As i checked in portal that last oct 2018 is submission last date.

The 4th option is in Golden Forest (India) Limited is

A/C No. Section put after LSB No. Put only 03/123456 and Allotment
Letter/Receipt No. should be blank. remain all same. I succeeded 100%.
I think this may help others.

I had invested in golden forests around 1990 in the name of sanjdip singh kandhari r/o 1948, phase 10 mohali -160062.

I have misplaced my papers due to long time elapsed, however am sure the same can be retreived from my name and dob.

I understand that as per sc ruling the amount is getting refunded, however i am unable to submit due to lack of details.

As an aggreived customer i wish to be refunded my hard earned amount and any details to prove my authenticity can be submitted.

My proposal number[protected], d/d no.7375-69 dt.17/10/2000, received dt.31/10/2000. I am not fill up form in m/s karvy investor service center due to the not provide any option in form without policy. So you are requested to provide without policy form through m/s karvy investor service on line filling system.

I have deposited rs.60000 in goden forest (India) limited on 31.03.1999 vide account no.01/9/lsb691482 and receipt no. Ls/99/21476. I am trying to submit the online claim form but during above process one msg shows that account no. Is not correct. But the account no. Is shown in the receipt that is with me is 01/9/lsb691482. Pl solve my problem otherwise i can not submit my claim because to day is the last day for submission of claim form.
