Hi team,

This is very painful and can't understand, how noise team is not comprenheding the issue which has been escalated on high priority.
But no one is understanding and neither they are responding.

Neither charger and both ear bud is not working. Below details are furnished.

    I bought x5 charge on 4th oct 2019 and it was working fine. But after few days left ear bud stopped working, i charged it also but it's not working and red light is also not blinking. After using troubleshooting steps, they asked me to send pictures of earbuds and i shared the same to them. After that i got reply to courier the earbuds so that we can replace it/repair it. I also book the complain on facebook and ask for call back where i get call from one of there executive and ask about the buying details and warranty and she committed that issue will be resolved and we will send you replacement within three days.

    I courier my earbuds on 8th nov 19 and it got delivered on 9th nov 19 but they are not able to track it. I even send proof of delivery where there is stamp and signature of the nexxbase marketing. There is no proper response from gonoise and customer care number is useless as no one will attend your call. 11 days has passed still there is no acknowledgement of courier received or not. Every day i ask them and every day i received below automated mail which actually of no use because it doesn't clear anything.

    I would like to share my Ticket ID -249542 and Order ID -:[protected] for tracking of the package and complaint register at Gonoise portal.
    The product noise x1 air is not working suddenly even after chagring its not even taking a charge and your service is worst there is no response

    The touch of the watch isn't responding and at times it keeps operating on itself. I believe there is a issue with the display.
    Looking for a positive reply at earliest.

      Now i am frustrated with your team.
      Actual scenario: as i ordered noise colorfit pro smartwatch - classic jet black - black on 24-oct-2019 with order id : 419958 and when i got my watch on 29-oct-2019 i found that i ordered the wrong item, so contact your team and inform about this so your team give me in written that they will take item back and give me gift voucher which is useable for noise item only (I attached image of that mail also), i agree with that conditions and returned my item back but once your team examine product and then after they send me same watch again. They mention that they will give me a gift voucher but they send me the same item again and now they are expecting that i follow all process again.

      Please, anyone, look into this matter and get me out of this i don't want noise color fit pro smartwatch because i already have i want to buy color fit pro 2.

        I purchased these just 3 days ago and the airpod of the right side is playing on a volume which is not audible at all. The touch controls are working fine but the sound is very feeble. I have been trying to reach the customer care but no one ever responds . Very disappointed with this pathetic service and need resolution as early as possible.

          It is the worst kind of service i have ever experienced in my whole life from a e-commerce company. I have written so many emails but got no reply. I have tried to call the customer care but they put my call for hold for like forever. Now it seems like the whole company is fraud and running some scam to fool people. I'm describing my whole issue for further understanding.

          I have returned the noise colour fit pro 2 watch (Order id - 409119) on 26th october, 2019. I have already emailed asking for the updates regarding the replacement process. I got an email where i was told to confirm the replacement of the product. I responded positively but it's been more than 20 days, still i haven't got any refund amount or any replacement for the product.
          I'm attaching the return receipt with this.

          But the payment was done twice
          So we actually paid rs. 5700 for a product that costs ony 2849rs
          We have already registered two complaints and now we want immediate feedback and refund of 2849rs.

            I orders noise shots x1 air and got the delivery of the same a week ago, and suddenly the left ear piece stopped working. It responds to the touch controls but the music is not audible. I tried charging it and reconnecting it but still nothing is happening. Righg one works just perfectly fine. Replace the order and i'll be happy customer again. It's just the left one is bothering me.

              My one buds give me very slow sound don’t know whyy because my product in under warranty can u fix my problem quickly because my product spend with me only 1 month and this product give me this problem know what can i do with my buds i really want my buds in good condition because i’ll can’t survive without my noise shots air x1 because this buds is very comfortable to insert my ears easy please it.

                After few days left ear speaker stop working
                I have called customer care no many times but no one pickup or its always busy
                I have mailed them all the product issue n submit invoice, product snapshots and the required information in brief
                Still there is no response from noise team
                Very bad service experience from noise
                Please resolve my issue or refund my money

                  I purchased noise tune elite from flipkart dated on 16th october and it delivered to me at 23th october order id-od[protected]. From next day problems are observed to me like during calling mic sound is too low literlly opnent person dont listen the sound during calling, after that during listening songs suddenly disconnet the earphones n not working and earphones buds rubber quality is to wrost/cheap its damaged little bit rubber is breaks and from last night suddennly right side earphone is not working other activity like volume inceease and decrease is working bt sounds are not comes from right side earphones so o request to u plz resolve my problem as soon as possible and i tried to call customer care bt they are not responding to my call.

                    I delivered my tune elite wireless earphones on october 23 from that day calling mic sound is too low and complaint about connectivity of headphones during listening songs and mic during calling is too low and suddenly last night one right side earphone is not working all working from right side like volume increase and decrease bt only one earphone is not working how it is happens i don't no, and earbud rubber quality is also too cheap in 2-3 days it gets damaged, i tried to contact customer care bt they don't give any response so i want to resolve my problem as soon as possible

                      Gonoise x5 shots. Left ear bud not working properly. Asking for replacement. But they are not responding properly. Already sent them all the documents through email and they are sending automated responses. There is no proper service center for this brand. Cost of the product is 4800rs.                           It shows two x1 shots air on searching of device shows 2 different x1 shots name and needs to connect both buds manually to listen the music and some time not connects both of them.
                          The touch configuration has been changed (Like the right long press was used to raise the volume and vice versa for left, and now the left long click raises the volume).
                          Some time the volume is not synchronized between both earbuds.

                          Company is not giving me refund for my watch, as the watch is faulty.

                            I’ve received a defective piece of x1 earplugs ordered through the gonoise official website. Since day 1 the ear plugs does not seem to be working. While receiving calls the other person on the line cannot hear anything you say using these. Background noise is way too much which makes it impossible to communicate. Please take it back as your product does not function from day 1. I’ve written to you before but nobody seems to respond. Kindly look into this.

                                Dear,

                                This is the first time i have bought any noise product. I was truly disappointed after receiving the noise shot x1 air today.
                                I am facing the following issues -

                                1. The lid of the storage unit does not close properly given that it has magnets as well. It has to be pressed down for it to close completely. If it is left unpressed, it does not close completely.

                                2. Since i have bigger ear canal, i am forced to use the larger eartips given with the product. On putting the larger eartips on the earbuds and keeping the earbuds in the case, the case doesn't close properly. Some pressure is required to close it.

                                3. Also, when charging the earbuds coupled with the larger eartips, the earbuds doesn't charge continuosly. Either of the earbuds gets disconnected in between because it doesn't fit inside the case properly. A slight shake opens the case too.

                                4. When the larger eartip is used, the earphones dont connect to the charging pins as the connection becomes loose.

                                If this product was intended for people having medium or smaller ear canal, they should have either mentioned it or shouldn't have provided the larger eartips.

                                In view of the above points, it is my sincere request to look into the matter and either help me in providing a good and working replacement or refund of mu money.
                                I hope you'll help me out with this.

                                  I'm using this product more than a month and I'm facing a connection problem that is the ear buds are connected to my device separately and I'm so disappointed and please give me a solution about this issue make this quick as possible now using R for some time and L for some time both and connected together make a solution quick
