Product was purchased on 17th oct 2019, since then it is not getting charged.. I've already mailed the company regarding the matter and also submitted all the details they asked through mail several times. I've also registered the product warranty on their website. Still no action has been taken from their end.. I want product replaced or full refund.

Charger is not working it means watch is not charging any more 😠

    I bought tunesport bluetooth earphones and within few days it stopped working and it doesn't even get charged
    It doesn't get started or even thi light does not blink
    I tried charging it but it doesn't
    I have not even used the product for 10 days
    I have already tried contacting at the site but no replies
    I have sent 3 emails regarding the issue but no replies yet

      Issue with the product:- headphones stopped working all of a sudden.

      I have not seen such a worst service by any service provider so far. It's been almost a month since i have mailed you guys regarding this issue and still nothing has been done by your side. This is my last mail after this i will take a legal action against your company for mental harassment and fraud.

      My purchase of the tune elite of your company had stopped working within 5months of purchase. I want the company to replace it. The right piece started creating a blurry noise which is not acceptable. Please replace my product with the new one as it is in the warranty period

        Bought x3 from flipkart on 13 oct 2019. Right sight earpod (Bass x3) is not working. Charging is disabled and earpod is not charging into case. All lights are disabled into right side earpod. Its function has totally stopped. Left side earpode continuously flapping and get disconnected from phone. Order id - od[protected]Flipkart)

        I have sent email with order id, serial no and actual photo of product but no one has taking efforts to solve customer issue.

        Not received any mail from noise team till now. Such a bad experience with goNoise.
        I had purchased my earphones from flipkart and i had received the product on 5th nov 2019 i had registered on noise warranty but now i am not getting any response from the company i want a replacement as i have used the product for only a month .
        I had purchased the gonoise TuneElite bluetooth earphones which is not working now from both sides
        and after giving complaint about it on email they still have not replied me on that.
        They do not even provide any helpdesk details to me and complaining about the product from last 1 month.
        Bad experience about the product.

          I am neeraja barve, i have ordered noise coloufit-2 smartband 2 months agofrom mazon app, but it stopped working now, both the charging pins of the band are not working. Its been only 2 months and the band is not working anymore. Both the charging pins of the band stopped working and the band unable to charge now. Noise company has no separate service stations therefore i want a replacement for the product.

            I bought an element heater of oreva model no oreh 1209 price of 1100 at date 21.12.2019 from pushpanjali

            For my baby because of winter and she is far away from me approximately 150kms after 3 days heater fan not working afterwhich i bring back to pushpanjali barwaha they repair it and then again after 5 days it’s not working. Again i m bring to pushpanjali barwaha but they said they replace it but due to such bad product i had purchase new heater due to winter issue i want my money back from them but they behave very badly i thik there arrogancy due to products electronics having only warranty of 1 yr and they are not replacing or money back but what the customer do in such conditions. Afterwhich i call customer care of oreva they give no of indore mukesh radio maharani road indore for my issue they say that bring the heater to indore we will repair in 2 hrs indore is approximately 70kms from my village why we are suffering from such things due to products bad quality please i want my money back i m not spending money for such bad products my only motive to complain in consumer forum to hope of some good action against such products manufacturers and retailers who behave very badly to consumers.

                The smart band i have received is not working at all... It is not showing any display... And battery used to drain within one day without much using... It's not charging... It worked for atmost 2 weeks and after that it was draining it's battery... It was not showing correct details and was not showing notification... It's brightness was decreasing continuously after charging...

                    I ordered my pair of noise shots x3 via amazon in october, it worked perfectly fine but since december i have not been able to charge the charging case itself, i registered my complaint on noise website, they asked for details which i did provide after which i didn't even get a revert back. I sent all the details all the photos. I mailed them once more but to no avail. This type of behavior from such a reputable company is not acceptable and i have paid a proper amount and i do expect certain things out of it. The price isn't justified if this the type of service they offer, and i found numerous complaints regarding this same thing

                      I have bought the noise sport shot order ID 356170 from the gonoise website only. I see my charging case is not working anymore and ear pods and not charging. When i put the pods in the charging case i dont see any red light which previously use to reflect the charging of it. Product was bought on June 2019, so its still under warranty.

                          I ordered a noise shots x3 bass from amazon in the month of october 2019 and just after a mere 2-3 months time the charging case isnt working.There is no physical damage whatsoever even it has never been in contact with water or any liquid.The cause of this damage is unknown to me as it was working fine until the very last.

                            I bought the product from Go Noise Website and i feel it is defect and i am facing connectivity problems many times.

                            When I try to Pair the Buds with Mobile phone, then the Left Bud says "Pairing.. Pairing.. Pairing.." multiple times and then mobile gives up the connection retry.

                            Ultimately connection is not established and is not working as it should.

                              * Most important thing, the customer service team is not at all supporting. They only shared me your email address and asked me to share the details and you will contact us within 24-48 working hours. This type of services are not expected from brand like this.                                   I got gonoise shots x1 air as a diwali gift from my company. The buds i received are faulty and doesn't work properly.
                                  Left bud doesnt work at all and the right one stops working after a while.
                                  Also while walking there is a lot of distortion after which the sound stops.

                                  P s - i dont have the bill, as i got it as a gift from my company evalueserve

                                    I have purchased GoNoise ColorFit Pro smart watch directly from GoNoise website. unfortunately that product was not working as per the expectation. I have followed up with customer care several times but there was no proper response, Please find attached the coustomer care email details. worst experience with customer care. At the time of purchase it has been claimed by company that if the product will have any defect it will be replaced. But calling / email customer care several times issue is not resolved. I suggest not to purchase GoNoise Product as it is fake company and giving fake promise

                                        I purchased noise tune elite from flipkart on october 7th and it delivered to me at 10 th october order id - od[protected]. Headphone is not working, sound is not coming both the ear side. I register a complaint in wesite and registered the warrenty too. No response.

                                        Can you get this resolved asap. Its really frustrating.
