I have ordered noise colorfit fitness band... I lost it's glass after 4 days... And i wanted to repair it but not getting any service center... Or nor any online service.. To get that glass plz help... Only after 4 days it get diattached from the band... Need to repair it.. Let me know the solution for the same.. I have mailed them already but no reply...

    This is to inform you that go noise is fraud company based in gurgaon recently i bought a vlog edition action camera from their website but when i got the product delivered i got to know few of the accessories like battery helmet base and waterproof case was missing. Upon complaint they denied to help me in this matter. Neither they provided me those missing items neither they helped me with return and refund.
    The order no was 272988.
    On a serious note i want my money or those missing accessories from such a fraud company.

    I got the replacement again the accessories are found broken . Go noise is a ### company it’s been a month since I bought the camera but I am unable to use it because of the ### service
    Samsung class 10 EVO 64 GB NOT SUPPORTED with the noise play, received this product today. wifi also not working properly.

      Gonoise.com i buy a headphone & action Camera from gonoise.com this product does not in working condition products are Chinese low quality headphone not even work & camera is used before i spoke to customer care they are telling me to send us product on my expenses & they are not giving my money back please give my money back you are selling Chinese product online dont cheat any one. govt have to file a case againt gonoise.com company totally playing with customer too make money

        I am rahul bali. Order on isorder number: #248032
        . I have ordered smart watch on 24 jun 18. The product which i have got was not charging properly i have tried to contact so many of time to company. But there is no response. I have call company email but there is no response every time they ask me to share me the image where charger is not working properly. Now thing my charger is working but charger clip is loose since day one. Today i called them the client relation team is to rude they are asking that you have to buy charger where there is a small issue of spring. I am also running my salons i also compromise with small service if i want to retain the same client. I think this can also rectify with a small client service and support. Please a small effort to retain client like me who is buying this first time will build confidence in front of client. I also ask them to share me there management no they dinied and told me you complaint where ever you want we wont change it.

        I am having an smartwatch noise(colorfit)band .it's back sensor is not working properly ...and band is not properly working it turns off automatically after 2to3minutes

        Gonoise is simply fooling people by offering 40% off sale. The original price was same months ago and now the sale price is also same. Take an example of noise shots latest model. Release price was same mad now discount price is also same. Absolutely blunder. Just fooling people by name of sale.

          I have received two fitness band named "noise colorfit fitness band" vide order number 233827 two days back, these bands not giving me correct updates, it's counting the steps while i am driving the car also.. As per company website they don't have any money refund policy. I have required my money back within short notice because they are selling the defective products.

          I bought go noise shot before 0ne week but now G it's not working properly

            I ordered the the gonoise smart watch and made the payment through debit card the money is deducted from my account for the product but they are saying that urs order is not placed and in request they told to send memo of cash detucted from the account to the email id the mail i'd shows invalid so plss take some strict action regarding it the price of the watch was 1899

              I pre-ordered a gonoise play action camera from their official website paying rs. 999 as advance and then the remaining amount of rs. 4999 on 09/08/2017. The order was supposed to reach us by 14 to 17/08/17. However the product has not been delivered yet. The tracking option of their website isn't working not can their customer care centre be reached. Their customer care were functional during their pre-booking stage but cannot be reached since the product delivery date.

                Hi,

                Smartwatch gt-08 was delivered to me on 27th apr from gonoise.com, however later in the night watch did not reboot after 1st time charging.

                I have to gift this watch to my friend and due to the faulty product i did not gift this to my friend on his birthday.

                I have revert to customer care around 0130 hours (28th apr am) that the watch is not starting up.

                On request they have done the reverse pick up on 28th apr and on may 01st they drop me email that "there is and inteernal fault in the smartwatch." so they are doing the replacement. I have agreed on this term.

                On 04th may, i have received the replacement of the watch with new order no - 121751-r and this time pedometer function was not working. I have shared the pics of the watch with details and on filed the complaint and on 08th may they have done the reverse pick up again.

                I did not wear the watch for a full day since i purchased the watch (28th apr till 08th may) because of bad performance and faulty quality of watch.

                As per the gonoise guidelines there is no refund policy, but now enough is enough, i want my money back as it's happened twice in a 2 weeks of time since the purchase of watch. This will happen again and again i know as gonoise is delivering faulty watches which was rejected by ecomm sites (I. E. Amazon, flipkart etc).

                I lost all the faith in gonoise and they are harassing me by sending the faulty watch again and again.

                I do not want the replacement this time and i would request consumer forum to look in to this and help me in refunding of amount rs 1399.

                  I placed an order of GT 08 Bluetooth Smart Watch with Sim Card Slot and Camera-Black with Silver.
                  order no-103880.

                  Its quite cheap in look. it doesn't have neat finishing, traces of gum on screen edges. looks quite local made. the app is generic, nothing to do with the brand. even the app has got no feature or utility, except connection. Connectivity with phone breaks frequently.

                  Moreover you have return mentioned on the product page. and the product is bought based on same commitment. but they dont do it.
                  Customer care is asking for more money to give higher model.

                  Making all false commitment.

                    I am rahul jaiswal. Order on is 34150. I have ordered smart watch on 12-july-16. The product which i have got was damaged. I have got it from blue dart and open it in the front of delivery not. I have tried to contact so many of time to company. But there is no response.
