I have purchased x3 bass shot ear bud and the left year bud is not working and i mailed to them regards this and i am calling to coustomercare since morning and there call are not getting connected and they don't care to reply the mails as well is this the way you treat coustomer when we pay you the money and it's my mistake to choose you and now it's your responsibility to refund or replace the product.

    I ordered one gonoise x3 extra bass earbuds for me but they were faulty as left side was not working properly i called them and asked for refund they denied as they have to refund policy they said they will just give replacement as a consumer i asked them why shall i wait for a new product as i have already paid they picked my faulty product and didnt responded back any please help me get my refund

      Worst Customer Service Ever.

      It has just been 4 weeks I have bought this product now I couldn't even wear it as the strap is not a good quality. Despite the product is covered in warranty they still demand for repairing charges that is equivalent to 25% of the overall billing value. On top of that I need to bear the shipping charges as well.

      Because of these stupid customer care teams, people are scared to buy "Made In India" products.

        I boughout noise shot through amazon. After receipt i used pandora noise shot nearly for month. One ear bud was defective. I sent back after email communication. All communication details i have. They asked me send back the part with an assurance that new product will be given. Till date i have not received any response nor i am getting any support from amazon.

        I had bought Noise colorfit fitness band 2 months back, but the covering glasses on top and bottom both have come out.
        They fell off during travel.

        Where can I get the fitness band repaired in Pune?
        Or where can I buy the glasses only

        I've ordered noise X3 shots 15 days back and as soon as i gifted it to someone the very next day it stopped working!! I just need replacement and assurance that this will not happen again!! 😠😠

          Received noise shots x3 yesterday. The charging case is broken and the right earbud is not connecting to the device. I am trying to contact the company through calls but they are not responding. I sent emails regarding the issue, they asked for the images of invoice as well as the product received. I sent them the details but now they are not responding.
          I would like to get the product replaced as soon as possible.

            I had purchased gonoise turbo smartwatch and returned them within few days. After contacting gonoise and enquiring about refund policy, they replied on mail saying that once the product is handed over back to the delivery boy, note down his name and number. The delivery boy collected the product and handed over an acknowledgement slip. I also noted down his name and number. Now, i have been following up with the team on mail to enquire about the refund but they claim that they have not received the smartwatch, instead they have received a powerbank and are declining for refund. It's been nearly 2 months now following up with them on mail and no refund has been received

            After using of 10 days the product doesnot work properly.then I contact them and after a long process they arrange a reverse pickup by delivery courier.its been 10 days of reverse pickup still they don't send me the new one.and multiple time I mailed them no reply from there side.             Never buy gonoise any products the people in the office are a bunch of rouges or fraud. I had bought a noise shot 3x it stopped working in 15days, called customer care which is difficult to connect. They asked me to send the noise shot back to the company which I did. When I call them cannot get connected for nearly 15 days, After I get them on call they send me a video rigged up show that one shot is missing.The video clearly shown the man in the back ground dropping one of the shot, such crooks exist, so never trust gonoise for any thing, I have lost my money it does not matter, but I am writing here to warn people do not deal with gonoise at all.

              I purchased a smart watch with price 1699.. All good no issues.

              Again i purchased one more for 2999. It was faulty and not working.. As led for replacement after multiple emails and follow up for 2 weeks i got replacement.

              It was shock when i opened it. Same old one they repackaged and made it as if it's new and send that back to me.. Such a cheap tactics from this company.. Shameless and worthless company.. Pls dont purchase from this crap company.

              I beleive this ceo saurav khatri is also biggest fraud and making money with such cheap people on his side.

              Now i am waiting for one more replacement.. Not sure if they will send or not.

              Very cheap and fraud.

              My details are true and these guyz are real frauds

                Hello,
                I purchased two units of go nose shots, the audio/video does not sync on my device and the sound quality is worst that rs.100 earphones which you can buy.

