I have brought noise shots from myntra i worked really good when it got delivered bt not the battery automatically drained after 50% its still in warranty and i don't know what to do...sometym they got disconnected automatically ..it also has a charging Issue this means company is cheating with their customers..in next month i was unable to use earbuds..bcoz one from the pair was not working after few days it started working..

I have ordered on 7th of August and its 17th of August. I have been mailing since 6 days and my order is still not dispatched. Also nobody is picking up the phone in customer care.

Purchased a noise elite Bluetooth headset from flipkart on 5 August was workings great but suddenly right side earphone not working this is pathetic please refund or exchange ASAP.

    I bought noise shots x5 and the sound quality is really bad and i want to return them. When i try to contact on customer care no. No one. Picks up the call. I don't know what will happen to my refund when they can't even reply to any of message or call. They really need to change their services regarding returns and refunds. When ordered the product it came so quickly and when want to return there are no answers.

      As informed multiple time over various platforms i am re sending the mail (Complaint ticket number is 182443)
      Team noise, it's been almost a month we are following this up (Attaching the screen shots for your reference).

      Also as desired on your last mail post the mail complaint, we are attaching product images along with payment confirmation/ invoice mail.

      We request you to please do the needful asap and this experience with the servicing level is disheartening, the watch stopped all of a sudden and didn't turn one, getting a revert from your end was a mammoth task indeed.

      Kindly look into this and make this experience a bit better and soothing.

        I placed an order on 6th august, 2019 where they deducted the payment from my account but haven't me any confirmation invoice. They haven't send me the order id for tracking my order. I have been trying to contact them since morning 11 am but nobody is responding to my calls. Kindly let me know what can be done for the same. They are neither replying to my email.

          Go noise service is very poor there is no good means of communication to service center they provide this number [protected] and nobody have picked my phone only bell is ringing and they mail me that I have self shipped my product to their service center and also they will not reimburse the shipping charges which they mention in their sites that they will reimburse such expenses
          In my go noise shots x5 they got automatically disconnected and even if they connected it sound automatically got off even if song is playing
          I want to replace it .It is under warranty

          I brought this watch a month ago the watch get off when I'm trying to open it it isn't nothing is showing on screen.
          I just ordered earpods and used it once but after sometime my right earpod is not working!! Only left one is working please revert back ASAP or give the procedure to return the product.

            I have bought gonoise colorfit pro watch and i am not happy with charger + quality of product. I have been contacting customer care to provide me refund but till now no success with it. The charger is not user friendly and even watch is not upto quality. Kindly review my request and assist in getting refund. The customer care response is always about sending product and now they asking me to send in courier, who will bare this cost?

              I ordered one gonoise x3 extra bass earbuds for me but then decided to choose another product. So when i cancelled they said as it had already been dispatched so they can't do anything but when the delivery comes i can deny the package and when the product would reach their workshop they would initiate refund and contact me. It's been eight (8) days and still they haven't contacted me or returned the money. I don't have any product and they are still not returning the money.

                I have purchased a colorfit fitness band in the month of January'19. From the delivery date I'm facing terrible battery drainage on daily basis.
                I have purchased the product on January and from the March continuously I'm seeking their customer care support through mails to either replace the product (if possible) or to test this manufacturing issue by the team.

                It's very unfortunate and shameful for a brand like Gonoise that till now no proper support or resolution is provided however I have produced twice all the other asked information including the invoice.

                Please stop this harassment and do the needful to provide proper support as soon as possible as it's within the warranty period without wasting much time.

                My color fit pro fitness band is not working for 10-15 days. It creates lot of problem and my charger is also not working. My band is in warranty. Your product is so good with this problem I’m so disappointed from your product so, find a solution for this problem and give me good result.

                  Would like to bring to your notice that I have purchased earpods from gonoise where I have detailed bill along with the bills of multiple replacements which also takes approxx. a months time to exchange a product i have replaced this product twice in less than 9 months time.

                  This, last time I have asked the company to replace with other products or refund the money on which the company have'nt responded.

                  This is being a fraudulent practises to sell a defunct products by such promising ways by the company gonoise.

                  As well there is no way of communication apart from an email.

                  I would want to get my refund of change in the product of the company.

