I dilipbhai ganesh kevadia have invested rupees 30, 000 on[protected]. My son is the nominee raj dilipbhai kevadia. My enrollment no is 700952. Another number mentioned in the form is gplf no 841898. The account in which i paid the money was ac no gla123741. The policy period was 5 years. Return value is 90, 000 which got matured on date[protected].
I have a photocopy of my payment and receipt and tge forms but the file size is big and unable to upload.
I tried calling golden forest offices in chandigarh and mumbai but all numbers are out of service.
I haven't yet received my maturity amount ie 90, 000
Waiting for my maturity amount

Sir, i am nominee of amount invested by depositer so cheque is issue on the name of depositer but depositer is deceased. So postman has return that cheque back to company without attaching any proof. So i want that cheque is again issue on the nominee name. So what i can do to get it.

Myself vidya surange, resident of bhopal, have recurring deposit account number ruc200761 in golden forest plan 25/5. With effect from 13/02/1997 i had been depositing rs 1000 per month up to january 2001and total 48 installments have been deposited.

However, i received a cheque of rs 700 only, which is 70% of single installment of rs 1000, on 8/07/2019 instead of 70% of rs 48000.

Kindly look into my grievance and release the remaining amount immediately.
