wrong product received

I ordered a noise combo (smartwatch and earbuds) but unfortunately, I received the wrong which includes a digital watch and wired earphones(of any random local brand) with order no. : 206250. For this matter, I had registered to complain about your website but I didn’t get any response in regard to my order. Therefore I registered another complaint in the consumer complaint court with docket/complaint number: 1774725....

I bought this colorfit pro on 30th november 2019 via flipkart. The device worked fine for a day until the battery got drained. I charged the watch until 100% showed up. Later on usage, the battery surprisingly drained so soon from 73% to 15% in less than 20 mins suddenly and when put to charge, it was noticed that the charge % showed 83% in 15 mins. Which is absurd and also in all the reviews and videos describing the device, i was able to find the blood pressure measure feature available in this device which i did not find in my unit.
I would like to get a clarification on the same. The battery was mentioned to be working for 3 days while it didn't last more than a day in my case. Kindly help me out on this case.

    Vide ordr no #413515 october 19, 2019, i purchased noise tuneelite bluetooth wireless neckband earphones with mic (Midnight black) - black.
    However, observed that sound/ music from the left ear speaker is intermittent (I. E. Sometimes coming while sometimes not coming from left ear speaker).
    I made the compliant on your portal and received email to send the item to your gurgaon address.
    Accordingly i i couriered the item (Shipping awb number [protected]). As per courier documents item was delivered to your warehouse on 28.11.2019.
    However, we are yet to receive any confirmation from your team and also details when replacement will be send to us.

        Please get it resolved asap or get my product exchanged.

          I had ordered my gonoise bluetooth headphones from flipkart on 27of september. After one month o[censored]se it got complained. I mailed costumer care and they asked me to send the product back. I send the product back and they said they have received the product, will take 3-5 days for whole process. Now it's been weeks and they are not replying to my mails. This is very disgusting. The worst experience i ever had with gonoise

I have invoice signed by shopkeeper but there is no serial number on invoice i don't know is there serial number on box? I don't have box right now. There is no service center details on website and i can't register for warranty because of serial number please provide solution

              I bought noise x buds on amazon and within two weeks it right earbud stopped workingregister a complaint and they replied me after a week and i guess the messages also you automatic reply kindly inform the company to improve the customer service and kindly return me with a new product or refund the money. I have also spend rupees 400 for shipping the product back to them i guess it's a waste of money i'm tired of writing for the customer service. I registered complaint and they said me to ship the product back to them, i did but they are not replying after that. Calling to the customer care number daily at minimum of 10 times a day and no one is taking the call this is the worst customer care service in the world. The ticket number of the complaint is 251268 and no one is taking the customer care number and there is only one number provided in the website any inform to the company and process sooner kindly refund replace me with a new product it's only a week and half and the product the stopped working. And after a shift the product back to them i got a reply that my ticket has been resolved and there is no response from my side is that it is that terrible reply from them i am sending email everyday and then and they are saying there is no reply from my side very terrible kindly inform the company very soon.

                The product is noise shots x3 bass. I purchased it on 7 february 2019. The warranty for the product is of one year. Recently the product's battery gets drained very soon. Within 5 mins o[censored]sage, the battery gets drained. Whereas the company claims it to be 3 hours per charge. I registered a complaint on their website. I got an email regarding asking some details. I provided all of them within 24 hours. For around two weeks, there was no response. I sent many emails asking for a response. And then one day they send an email that there is no response from my end! So they are closing the complaint if i do not reply within 48 hours. I replied immediately and wrote that i have duely sent all the details and even took follow up. And after that, there is no response from their end. There seems no possible way to contact them other than email. But they are ignoring the emails also. I need help.

I made complaint on go noise website, they told me to send product as it is under warranty. I sent product and that got received 15days before. After that i didnt get any reply from noise and suddenly they mailed that your case has been closed. After that i am not getting any mails. Its fraud.

                    I purchased noise x5 shots from myntra and it was delivered to me on 19/11/2019 and the product was defective. It is not getting charged. And i raised a complaint with noise on 23/11/2019 when i tried to charge them and they arey not getting charge. They are asking me to send the product to them on my expenses. When i replied to them that why should i pay the expenses and now they have sent me an email saying this has been resolved and they are not repling to my emails also.

                      Go noise is fraud. Don't purchase their products. I have received defect products. I have lost 4, 999 by buying their products. My order no is #385950. The gadget didn't even last for 3 months. I have complained many a times still my issue isn't recognized. I never got a response irrespective of multiple mails. Their customer service contact doesn't even work. Don't buy their products and suffer to solve any issue. Be cautious. They are fraud.

                            Please do not buy any product from this brand, all fake products and no customer service at all they don't care about their customers.

                            Inspite of sending 4-5 emails i get automated replies as below.

                            {dear customer,
                            It has been indicated that your ticket has been resolved since there is no response from your end.
                            If you believe that the ticket has not been resolved, please reply to this email to automatically reopen the ticket.
                            If there is no response from you, we will assume that the ticket has been resolved and the ticket will be automatically closed after 48 hours.}

                            They don't bother to read emails and also they don't care about customer.

                            Everywhere they will just give you automated response.

                            Will never recommend or buy products from here

                                Just recently i bought x1 air and it was not compatible with my oneplus 7t. When i registered a complaint they did not reply. I had also ordered x3. However i emailed them that i don't want it anymore. They asked me to just refuse to take the order and i will get my refund.
