I had made a QR code payment to WBSEDCL on 10th November.

Amount was deducted from bank and GPay payment status is also showing as successful transaction.
But the amount was not credited to marchent.

Attached transaction details.

Kindly refund the amount deducted.

      In Google map address, we are running office with below address-Address: 42 2, Tavarekere Main Rd, 2nd Stage, Madiwala, Brindavan Nagar, S.G. Palya, Bengaluru, Karnataka 560029, without my intimation someone else edited mobile number and added new number[protected], this is updated last two weeks back.
      previous name - Kent service
      Now - edited and changed name and mobile number updated with[protected].

        Transaction on 25th march of ₹600was debited but never credited. I connected with gpay specialist for 15 times at least and now 40 days are over still i did not get the money back. When i contact them they just say they are working on it along with some flowery word and thats it.. No resolution.. Its our hard earned money and if its lost like this no one will trust digital payment options. Also if someone can help me with a very high escalation point from gpay it will help. As the specialist team have very less knowledge and doesnt help in any way

          In my mobile, google play store added "VI Biller" (My postpaid mobile connection) as a payment method without any authorization and started billing for some subscriptions from the game "Garena Free Fire'.

          My kid used to play this game.

          I didn't care about any billing from the play store as I haven't added/autherized any payment option (Creditcard net banking etc).

          But this auto payment from my mobile network provider is without my approval or my acknowledgment.

          On my complaint, google had refunded some of the payments but rejected the remaining stating it's against the policy.

          Please look into it and help me in getting the refund for the remaining payments.

            Dear Sir/Maam
            On 14 april i made a payment to MSEB ( electricity company in nasik ) . The google pay made a payment to Vendor name ; [protected]@icici. I went to my bank & i also speak to google customer care people, bank says we have authorised on your behalf so its google’s mistake & google says we have made a successful payment to vendor. But my bill in MSEB still shows that bill amount is pending. I am tired of talking to google & bank again but they dont have any answer. I feel my 3810 amount is been lost in this mess because of the error by google or by bank. I dont know.

                I have made two transaction of Rs 2470 and Rs 530 on 22/4/2021 against PSPCL and Airtel Landline bill with Tx IDs[protected] and[protected]. The money has been debited from my bank account but has not been credited in destination account and the status is still unconfirmed and pending .This is such ridiculous and pathetic thing. Almost 8 out of 10 transaction from hdfc bank always get failed . who will be responsible in case money not get credited to other account and what if i have pay extra late fees charges even if i have pay money on timE. Please help me getting my money back.
                Also take some strict action against Google pay

                      Dear Sir,
                      The transaction of dt.12.04.2021 amount Rs.930/- is debited from my account but this transaction failed and I got the message of transaction failure. This transaction was made for MSEB bill payment through GPAY, but the amount was debited from the account And bill was not paid due to transaction failure.

                      I require the information of if this transaction was failed so when the debited amount will come back into my account.
                      The transaction of Dt.12.04.2021 failed so yesterday Dt.13.04.2021 I was paid the Same bill through our Axis Bank credit card.
                      Pls confirm the Dt.12.04.2021 transaction failed so where is the amount stuck? And when it will get me.
                      for your reference attached credit card statement which is showing the same date amount is credited to Google pay not received to the beneficiary account also attached the screenshot of google play transaction failed.
                      Please solve the issue in priority cause already many times wrote an email to you but not solved the issue.

                          On April 03, 2021 (5.07pm) I have made a transaction to my friend Sugan Raj from Gpay application. The payment got failed but the amount got debited from my account. I raised the issue with the Gpay but they are saying no transaction has been done under UPI transaction ID:[protected]. But when i checked with the bank statement, the amount got debited but with different transaction ID:[protected]. I dont know how to get my amount back and these kind of scams may lead to discouraging of digital payments which the govt. of India is trying to promote. Please kindly help me to get my amount back.

                              My name is Mayur Koringa. I applied for the NAZARA Tech IPO on 17th March 2021 through my broker. I received a UPI mandate on my phone which I authorise for purchase of shares through the IPO of NAZARA tech. My amount of Rs. 14313/- is blocked on the day of 17th March 2021. On the allotment day as i was not allotted with shares for the same i was hoping my amount to be released but it is still not reflected in my account statement.
                              Thus I hereby request you to kindly look into the matter. Please release my blocked money into my bank account.

                                Kindly refer below issue facing a user more than 6 months from Google pay account-
                                1. Payment declined issues to any merchant.
                                2.technical glitch issues like cashback not received, error in check bank account details, server errors automatically by Google pay service mostly time, unable to chat online through Google pay, details issues like sometime not shows details of payments.
                                3. 2 times payment done by my side through ola cab or uber cab but received only one payment maximum time facing these kinds of issues.
                                4.account details already registered but Google psy want again and again fill data for registeration or sometime not take my details correctly in login account.

                                  As per the payment done on February 15 towards hathway Broadband service of RS 2122 through Google pay got successful and is being debited.according to the update from the merchant the amount has not been credited.also when contacted the bank, they said they aren't responsible for gpay transaction refunds.please let us know the solution

                                      I booked ticket through Google pay on 08 March 2021 and UPI transaction id is[protected] dated 08 march 2021 Rs. 2745.40/-. but ticket not book and transaction is under process till date transaction is under process but amount debited by bank on date 08 march. I complain to Google pay so google pay replied your amount is paid to recipient (train) but my ticket is not book and in irctc id transaction is failed. and Google pay transaction is under process.

                                      So. kindly refund my amount.
