I am discouraged and disgusted with google pay customer care number, [protected]. Googles bias against christian companies. What happen to free speech. Recently you banned any adds for a christian publishing company but you allow porn & filth. Please get your priorities in order or you are going to loose business. You are not the only gas station on the block

    My transaction was failed on 24 jan. I have taken up issue with google pay so many times. Every time they ask my bank statement proof that amount is not credited to my account. I always submit. They inform bill desk has initiated refund and amount will be credited within 7 business days. But it never happened till date. Please do needful.

        Today on dated 26th june 2020 i made a payment of rs. 5000 to another recipient account. But few moments later my amount has deducted from my account. But recipient also has not received that amount yet. When i have talk to customer care executive, they told me that your money is safe and will process within 48 hours. I told him that it is an medical emergency, so kindly refund or payment to recipient that amount as earlier as possible. But they arguing with me and told again and again that 48 hours to processing. Kindly help me to refund my amount of rs. 5000 as soon as possible.

        Kindly resolve my issue means refund my money back as soon as possible. This kind of process of transaction is not so good. Regular basis of hold the payment of every Google pay customer is not for good for Google pay UPI. it's life is not longer.

        Today is 27th June but still I have not get any confirmation of my amount of Rs. 5000. When I will get my money back. Google pay is harrassing me a lot. Kindly refund my money as soon as possible. Please I request you that please return my money to my account or paid to beneficiary. Please sir it's my humble request.

          Dear sir / madam,
          I am writing to you to raise an issue about: money transfer & upi
          The issue that is really frustrating, when i was desperately looking for money, the money which has been transferred is for an emergency, however led me cling on starving for money, the situation waxes and veined, transferring the money, i have transferred rs 1000 from [protected] with upi id[protected], and the transaction id is cicagkcrjyghsa, and rs 500 from [protected] with the upi id[protected], and the transaction id cicagkcrjevckw two different gpay account on 25/april/2020. It shows the transaction in the statement. But it is not credited in the account. Can you please help us on this, since it’s been a long time that we have expected the refund. Account debited but beneficiary account not credited for payments made by upi it occurred on: 25/04/2020, i have been trying to register my complaint online too with the bank, but without success. I even took out a mini statement from the atm for my account, wherein i again checked about the transaction. Clearly, the debit amount was only reflecting but there was no reversal. When i contacted my banker there have been no clear instructions or mechanisms for consumer grievance redressal for failed transactions, in-spite of all my needs, they led me to spend more for curating the possibilities to retrieve the cause and the money. I can even claim compensation for the money i spent is more than what i transferred, just to find a solution. However it took more of my time and led me frustrated so long that i am still struggling to recover the money and i have't got any constructive response other than a case filed by the upi.

            I did a jio recharge of 555 ([protected]) on 13th june 2020, but transaction failed and also amount got deducted from my bank account, i waited for 48 hours for the refund but there was no refund so raised a dispute, its been more then 10 days but i did not received the refund . UPI TRANSACTION ID[protected]

                    I have downloaded an app which name is be closer. After opening this app the money was taken from my bank account rs.2449 on[protected] and on[protected] rs 2449. (Axis bank) without my permission and without any giving bank detail.
                    This app did fraud with me which is punishable under ipc section 420.
                    Kindly take strict action on it.

                            I have purchased a set of notebooks from a stationary shop in broadway kochi and paid ₹400/- for the same through google pay. First time the transaction was a failure but amount deducted and second time it was successful. I thought it would be refunded but that didn’t happen. I have confirmed from the seller as well whether it was paid twice since the amount has been deducted. But he confirmed after consulting his bank that only once he has received the amount. Then i put both transactions under review and waited for more than 3 months. But nothing happened. I am attaching the details of my purchase. It is really tiresome when you have to travel more than 10 kms again and again for the same thing. Kindly help me with this.

                            Hi I have received a mail regarding the same asking for my contact no. Then few days(7days) later I have shared my no. After that I sent a reminder regarding the same. But couldn’t hear again from the google pay. My apologies for delay. I really don’t have much time that’s why couldn’t reply earlier.                               I have transferred money from google pay dated 22 april 2020, 10000 x 3 = 30000 transaction to mango owner but that person received only 10000 x 2 = 20000. But 10000 not received him but money deducted from my account.

                              Have tried to complaint google pay no response at all please help me out

                                        On dated 12.05.2020.I received a message from my SBI service provider that an Amount of Rs INR 4200.00 has been debited from your SBI saving account by Google*Kay Richey with transaction ID[protected] and POS ID [protected].Even I have not done any kind of online transaction for any kind of shopping or purchasing.when I received this unauthorized transaction message I was on duty in my office and the ATM Card with me. Niether I have given my ATM Card to anyone nor I shared my ATM credentials with anybody.So how can amount be debited from my account.Moreover, it is the point for what product/service this amount be debited. Kindly resolve my issue and refund my amount as soon as possible.

                                        I found a charge for $53.49 on 5/13/2020, I do not know this company, I did not authorize this charge. Please give me my money back, This company is fraudulent.Please refund my money. How do you get away with illegal charges on peoples account.
                                        Please tell me what's going on..I got a couple of charges from this Kay Richey Google...$54.11 ...I was at freaking work when I seen the transaction...also another place from Amazon $36.79
                                        And a bumble bumble charge was $ 24.99 on too
                                        I don't even know why that is!!!
