Hi,
I made 2 payment from Google pay my money got deducted from my account and not credited to other account instead of it showing that payment unsuccessful. Were is my money gone...
Every time I make the transactions of 15, 000 means total 30, 000 debited from my account still I didn't get the amount back.

Dear Sir,

I have made a transaction of 5000/- rupees on 24/06/2021 but unfortunately the transaction has failed also at the same time amount has been deducted from my account.
Today, 29/06/2021 almost completed to 6days and still awaiting for the refund.
Many times i have talked with google customer care team, raised a dispute, but they can't solve my problem.

Please do the needful soon as possible.br...

with Google Pay transaction ID[protected] amount of 1300 rs . amount is deducted my bank account but merchant RGPV has not received payment . so pls refund my amount.

Sir i had made a transaction of rs 8500 to merchant on 3 dec 2020.the amount got debited from my account but the transaction got failed..till now its june i had not got my money back of this failed transaction. i had already call the google pay customer care from dec to june they only says that we had send your complaint to NPCI.pls wait your money will be refunded . Sometime they ask for my bank statements which i provided them many times...

I have been do a payment In rrb exam through Google pay using my upi...now it's not showing in the rrb form ..pls look after the problem I am facing...

Have paid to IRCTC through Google pay. Transaction is complete but not received by IRCTC merchant. So ticket not booked and money was deducted showed transaction completed but not received by merchant. Please return my money to my bank account....

I made an EB bill payment on June 4th from gpay for the amount RS.2572 .Money debited from the account but failed transaction bill was not paid then I waited for 2 days still it didn resolved.I have to pay the bill anyways as June 8th was the last date so paid the EB bill on June 7th through Amazon pay and it was successful.Today is June 11 till now money is not credited back to my account and Google pay customer care aslo not responding...

After that chat. Strait went to my Google account and checked whether I had any subscription on for any google services. but I couldn't find...

I got a message "Dear Customer, transaction of INR 1, 014.80 done on ICICI Bank Account XX453 on 06-JUN-21. Info: VIN*GOOGLE D. The Available Balance is..." But I haven't done this transaction. Never received any otp also before the transaction. It is a fraudulent transaction, I want refund of this. Kindly look into this matter and help.....

I received a message stating that " Dear Customer, transaction of INR 1, 014.80 done on ICICI Bank Account XX453 on 06-JUN-21. Info: VIN*GOOGLE D." But I didn't do any transaction. The amount got debited without my concern and without any otp. This transaction is not done by me. Earlier also I received the same message with an amount deduction of Rs 299. Kindly resolve this issue. I want the deducted amount back.
