On 19th april'20. I checked my creadit card account and found my balance is 0 in my cc account. I went through the details & found that there are many transaction of google *proxima beta g.co/helpp. I immediately complined to customer care they blocked my card on dated 19th april'20 and the ticket no are [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected] & [protected].

I hv subscribed for hotstar vip and paid 365/- on 1st april waited for 3 business days but neither it has been credited to my bank account nor hotstar has renewed my subscription. Its 18th april now.
I hv raised a dispute for the payment from the help section but was of no use.
Please look at the matter and do the needful...

Dear sir, while recharging my jio number i mistakenly recharged the number [protected] for a um of rs 185 and for this payment was made through google pay and for this dispute was raised immediately with a view to return my debited amount on 22/03/2020 from amb. I had contacted them to have the recent transaction cancelled and refund. Explained them exactly what happened with the boutique person. Since she is not responding to any of my calls and messages. She is a cheat. I contact google pay they was like we are here to help. I waited for 3days to raise a dispute only then it accepts. I disputed and now they are like contact your bank. They are helpless. Waste of time contacting them...

I have initiated a transaction of ₹4000 on 29 february 2020. The transaction id is[protected]. The amount has not been debited from my account but the payment is still being processed by my bank.
