Hi,
I raised a complaint that my ear buds are not working. I tried to call to [protected] and mailed all the required details to [protected]@nexxbase.com
I raised a complaint and the details on 2nd october.
Till now i have not got any reaponse.

My noise earbuds are not working correctly. There is issue with left ear bud. And also with the mike of the earbuds.

Nobody is reaponding for the issue.br...

noise shots x earbuds not working

I have bought noise shots x earbuds from noise official website which is delivered to me on 30/09/2019.
The same is not working, there is some connectivity issue. It is not get connected to any device. I continuously mail to noise and i provide pictures of invoice copy, serial number and product also, but they are not replying in response of that trail mail. Even nobody is ready to pick my call on your customer care no.

bluetooth earphone not working it's in warranty period

Hello,
Actually i was using my noise shot x buds. While using the left earbud stop its its wor with making some noises. I reconnect with my phone, still it is not working. Also i got the product with some dust inside. I think its an product which is used by someone else. Also the case has some sticky on its body. The two buds have some paring issues satrtingly. So please need a replacement or refunding....

left side headphone is not working

defective product/ unresponsive customer care

My order no is 387441-f. I bought the hybrid wireless charging pad. The first time i received the product, it was faulty and i had to constantly try to contact their customer care with no response from them for 3 days. Finally on getting through and receiving a replaced product, they have delivered a defective product again. Now they are not respond on mail and no one ever receives calls on their customer care helpline. Please help me out...

neckband earphone is not working.

I have purchased it in august 2019 and its one earphone is not working, not giving any output it is totally off. I have used this neckband hardly 10-15 days, even in 10-15 days this is the condition of the product. And the second problem is when i call someone at that time volume is too low then for the high volume i use the phone to rise the volume level....

ear shots _ delay in refund as well defective product

I had ordered noise ear shots sports with case wherein it didn't worked and i am following up with them from 8.8.19... They haven't confirmed on the receipt of defected piece neither are giving the refund. They say that refund does not fall under their policy... Pls help it's been too long now... I do have trail mails ([protected]@yahoo.in) i am following with them to get back the refund since it was an online payment they now come back...

And the right side headphone is not working i hardly use it for 15 days.

noise shots x5 charge

Hey i ordered for the above mentioned product ie noise shots x5 charge from its online store gonoise.com.
I placed the order on 19/08/2019 and i got it delivered by 24/08/2019.
When i checked the item the left earbud wasnt working correctly and not even pairing with the other one.
I tried to contact their customer care services but no ones answering. I also send them messages into their complaint box and also mailed them...

charging issue

I have brought noise shots from myntra i worked really good when it got delivered bt not the battery automatically drained after 50% its still in warranty and i don't know what to do...sometym they got disconnected automatically ..it also has a charging Issue this means company is cheating with their customers..in next month i was unable to use earbuds..bcoz one from the pair was not working after few days it started working.....

returning issue

I bought noise shots x5 and the sound quality is really bad and i want to return them. When i try to contact on customer care no. No one. Picks up the call. I don't know what will happen to my refund when they can't even reply to any of message or call. They really need to change their services regarding returns and refunds. When ordered the product it came so quickly and when want to return there are no answers....
