    I have applied for the Zomato IPO (1 lot 195shares @ Rs 76) through Zerodha. The Upi payment request was sent to Gpay. After Entering the upi pin it showed Authorization Failed but at the same time the amount of Rs 14820 was blocked in my SBI bank account. After that the IPO was not allocated to me. And till now the money is still blocked in my bank account.
    I tried contracting zerodha, they are saying that you should connect with...

    Today on 28.07.2021 I got a fraud call from no. [protected] who said he was interested in buying an item which I had put on OLX. he said he will pay me by Google pay app. I sent him my number. Instead of getting the money from him..15000 rs. were deducted from my account..and then I realised it's a fraud..please help me...it's my hard earned money...the upi transaction I'd is CICAgOC856-XTA and CICAgOC8I-CTbg

      I paid through Gpay after ride ended. Driver said that he is seeing Payment With Cash option on his screen. He said that I will have you pay him via cash even though I had already paid via Gpay. And the Gpay payment was successful. Also I had received SMS from the bank for debit amount. Kindly refund my payment amount of 1070. Since I have already paid to the driver with cash.

        I was booking a train ticket on 10/10/2019 through ixigo but payment was done by Google pay but the payment was showing processing that time.
        After sometimes the payment was done.
        The ticket was not booked on the date of booking but the amount 1449.53 was debited from my account.
        Now plz help me to get my money back.

          I paid to my friend on 19 june and that time in my bank the amount is deducted but my receiver not received that amount, I make complaint again and again but customer care not resolved my problem and wait for days and now I am very frustrated because it take more than 1 month and no progress happening and there is no update they just say for wait for the update

                  On 9th of November 2020. I made one UPI transaction of 704₹ from ICICI bank account through the my Google pay UPI Transaction ID[protected] but transaction got failed & money was deducted which is not reversed back to my account or merchants account till now.
                  Further I called to ICICI bank and Google pay customer care but as per them it is a fault from Google pay.
                  I have complained many times to Google pay customer care but all is in vain, Google customer care told me that "your money will be reversed back within 7 days" but all are fake commitments,
                  I have complaint around 4 to 5 times.

                    Hi Team

                    I have done a payment on 31 May of 8100 rs to PMC property tax. But the payment was cancelled and I was told that refund will be given in 7 days it's been a month I have not received the money.

                      Hello,
                      I have 2 google accounts.
                      1. Personal : [protected]@gmail.com
                      2. Business : [protected]@gmail.com
                      I have included my mobile number - [protected] as well as both the e-mails for 2-step verification process as well as account recovery.
                      For the security reasons I am using back up codes as well as security key.
                      I usually change my password for security reasons.

                      After changing my password recently, I couldn't login into both of my accounts saying my password is incorrect.
                      Now I am reporting this bug :
                      After clicking on forgot password I don't see options like -
                      1. Send code on mobile number.
                      2. Use back up codes.
                      As this happened with my old google accounts where I couldn't recover my accounts.Kindly resolve this issue to secure my both the accounts and to avoid such problems in future.

                          Hi,
                          I made 2 payment from Google pay my money got deducted from my account and not credited to other account instead of it showing that payment unsuccessful. Were is my money gone...
                          Every time I make the transactions of 15, 000 means total 30, 000 debited from my account still I didn't get the amount back.

                          When I tried to contact customer support the Google pay team is unavailable what the hell service provider company we don't know so I request please do some needful ASAP

                              Dear Sir,

                              I have made a transaction of 5000/- rupees on 24/06/2021 but unfortunately the transaction has failed also at the same time amount has been deducted from my account.
                              Today, 29/06/2021 almost completed to 6days and still awaiting for the refund.
                              Many times i have talked with google customer care team, raised a dispute, but they can't solve my problem.

                              Please do the needful soon as possible.

                                  Sir i had made a transaction of rs 8500 to merchant on 3 dec 2020.the amount got debited from my account but the transaction got failed..till now its june i had not got my money back of this failed transaction. i had already call the google pay customer care from dec to june they only says that we had send your complaint to NPCI.pls wait your money will be refunded . Sometime they ask for my bank statements which i provided them many times from dec 2020 to june 2021.Every time the google pay customer care says this only.that they are working on my issue .8 months are over and i dont know when my money will be refund me. as the amount is big of Rs8500
