be processed, hope when it will be processed god know's.                                         This is to certify that inspite of numerous intimation email's correspondece sent along with the legally proof looping the hirarchcy of govt ministariat and supreme court as well, i am not getting response from the karvy when they are intended to give the transfer of 16800/- to which cheque was sent along with warrant in the name of deceased lt smt sumitra singh who invested for her daughter lt renu gupta as of which i handicapped partially suffering from neurology dx send the copy of the proof of my medical and relation with decesased relevant so that it would be fisible to track that the complainant is not making fun it is the genuine and intitled fore the same, in your trailing mail received it was stated by sanjay sahu that warrant is delivered but not received till yet again there was a statement by other corporate registree official that warrant delivered but when review the email payee name was wrong but the account number was correct which is mine prashant gupta for which i have sent physically & attached copy of bank proof passbook, kindly clarify what happening when karvy intended to pay, my contact detail's are [protected], [protected], [protected].                                         Hi investor's or to whomsoever it may concern you will see yesterday i wrote a lengthy request to karvy fintech (Gfil) but i came to know with email by one more corporate registree executive that we will see update record's get back to me. Sympathy, matter not resolved. A very big story has become in it started by receiving cheque, then reported the issue regarding the cheque along with trailing email's, no positive respose from karvy fintech (Gfil) regarding transfer fund's, wrote to president of india official member's, supreme court, lt governor, pmo, stating only request for 16800/- to get release from karvy fintech (Gfil), dear whomsoever read this complaint dear i am begging for my only daughter even after giving bank detail's, relevant proof's asked lakh's of time by karvy fintech (Gfil) registree corporate employee's else what all they want to transfer, even i wrote please treansfer before my death, i prashant gupta beg karvy fintech (Gfil) to process my request if required can call @ [protected], [protected], ok tell me what you people want, proof sent by courier every thing by email.
