I bought the product from flipkart and i feel it is defect and i am facing connectivity problems many times. And some times the right ear pods charging will not work. The connectivity problems i face like every time i connect and in between the ear pods get disconnected automatically and get connected the issue is when ever i try to connect it will not connect but in says connected and again i have restart it.

    I had purchase above product through flipkart online on 24.05.19 but I found battery problem on 24.09.19 for which I had mailed company as the product is under warranty they asked me to send the same through courier on my own cost and I had send the same to them on 04.10.19 after which they send another product on 12.10.19 which I received on 14.10.19 but when I open the box I found that it was an old product and when I connect it to my mobile i found that the left side earset is not working. I had mail about the same to company but no reply receive from company and customer care number is not responding.

    My shots are in warranty, pls show me the procedure to replace this product with new one cause one of my shot is not charging and not turning on as well.

      There is no sound in one of my wireless earpiece and its not even connecting to the bluetooth and gonoise customer customer care never takes my calls. The problem is since a long time but customer care numbers are not working and there are no service centres of the company. I want to replace my headsets and want a new one. I have ordered the piece from amazon with order no[protected] on 11.03.2019. I have seen the reviews that this is a very common problem with this item contacted the customer service numbers many times but nobody picks up the number. I try to resolve the issue by going through the website but it doesnt get solved that means the piece is defective and needs to get replaced with a new one.

        I have just purchased the colorfit pro & in notifications i have updated whats app but i don't get any notifications, please advise how do i check. At the start it came but after that no notifications is reflecting.

        Even gmail notifications i am unable to get. Request you to please advise how do i resolve the problem at the earliest as i have just purchased it & i am liking it. But if the whats app & gmail notifications are not reflecting then its a waste.

          Hi,
          I raised a complaint that my ear buds are not working. I tried to call to [protected] and mailed all the required details to [protected]@nexxbase.com
          I raised a complaint and the details on 2nd october.
          Till now i have not got any reaponse.

          My noise earbuds are not working correctly. There is issue with left ear bud. And also with the mike of the earbuds.

          Nobody is reaponding for the issue.

            I have bought noise shots x earbuds from noise official website which is delivered to me on 30/09/2019.
            The same is not working, there is some connectivity issue. It is not get connected to any device. I continuously mail to noise and i provide pictures of invoice copy, serial number and product also, but they are not replying in response of that trail mail. Even nobody is ready to pick my call on your customer care no.

                I had bought a new noise blutooth v5 (Model name - tunesport) model id-ss-ie024v earphone through amazon.in, order no or invoice[protected] the rigth side earphone is not working couldn't figure out what the problem is. The complaint no of noise company doesn't bothers to pick the phone, they have provided two nos. Out of which one no is switched off i tried for atleast 2weeks but i got no response so kindly i want a solution and kindly solve this problem, i'm in great hope. Looking for a quick response from your side.

                  Actually i was using my noise shot x buds. While using the left earbud stop its its wor with making some noises. I reconnect with my phone, still it is not working. Also i got the product with some dust inside. I think its an product which is used by someone else. Also the case has some sticky on its body. The two buds have some paring issues satrtingly. So please need a replacement or refunding.

                    Hi my name is nandini and i have this sports watch that i purchased and i don't have a problem with that at all. I have a query regarding some connections and phone accessibility. I am calling since last 5 hours continuously and one number is switched off while the other is not getting connected or nobody is picking up the call. I am not able to understand why the company has shared these useless numbers if they are not working or nobody is bothered to pick up the call.                               My order no is 387441-f. I bought the hybrid wireless charging pad. The first time i received the product, it was faulty and i had to constantly try to contact their customer care with no response from them for 3 days. Finally on getting through and receiving a replaced product, they have delivered a defective product again. Now they are not respond on mail and no one ever receives calls on their customer care helpline. Please help me out against this fraud company.

                              I have a purchased the neck band from the flipkart portal of go noise, but within 25 days of working its right earbud is not working, i request the concerned company to replace my item as soon as poosible.
                              I bought go noise color fit pro smart band, but now it is not working it was switch off from 2 months many time i try to get customer service from customer care but no one can pick up my call after 20 days my warranty period is over but i did not get any support from noise company .

                                I have purchased it in august 2019 and its one earphone is not working, not giving any output it is totally off. I have used this neckband hardly 10-15 days, even in 10-15 days this is the condition of the product. And the second problem is when i call someone at that time volume is too low then for the high volume i use the phone to rise the volume level.

                                  I had ordered noise ear shots sports with case wherein it didn't worked and i am following up with them from 8.8.19... They haven't confirmed on the receipt of defected piece neither are giving the refund. They say that refund does not fall under their policy... Pls help it's been too long now...                                     The product is good in look wise but the bluetooth quality is very bad
                                    And the right side headphone is not working i hardly use it for 15 days.

                                      I had bought noise x1 air treu wireless heasdphones.. I had delivered the item day before yesterday.. I found out a problem of the sterio set up.. The controls of the headphones are not prescribed as per the manual.. And i find difficult to use the same.. I request you for the return and replacement of the item... My order id is 388737.                                         Hey i ordered for the above mentioned product ie noise shots x5 charge from its online store gonoise.com.
                                        I placed the order on 19/08/2019 and i got it delivered by 24/08/2019.
                                        When i checked the item the left earbud wasnt working correctly and not even pairing with the other one.
                                        I tried to contact their customer care services but no ones answering. I also send them messages into their complaint box and also mailed them 3 times to their mail id for a return/replacement. And yet there is no response from the gonoise team.
                                        All i need is a return/replacement for my product and i need it asap

                                        No response from the gonoise team after one day. My order id is 386677. Very bad gesture from the customer service.
                                        I had an issue regarding my gonoise colorfit watch some software issue.

                                        They asked me to return the product .they will replace it.now its almost a month gone and they are not responding .
                                        I losy my money as well as watch too
                                        Now either i want my watch replaced or refund.

                                        I had hardly use it 2 days
