My amount maturity date is 18/08/2018 under enrolment no. 1112112

But till the date i have not received my amount of rs. 101000/-.

So you are requested to help me to receive my amount as much as possible.

I had invested a sum of rupees TwoThousand (2000/-) in your company under Receipt No. 76301, Ch.No.007061, A/c No. 01/9/Kar11285, Enrolment No. 18207, ISSUE DATE ; 09/11/1992. MaturityDate : 09/11/2017 and a central bank cheque 007061 was issued in the name of Ms. Or vati devi for a Sum of Two Lac Twonty TwoThousand Only 222000/-) due for payment on 09/02/2018.

This cheque was rejected from the bank as it didnt contain MICR No or IFSC no and also the A/c No 3 which is no longer valid.

Mene[protected] ko golden forest company se 1000/- ka insurance plan liya jiski maturity ka time[protected] tha... Maturity hone par jo ammount milna tha wo 222000/- tha... Plan lete waqt jo cheque diya tha uska no. 941897 h ye cheque state bank of patiala ka h... Jab me is cheque ko apne local bank me jama karne gya to bank walo ne bola ki naya cheque issue karwa kar lana.. Company se koi bhi vontact nahi ho pa rha h internet par jo no. Tha wo bhi galat bta rha h.. Ab bataiye me kya karu mujhe mera ammount dilwane me help kare...

My father invested in golden forests (India) limited way back in 02/01/1999 (Issue date of instrument) having receipt number : ls/99/249 issued by zone -3.

Instrument has maturity date : 26/09/2018.
Instrument has maturity value : 40, 000/-.

Please do the needful and oblige us to get our hard earned money back to us.

Guide me a procedure to go with to get my money back.

My daughter had invested rs 10000.00 for a period of 5 years under golden projects limited (A public limited company), head quaters: chandigarh, ext - nh -22, chandigarh - delhi highway, near ambala, teh. Rjupura, distt. Patiala (Panjab), regd office: sco 835, golden complex, manimara chandigarh.

Accordingly the co. Had issued receipt cum allotment letter. The details are as under
Receipt cum allotment letter no.97/ 15829, st. No. Nv-96-1404/0000 dt.[protected].

As when we came to know there was some fraud things going with the company we thought of removing the money but there was no agent who did this policy. These were our hard earned money, kindly suggest how to go about it and get invested money back we dont expect the lum sum amount but we just want our money that we invested. My aunty is a widow she has 13yrs old son, she needs this money as there is no earn from anywhere.

My father late shri k. B. Shah had deposited a total of rs 1, 90, 000 in in golden forest ltd. He had also lodged claim in year 2005 as all deposits were maturing in or before 2003. I was the nominee in all certificates. Photo copy of claim is attached. Kindly arrange refund in my name.

I have made investment of 2000 rs in 1997 and amount mature in 2018. There are various complaints regarding this company but i hope that atleast certain percentage of the amount should be refunded back.
Moreover consumer complaints executive demand for 2000 rs again from me so that they could redeem my money. All this is fake. I request consumer complaint forum to kindly take action against the same and solve the grievance of investors.
This website also provide with phone number which is not in service and address is also fake.

This is such a fraud company i cannt believe it. You fraud people taking money from innocent people, they trust you and now when they are waiting for thier money, you people dont respond. All your numbers are not valid. None of our complaints are getting responded. Wow... I guess you guys know what karma is... What goes around comes around.. You are running a company and all the employees and higher managenent have thier families so guys if you are not returning my father's money back, then god will show you your horrible future. Abhishek sharma:- 2000, maturity date 21/12/2016, claim amount 202000
Ashok sharma:-5000, maturity date23/12/2020, claim amount 1110000.
The company had given three cheques against claimed amount.
Plz help me to get my fund back.