                      I bought earbuds of noise shots sport on February 2019 and already complained 2 time about my product which not working properly and i also received mail that you will provide me gift card to purchase new product and will arrange the reverse pickup.
                      However, no action been noted from you side.
                      Hence I am again telling you my issue below.
                      As per ur mentioned procedure or step, I tried to connect my earbuds many times.however, one earbud is not shows flashing alternate light which required to pair earbuds, and other earbud’s sound quality is low.How to connect the earbuds that I already know but problem is product is not working effectively.
                      I want to exchange my product anyhow so, give me information related to that.
                      I am very disappointed with the products and services.please let me know procedure on email- [protected]@gmail.comand sort out my problem as soon as possible.

                        I got x3 on 10th may from amazon. right after the replacement warranty of amazon got over. my left side mini pod stopped working. You will have hard time connecting to customer service after trying for 2 days finally i was able contact them via phone they said i will have to send an email they said don't take complaints on the phone.
                        then i sent an email to them they replied to me saying i have to courier the mini pods to haryana with my own cost.
                        i did that on 31 may they got d kit in their center on 4th jun so far no reply from them
                        I don't understand 1 thing customer care rep monica diagnosed d issue and said left hand side mini pod is faulty she will replace it with a new one so why it is taking time to send me a new one.

                          I ordered a pair of Noise Shots X3 Bass Truly Wireless earphones from Amazon and paid Rs. 3999/- for the same. Due to a technical issue (the left earbud being disconnected repeatedly) I got it replaced within the first 2 weeks itself.
                          Used the product for a couple of months without problems, post which the right earbud went COMPLETELY DEAD. I requested for a replacement from the company which took quite some time but I did receive another set of earphones.
                          After using them for about 30 minutes, the left earphone again went dead and would require restarting every 5 seconds.
                          This is when I lost my patience and wrote an e-mail to the company asking for a refund for the product as it simply is not upto the mark.
                          On this, Gonoise says that they do not do refunds but can replace it again.
                          I do not understand how many times am I supposed to replace a product which simply will fail again and again and again?
                          I’m sick o[censored]sing the earphones for a week then asking for a replacement. I am attaching a screenshot of the e-mail received from the company.
                          I hate complaining about something in public but it seems that Gonoise just wants me to beg for a replacement every time.

                              Just within a week of buying go noise shots x3 earbuds, one of the earbud stopped working and it's over a month since i applied for return of the product but they are not responding. The return policy of the seller provides return of product within 10 days and warranty upto 1 month but i have applied for return within the given product and till the present date the retuning status shows "process pending"....

                              I purchased a tune elite bluetooth earhones which gets disconneted automatically every 10 minutes. I raise a concern and they sent me a replacement but this as well has the same issue. The product is of cheap quality. They would not respond over calls and disconnect our calls. We have to follow up with the customer service by sending multiple time and then we receive a respons, it's the worst online experience that i have every faced. I would require a refund on this product. I feel this company should be closed and i also see many people raising concerns with the same issues, and also they complaining about the customer service in their comments.

                                I've a gonoise colorfit band. Today in the morning, when i was strapping it, i found the sensor cover present at the bottom of the band was not there.
                                I can assure you that the band wasn't injured or damaged by any means.
                                Also, the band sometimes stops responding sometimes, once in a week.
                                I'm not able to use/wear it.
                                I was pretty happy with the product till now, as i had no complaints.
                                Please help me in this regard.

                                    I ordered two phone cases for samsung galaxy m30 and j7 prime on 7th may and i still haven't received an email, message or a call. It was being delivered by blue dart (Tracking number-[protected]) order number-353569. It was supposed to be delivered 2 weeks ago and when i checked the gonoise website tracking facility it says that the item was delivered on may 20th, 2019 but i did not get the product nor did i get any phone calls or messages of my delivery. Kindly look into this matter asap.

                                      I have got the noise turbo smart watch on 01/05/2019 evening. But after 2 hrs of charging as per the instructions in the manual the watch not switch on. I have tried many times but its not working all. I already sent two mail and contacted customer care also for this issue. They said i will get a detailed email about the replacement and reverse pickup of the defective product. But still now i didn't get any detailed mail regarding the replacement. Attached product image. Please replace the product as soon as possible and do the needful for the same.
