On 7th November 2020 Rs 700 deducted from my bank account, till now did not refunded, Google transaction ID is CICAgKCd6K6tOA and I have attached a photocopy of this Payment, Your customer care number did not working, please refund this amount as soon as possible, I'm waiting since a long time.

    I made a reservation on AirBnb using Google pay on 7th December. The reservation failed and on contacting AirBnb support I was told that the amount would get refunded. I haven't recieved it yet and on contacting the bank I was told that I needed a refund ID provided by Google Pay inorder for the bank to intervene. I have tried contacting Google Pay support but haven't been able to get through. The same happened with BHIM. It's been almost 10 days. Kindly look into this issue and get me the refund. I've only been getting redirected by everyone I approach.

      As on 13 the November 2020 my account got debited with amount 1165 with Google pay, but the receiver did not receive it as off now it has been more than a month so I request you to do the needful and refund the amount

        I have purchased some products through Flipkart pay later method.
        On 30 th November 2020 I have paid the amount of Flipkart pay later bill amounting 3180 rupees through my Google pay account .The amount deducted from my account But they showed bill not paid to them so I have to paid the bill again from my mobiquick account.

        I have paid twice for a single amount, they still not refunded the amount to my account. I have raised several quarry to google pay but they didn't replied or call back to me.

        Please do the needful.

          I bought device from flipkart and its fell down after few days and Brocken front glass . then contacted google for changing glass, as per their instructions i hand over to their courier team then to google service provider b2x. After few days i received quotation from b2x claiming 24000 frs service cost for a phone it self cost 30000. and they mentioned many damages which wasn't there when i hand over my phone especially they are saying device doesn't turn on but it was working fine when i gave my phone i have proof for that, i took images of my phone when kits Brocken the device was turned on and working. what if something happened while transit my phone or while repairing whos responsible me or google i contacted them response was not at all okay, it s been 2 months almost i am following with google .

                    500 has been sent to me by g pay ; which is not been credited in my bank account; but recived in g pay ... I have not been recived that amount ... I'm sooo dissatisfied with it & also tried to contact g pay customer service but couldn't contact them ... soo frustrating 😡😡 & insulting .. a great disappointment...

                      I was doing a Google cloud course via Coursera.

                      I was incorrectly charged by INR 10068.79 on[protected].

                      I got an alert message on my mobile, but i thought it was some mistake, but I found the amount was deducted from my credit card too. The credit card was debited on

                      1st Nov 2020 GOOGLE CLOUD(PGSI) PLAY.GOOGL 10, 068.79

                      I have been in communication with coursera on ticket 2537250. They confirm that this charge was made directly by google. I have given the details of payment including the alert received by me.

                      I had requested google for a refund earlier on

                        Hello, my Google Pay is connected to my Paytm Bank account, the other day I wanted to recharge an Airtel sim for 48 Rupees, tried once, it failed, but money was deducted (I recieved a SMS from Paytm about money deduction), tried again, same thing happened again and received another SMS for money deduction, so I decided to recharge with another UPI app which was successful. Please refund those deducted money.

                            HI Team, i have made payment to [protected], this is showing as failed in the google pay and not reached beneficiary, however when i checked with Bank, they said transaction is successful and it has reached
                            BENE NAME : SHRI BALAJI DIGITAL CABLE COMMUNICATION
                            ACC NO : [protected]
                            IFSC CODE : UTIB0000000

                            however this IFSC code does not exist when i checked over internet.

                            when i checked bank they said the money has went to UPI ID : [protected]@okbizaxis

                            Please investigate the same and ensure money is returned back to my account.

                                    1) I made a transaction through Gpay on 4th October, money got debited from my account(HDFC) and not got credited in the receivers account(Union) till now.
                                    2) Raised a dispute to the Gpay and support team is still saying that they are following up with NPCI.
                                    3) It has been 37 days and it is not a small amount. So please look into this issue.

But till now there is no response and still the issue is not resolved.

                                      On dated 11th November 2020 I made a recharge of Rs.21 twice but recharge failed. But after that I didn't get my amount back.                                       More time passed away but still I ha e not received my refund. What the hell is this. ??? Is it a kind of all time joke or something else ? I need my refund as fast as possible. ### off Google pay. Google pay is fraud. What's wrong with Google pay that always cheat or hold CUSTOMERs hard earned money.
