Incident Details:
Today morning i.e. 10th March 2021 (@ 11:11 am), I received a transaction alert on my registered mobile number (details are mentioned). I clearly state that I haven't authorized or sanctioned for any such transaction. As I enquired online, there are many people with similar complaints and much bigger amounts deduction from their respective bank accounts.
This situation is very alarming and concerning, as it is clear sign of theft straight from our secured bank accounts and we are unable to do anything about it.
I request the forum & bank representatives to kindly look into the matter and provide me with the refund, else I have to think of other options.
Google India / Tez customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
