With due respect i beg to state that according to the advertisement of the golden forest india limited company i deposited rs - 1000/-. I have receive pucca receipt no - 94/ru/79713 and account no - 01/9/lsc145037 through postal registered letter to you. Now i sent again the same pucca receipt but it turned into mismatch of account and name.

With due respect i beg to state that according to the rule's and regulations of the golden forest india limited i reinvested amount - 16000/- but could not get my pucca receipt from the golen forest india limited due to chandigarh office closed. Now i am at problem for registering my receipt number and account number. For that reason i am in mental pressure.

No. 00/ 40962 and 00/40963 dated 16/03/2000 by the name of mrs. Krishna devi w/o mr. Lachhami narain with amount as 5000 each and account no. 01/9/lcc21655901/83265 and 83266 resectively.
