I bought a noise shot x1 after using it for two weeks the right earbud wasn't working properly. So i talked to the company and they told me to send the product to me and they are going to exchange the product as soon as they will get the product, but after a one week of sending the product i got the message from dtdc service that the product has been delivered but from the company still thy are telling they haven't received the product and they will not forward the new product for me, i request you to please provide me a solution

    I bought the new noise shots x buds. But it seems to be a problem with my x buds. They were not connecting with each other. And was really shaken after paying so much money it was not working. And i have also mailed to the company they just go on mailing about do this do that but nothing about the returning of the product or nothing about the refund and nothing about the exchange as well.

      I have purchased a noise tune elite neckband on 25.08.2019 from flipkart having order no-od[protected]. The product was awesome and i loved it. But unfortunately, right side earbud of that is not working. I am looking for any service center of gonoise near me or else in odisha but i could not find. When i am going to contact the customer support @[protected], it is ringing but no-one is responding the call. It is not the way of treating a customer.

          I purchased tune elite bluetooth headphones on 20th oct 2019 from gonoise.com
          The headphones are not charging now.
          Tried through other charges as well..

          Please help me on this or atleast give me a replacement for the item.
          This is still under warranty.
          It is just 10 days since i received the product. And already charging issue.
          It was not acceptable from a brand like noise.

              I bought noise tune elite bluetooth earphone but within 2 months one side speaker not working so please replace it asap. Because i travel everywhere, so i can't stay without earphone. Really worst experience ever.
              I have spent rs1400 for this item & there are many braded companies providing the best product with same or less price but i went for it.

                I order device noise x1 air shorts on diwali occasion but i found the right eardots not working i complaint many time and continuously dialing there helpline number but no one is answering i dont know how to return this worst device and if my problem is not solve i will complaint to police and go to consumer court. Solve my problem as early as possible.

                  I bought two smart watches from gonoise site but one of them stopped charging and working just after few days. Then i rage a complaint and as per there requirements i sent back watch bycourrier. And then after. I am trying to contact gonoise customer service but they denied all calls and emails. And they also ignore my all emails and calls evn they they are not connecting calls.
                  I am requesting to return this & refund my whole amount.

                    I want to repair my noise shots x5 but i didn't got any reply from gonoise. I m trying to reach out to them but there is only one number and that to no person is on the call. Its just the robot amd when press 1 to speak to person no one comes and the call automatically gets cancelled. They are making fraud o[censored]s bt not providing any after service. I would be obliged if you would help me.

                      I had ordered noise x5 shots. They worked veey well for a month and after a month the quality degraded alot. I raised a complaint for a replacement. Till date i received 1 response to which i responded immediately. After that i am not able to get any response from them.. I called them several times and waited for 7 to 10 mins. Nobody answers the call. Extremely pathetic customer service. I dont know what is the exact issue from their end. Really poor experience from a product and its company which wanting to be a premium in that category. If i ever get a chance to rate a customer service i will rate them as 0/10.

                        Purchased noise shots x1 ten days back and on 11 day found some wiered noise coming from right bud for around 20 seconds and again next day found the same noise coming and then next day suddenly right bud stopped working. It wasn't saying power on and connected as well and after long press also no light was coming. I tried to contact noise company but no one picked the call and still i'm trying. From past couple of days not able to use it and this is horrible after sales service i ever encountered.

                              I have bought this tune elite neckband earphone from gonoise.com.
                              It was fine for 2 months. But bow it has given a problem. The right side of the speaker is not working.
                              I have raised multiple tickets for replacement but no reply from the gonoise team.
                              Very very bad experience from this product.
                              I have a warranty for this product. Due to they don't have any store in bengaluru i am unable to reach them.
                              Please help me with this mess. I don't want to lose the money that spent on this.

                                I bought a noise x5 charge from amazon on 15th july 2019 and in just 3 months both their pods have stopped working. I started contacting the customer service since 23rd september'19 and till date i have sent multiple emails and calls. There is no response or cooperation from their side. They always ask me to call on their provided customer care number but i never get any responses for my call. It's been a month now and its really frustrating. There is no cooperation and a very poor service.

                                  I have bought noise shots x1 about 2 months ago and now the sound and bass quality is lowered and this is not acceptable. First month it was working fine but now the sound and bass are gone

                                  The sound and bass quality this product had in the first two months was extremely best. But from past week the sound is lowered can't feel any bass.
                                  When it's full volume of 15 on mobile it still feels like it is in 2 3. The bass is just vanished.
                                  I need an immediate replacement.

                                    One side of the noise x buds are not working. The xbuds are neither charging, nor is the charging case charging. I've been trying to register a complaint and have an executive call me for 5 days now and there's been no response from the management side. I just want an exchange of the product or a replacement or i want my money back.

                                      I bought gonoise colorfit pro smartwatch from the gonoise.com on 5th of july 2019. That's working properly but now it's display is not working. So called on customer service and i don't get any response, then i decided to mail them on 10th of october 2019 and they want some details about the product so i provided through the mail. After that day i don't get any mail from them my product is in warrenty and i don't know how can i claim that. I mailed and called them many time but no response from them. What can i do now, i don't know. Very very bad service.

                                        I bought the product from flipkart and i feel it is defect and i am facing connectivity problems many times. And some times the right ear pods charging will not work. The connectivity problems i face like every time i connect and in between the ear pods get disconnected automatically and get connected the issue is when ever i try to connect it will not connect but in says connected and again i have restart it.
