I made a transaction of Rs 10000. The amount was debited from my bank but the transaction was unsuccessful. The receipt said the money will be refunded in 3-5 days. It's been 8 days and still, it's not refunded. I am sharing the receipt. Please look into the matter.

    On 8 October. my friend send me money through Google pay Rs. 500. Google pay show money received Rs. 500. but not credited my bank account.

    Today is 10 October. but still not received money Rs. 500. in May bank account. plz solve my problem as soon as possible.

      I have tried to recharge mobile no.[protected] on 16 sep 2020 through my google pay account and the amount debited. But recharge processed not completed successfully. I have raised the dispute and the reply was status will be once received. After 3 days i have sent mail to google pay customer care and 3 times i had chat with their representative. All the time they assured me that the money will be credited back and same is taken up with their bill desk. Today, after 21 days with happily they are telling money is credited to the biller (Idea prepaid mobile). Is there any use to credit the money to the biller once the purpose is not met. Their duty was to credit back the money money from where the amount is debited. Now i have run behid the idea for the same. 221 days i was frequently contacting google pay and a pathetic reply finally got. Request do the needfull to credit back the amount in my account.

Now the new current bill has arrived. The previous bill amount is added to it as arrears. What should i do. Please kindly resolve as soon as possible

            I have made a transaction of an amount of Rs 6154 through Google pay from my account [protected]@oksbi to yatra.com for flight ticket booking on 18 sep 20. But payment not receive by yatra.com ( their reply attached) neither booked my ticket nor my deducted amount of is reversed back to my account. I have also complaint to yatra.com and State bank of india till date my issue is not resolve. Therefore you are requested to take necessary action at the earliest.

                Myself Sunil Maheshwari I have transferred 4000 by my Google pay UPI since 1st October 2020 and receiver still not get SMS from Bank for credit information only showing in Google pay application for received confirmation not in Bank. I have tried to logged a complaint in Google pay feedback and dispute option but no any reply from there.

                Receiver's continuously asking me for money.

                Please help.

                      Hi Google Pay Support Team,

                      Hope you are doing well, I made a Google pay transaction on 29th Sep 2020, From my Gpay account(registered with mobile no +91 [protected]) to account registered with Number [protected] of Rs 4000/-.

                      Looks like amount is deducted and neither it transferred to the receiver's account nor credited to my account. Please have a look into this asap

                            I received a a call from icici (Computer generated) for approval of a transaction of rs. 3000, to which i didnt give the consent and blocked the card. Later when i contacted icici customer support, they informed me that it was tried by google kay richey, about which i havent have the slightest idea.
                            This is super forgery.

                              Transaction failed, money deducted from my account

                              Transaction amount 7000/- which i deposited to my other bank account on 25th september at 3.21pm. But my transaction was failed and money deducted from my account. As per gpay notification amount should be refunded 3-5 days. But still not credited in my amount. Please have a look this matter. And i have attached my transaction screen shot.

                                You guys have eaten my money, refund my money or else i will get the police complaint dead so rupees has been rejected from my account on august 28, 2020 and the responsiveness of google is brought to my account.
                                This fraud app is famous because of the name on google, there is no existence of other wise

                                  I have made a transaction in google pay to facebook ad account on 28th august for rs.300 it shows success and not reflected and not refunded till same (Payment ref no[protected] and on sept 23 rd same happen for rs.150 (Transaction id[protected] and today on sept 26th happend again for rs.200 (Ref id[protected].

                                  And one more transaction of rs.601 to bharat gas showed failed but payment gone on 22nd sept 2020 (Ref[protected]

                                  When i am trying to call on toll free number saying due to covid they are not working and suggesting help and settings, which also not working properly.

                                    Here's how google's b2x partner tried to cheat/loot me.

                                    My device (Pixel 2) is over 2 years old, out of warranty, trouble free till date, never been diagnosed, opened or repaired by any technician.

                                    As i approached google support on 1st of september for a simple battery replacement, it was all about promises of helping me.

                                    I submitted my device by paying ₹500 inspection charges.

                                    12th of september, i get a mail from b2x. The issues they described were
                                    1. Battery drain issue
                                    2. Edge sensor failure
                                    Estimated cost of repair: ₹28000
                                    Discounted cost of repair for premium customers only: ₹16499.01

                                    I sensed something fishy. The edge sensors were perfectly alright.in fact, squeeze sensors were working on the 1st of september.

                                    I still cooperated with them by just asking for a battery replacement, not to bother about the edge sensors. Their reply was that partial repair was not possible under their policies as the service engineers diagnosis and decision on the repair was final.

                                    By the way, battery cost as listed on their site is ₹1472 inclusive of gst, exclusive of service charges. That is the reason why i submitted my device.

                                    From 12th of september till 15th of september i. E. Today, there have been 6 to and fro mails.

                                    I told them, i have a recorded video proof of the functioning squeeze sensors just before giving the device out for repair.

                                    After so much headache, finally tanmoy from google support revealed the fishy doings of b2x.

                                    In the mail, he said they were trying to give me a replacement device instead of a repair. They feel ₹16499 was the best possible and economical resolution.

                                    To what? A degraded battery! This is loot! This is cheating the customer!

                                    This comes out after so many days of escalating the issue.
                                    Simply cannot trust these guys.

                                    After contacting my fellow reddit mates, i found out i was not the only one.

                                    Third party repairs are more honest, trustworthy, reliable and professional.

                                      Best option is to go for a third party repair. Those guys are more honest, trustworthy, reliable and professional.

                                      I understand that you are dissatisfied with the estimation and want the team to only repair the camera. Also, you are unable to contact the B2X team and want a call back from them. I apologize for the inconvenience you are facing; however, I will help you with the best available details around it.

                                      I would like to inform you that the Engineers diagnosed the device thoroughly and found the issues with the USB, battery, camera, and physical damage on the display. Hence, the team initially shared the price estimation for Rs. 26473.31 for the repair. However, since you are one of the premium customers, we have offered a replacement device for Rs. 17499.01 with 90 days of warranty accordingly. Please be assured that the best possible resolution has been offered to you within the scope of support.

                                      As per the repair policies, we can only proceed with the complete repair so that you do not face any issue in the future. Unfortunately, we can not process the partial repair as the device won't be able to pass the quality checks post repair. The estimation email consists of the approval/rejection link. I request you to select your preference so that our service team can proceed further with the associated replacement of your phone.

                                      Additionally, the B2X team is not available on call, but you can contact them via WhatsApp for any clarification through +91-[protected]. Their hours of operation are 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM Monday to Friday, except national holidays.
