Dear sir,
Kindly note i am from poor family one of my papa's friend came and sold us the policy. But till today we have not received any return of that policy. My slip no. 887, enrolment no. 1005626.

I have invested amount of rs 5000/- in 16/07/1999 in the name of naik chandana j. My acknowledgement no. 316596 a. At present i have certificate if you want any proof.
Kindly refund my money which is of my father's hard work asap.

I had invested 40000/- in golden forest long back. I had also sent the receipts back to the company for getting the maturity value on the advice of the consultant of golden forests. I had sent the original receipts by registered post for which i had also received the acknowledgement. But till date i have not received any amount. The company has neither contacted me nor has refunded my amount.
Kindly refund my hard earned money.

We would like to bring your notice on the following points for your kind attention and necessary action that:

1. Myself p k dharmapalan was an employee of bharat aluminium co. Ltd korba stayed in the residence of balco township qr. No. 434/ b type, sector-3, korba, pin-495684 since from the year 1978 to 2007.
2. My present residence address is house no. 16 c, 1 zb type, street-32, sector-10, bhilai nagar, dist: durg, chhattisgarh, pin: 490006.
3. During the beginning of my service life, with a great positive attitude i had started saving to secure for my family and children. That thinking started me to invest in gifl & received by me the above referred receipt certificates (6 nos), advance cheques of vijaya bank and union bank of india with a guarantee-cum-performance deed. (Scan copies are attached here with for ready reference)
4. All my ambitions become failed when the company gifl comes in trouble and could not utilize the saved amount in time & became sr. Citizen now.

6. In the dainik bhaskar daily news papper, an information received by me that fulfils to take care of my cases and its settlement for which need to submit all documents on or before 10.8.2006. I had submitted all originals documents and application on 17.5.2006 and it photocopies are attached here for ready reference.

I invested rs. 15, 000/- on 23/01/1999 in golden forest of india by the name of madhusudanan m k (Address - kamala bhavan, thadathil padam, nallalam (Po), kozhikode (Kerala[protected]. My amount maturity date is 03/01/2006 under enrolment no. 1349355. I have already been sent my complaint. But till the date i have not been received my amount. Meanwhile one mrs. Pooja choudhary from mumabi and mr. Rahul sharma contacted me on phone saying that the golden forest of company stopped and it has been taken over by hdfc life insurance company ltd and required to take a policy of hdfc life insurance company ltd atleast worthing rs. 30, 000/-. Also said then only i will get my maturity amount + interest. So you are requested to give clarification in this regard that the persons who have communicated with me are from authorized source or not. Also requested to intimate the status of my complaint early lodged.

I filled the application form and singed for booking o[censored]nits worth rs. 1000 with golden forest india limited and company give me a cheque of rs. 101000. Post dated. Date - : 14/10/2017.
But i have old cheque and bank not allowed to collect the old cheque..

When we will receive the amount? We do not have any cheque as mentioned in the agreement towards the repayment of the invested money.
