My father policy account number is 01/09/rub266900 is registered with you in
1998. Commencement date 25/11/1998 and maturity date 25/11/2003 with enrolment number 825074 rupees 300 per month instalmement submitted regularly but karvy claim status form shown invalid account number. My father is not alive but my mother is nominee of this policy please resolve this matter early as early possible.

I am manahar bhai s patel and invested rs 1000/- on 05/09/1995 for 21yrs receipt no 95/136600 st no spc95176/999990 bearing acct no 01/9/lsc201924 term mop 24/25l/s enrolment 319739. Matures on 12.08.202020. I request to send the amount in the following address

Would like to solve the issue regarding filling of claim form details in the start section. I am jagmal singh (Depositor), holding a account in golden forests (India) limited (Gfil limited) bearing the account no: 01/9/lsb517467 and receipt no. 97/181401. After filling all my details and submitting the details in the first section, i'm unable to move to the next section where it is generating a pop-up message as account number is invalid and shows name/amount/receipt number mismatch sometimes... I hereby request you to please solve this issue as soon as possible.

कुछ प्रभाव शाली लोगों ने टीम मेंबर्स से gfil में निवेश की गई राशि वसूल कर ली. यानि टीम मेंबर्स को अपनी जेब से भुगतान करना पङा । ऐसी राशि वापस टीम मेंबर्स वापस कैसे प्राप्त करेंगे । जबकि राशि चैक या डी.डी. से दी गई हो और बिना बैंक सेभी लेकिन भुगतान की प्राप्ति ली हो ।

I am facing error while filling claim form.
After filling all the details when i click next, a pop up message appears "name / amount / reciept no. Mismatch" or sometimes recieve error message 'account no. Is invalid'.

1) my grandfather and grandmother had invested their money in golden forest india limited. And they are nominee of each other's policy. But both of them expired.

So in this situation what needs to be done to claim the amount? Who becomes the legal heir in this case? My father, my uncle and 2 aunts are 4 siblings.

2) for two investments we have only receipt numbers and not the account number. Could you please help us to get the account number so that we can fill up the claim form?

3) there are two policies, where we have acknowledgment of investment, but we don't have purchase receipt.
How we can get account number for these? And how we can claim the amount?

I have been trying to fill the claim form for both gfil and gpl for different account number whose claims submitted on 20 dec 2004 once, n when we get to know about the court decision we looked up for the process on the website but website showed a pop up message and don't let me go to next section... Please help me with this problem as soon as possible as last date is 31/oct