                I've contacted the customer service for a refund, initially they said they would give me a gift card which i can use it for future purposes, and then suddenly i get a 1 line emails saying the refund will not be processed, i've written emails mutilple times to customer service and also called on [protected] but there is no response from them, looks like i have been cheated and my money is gone down the drain. Consumer court should take action on fraud companies like these.

                Can't trust on any online site after this experience

                  I had bought a gonoise turbo smartwatch on 30th march at rs.1619. After they delivered the product, the product is not even working. I have been mailing them and calling their customer support but i never got any response or couldn't get through to customer support. This has been going on for three days. I feel cheated as i had trusted their brand and now they are not even responding. I would like to replace the product or refund my money before saturday (6th april).

                  I hope this is a wake up call for them as they need to improve their customer service and return or refund my product.

                    I placed an order on the go noise website for wireless earphonse - gonoise shots x3 bass. The product was delivered to me but it was of very inferior quality. The sound had no bass at all as advertised. The company mentioned they will only give a a gift card to buy something else from their website and not any refund. They now asked me to call them for the gift card policy and process. Their customer support numbers now just play a recorded message saying they will call back but no one calls me back.

                      They talked with a very rude language
                      And didn't even listen to my whole issue
                      And hung the call on my face
                      That was very inappropriate
                      Didn't expected this from this brand

                        I am a resident of mumbai i had been using my noise shots from past 2 months and suddenly one of my earbud isn't getting switched on whereas the other one is working fine and i had purchased it using my savings neither the other one is getting charged. I don't understand what's the problem many complaints are registered already with same problems kindly solve this issue or i'll take a strict action.

                          I got this product delivered on 1 january 2019. I ordered it from amazon. Now i am facing problem with this product it suddenly stop working.                             My one earbud is stopped working. It is not turning on, please kindly provide me with proper details about service center in punjab. I brought it on 1 january 2019 from amazon. It suddenly stop charging and working.in reviews of amazon seller gives warranty of 1 year and my earbud stop working in near about 1month and 20 daye its a really bad product and please briefly explain me the next step and help me with my problem.

                              I have purchased noise shots about 3 weeks ago and now itself it has stopped working. One earpiece is not working with its blue light glowing constantly... And that earpiece is not functioning.. I need a replacement asap. This is the 2nd time i am complaining about the product... It has battery issues also... The battery life is not too good...
                              Drains very fast... Please send me replacement asap...

                                  I have bought a smart watch from www.gonoise.com with order id 300040 at a price of ₹1799 in cash and kept it as a gift for 2 weeks. But after a single day use its display stopped working along with a button.
                                  I made a return request via mail and they replied to show the product details with images. After seeing all details they ready to accept the product and suggested to courier the product at nexxbase marketing pvt ltd, plot no. 22, sec-33, near infocity 2, near hero honda chowk, gurgaon, haryana-122001. Then, i need to spend ₹100 more for the courier. They received the product there and send me a mail for the cancellation of product. Then i send the concerned account details for the refund but they denied and asking for replacement. Now i am not interested in buying this product from such a worthless organization who do not have the customer rights.

                                  Please help me in the refund of the money.

                                    My noise shots are not working, i just go thrm 10 days ago. And all of then it stopped working!
                                    I want replacement or 100 percent refund for the product as soon as possible it is such a big brand and i really didnt got my expectations to the point i want replacement.

                                      The order number 296266, noise colorfit pro watch bought from go noise site, based on the advertisement which they claim is supeb in low range pricebut actually when the product was received and used for the 2hrs, ut was not the same as it was advertised, the notification were not incoming, the step count sensirs were incorrectly showing the numbers of step, i returned the product since it was missing leading to the customers, i asked for the refund, but they are not refunding the money now. I told them they have mislead to the customers, but they don't care..

                                      So i urge not yo buy any product from the go noise

                                        I have brought noise loop before 2-3 months. It's features are amazing but it's build quality is very poor and my watch has 1 cut in back and some scratches on top so i want it to repair but did not found any service centre near me and no online service. So if you are going to purchase these company products then you should go for other company products which are giving you service properly these company has only customer care number no other services like other.
