    Please go through the following details. I paid through google pay of previous month electricity bill on 15/5/2020, but on 14/5/2020 new bill generated with couple of months bill, so please refund.

      On dated 12.05.2020.I received a message from my SBI service provider that an Amount of Rs INR 4200.00 has been debited from your SBI saving account by Google*Kay Richey with transaction ID[protected] and POS ID [protected].Even I have not done any kind of online transaction for any kind of shopping or purchasing.when I received this unauthorized transaction message I was on duty in my office and the ATM Card with me. Niether I have given my ATM Card to anyone nor I shared my ATM credentials with anybody.So how can amount be debited from my account.Moreover, it is the point for what product/service this amount be debited. Kindly resolve my issue and refund my amount as soon as possible.

      I found a charge for $53.49 on 5/13/2020, I do not know this company, I did not authorize this charge. Please give me my money back, This company is fraudulent.Please refund my money. How do you get away with illegal charges on peoples account.
      Please tell me what's going on..I got a couple of charges from this Kay Richey Google...$54.11 ...I was at freaking work when I seen the transaction...also another place from Amazon $36.79
      And a bumble bumble charge was $ 24.99 on too
      I don't even know why that is!!!

        Need my money back please. thats not cool.dont have any physical documentation. i seen this transaction on my chase bank mobile app. the total amount is 49.99 and says pending so theres no date.i know it was taken off my card after may 12th, 2020. title reads- POS DEBIT GOOGLE *KAY RICHEY G.CO HELPPAY CA. thats all i know about this unauthorized transaction.
        I didn't authorize the 52.49 off my card and it says Google kay richey i don't know what that is and I need the money back on my card please. and my name is Rodrick Baldwin and I got other bills to pay so will please try to get the money back on my card please

        Today 4200rs has been from my account for some google kay richey transaction.i dont do this transaction.
        Bank has been closed due to covid19
        Please help me and my amount refund me back as soon as possible

          The fraud has been occurred on 11.05.2020. The amount of Rs 7642 has deducted from my sbi card x9326 by txn id[protected] by unknown person to pay/purchase Google Young Joy service. I want to the amount to be reversed back to my account.

            I contacted to GPay, they asked to submit the form whivh is provide and after the submission of the form they permanently suspended my account with giving vaild reason. Help to get my account back.

              I initiated transaction on 30.04.2020 against upi[protected] but the status was processing till 05.05.2020. Now as per advice payment is being credited to beneficiary's account on 05.04.2020 at 07:42 am. But as per beneficiary's bank statement same is not reflecting in their account neither bounce bank into sender’s account.
              Today on 11.05.2020 it’s been 11 working days still there is no update on my payment

                Transaction amount 928 rs/- done throw google pay upi platform upi transaction id[protected] and transaction date[protected]. Transaction status is successful but vishal megamart claim they didn’t received amount. Amount debited my bank account but cash not received at merchant. I have complained about this to state bank of india and npci and mailed to [protected]@sbicard.com. But no action was taken. Please look into this and do the needful.

                  Sir, an unauthorized transaction made by using my debit card by google miniclip. I received a message from bank stating debit of inr 590/- on[protected], (Complain to google and bank done on[protected] as in bank statement i found amount transferred to google's staling agent miniclip.

                  Sir, kindly consider it on priority as most of citizen uses google services and digital payment using debit card.

                  Requesting you to punish responsible google and its stealing agent miniclip.

                    My icici saving account was debited of posdec chg 29.50 (Including gst) more than 24 times total amount 708/- within a last 3-5 days. I tried calling customer care many times but it was of no use. As it is a paid call i ended up spending more than 50 rs. More from my mobile balance. I was so irritated with them. No one answered the call and it automatically disconnected after 10-15 minutes. I visited the branch but they could not justify the same. I didn't even used my debit card at any local merchant in past few months. After analysing every aspect i realized one year back i purchased a google domain online and i didn't opted for auto renew. Google didn't sent any renewal reminder or message for payment. They tried to get payment out of my account but at that particular time sufficient funds were not. This was for 5-6 days. As soon as account was funded google stole the money. After that there posdec chg were reflected in my account. Google ping my account for payment more than 24-30 times in 5-6 days. More over i never authorized any of these transactions. Finally i closed the account out of my frustration and ended all realtionship with icici bank. Money gone and no hope of recovery

                      I paid ₹2000 to the Prime Minister's National Relief Fund in on 30.03.2020. A few days later the status shown was "transaction failure". Since then I have opened two disputes with Google Pay and the issue still hasn't been resolved.

                          On 24th april 2020 around 6:39 pm, 7 unauthorized transactions has been done on my debit card.

                          Total 1273 inr has been deducted on the name of google proxima beta without my knowledge. I immediately blocked my debit card.

                          I have attached the screenshot of those fraud transactions.

                          Please look into this and refund my amount as soon as possible.

                            On 19th april'20. I checked my creadit card account and found my balance is 0 in my cc account. I went through the details & found that there are many transaction of google *proxima beta g.co/helpp. I immediately complined to customer care they blocked my card on dated 19th april'20 and the ticket no are [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected] & [protected].

                            The total amount debetid to my accoynt is approximately rs 15000/-

                            You are requested to get the amount refunded for which i would be highly obliged.

                              I hv subscribed for hotstar vip and paid 365/- on 1st april waited for 3 business days but neither it has been credited to my bank account nor hotstar has renewed my subscription. Its 18th april now.
                              I hv raised a dispute for the payment from the help section but was of no use.

                                  On 30th of march 2020 my friend who send me amount of 16000 from his google pay account (acc no of [protected]) after transaction i got massage that the amount has been credited to my account but after some seconds i got an test massage that the amount has been reversed to my friends account but the fact is that the amount wasn't credited to my account or my friends account after 7 days i got an notification in my google pay app that amount has been credited to my account till now an single amount has not been credited to my account please do the need full

                                    I m anshuman vohra and my account is in axis bank, i m sending you email my complain reference no -[protected], sorry to say about this past from almost one month i m chasing for my complain resolution, many time i try to connect to your bank customer service (Call n number times speak with jyoti they simply denied to help me). Today when i totally feel lost that my hard earn money get vanished, i visited axis bank branch they suggest me drop email regarding my wrong transaction and complain status i m doing this n i attached all experience and follow up into this case. Into this email please check the attachment as well. I done one. Transaction on 13 march 2020 at 8.56 pm amount of 8000 transfer to bank account through 3 party googlepay that wrong account number last digit was wrong instead of 5 it was 8 under name of brij chawala. Correct account holder name account no-[protected] ifsc code-barboparskh bank of baroda n after discuss with receiver (Mr. Chawla) i request to bank for this transaction in bank of baroda, they are telling that bank account which you ransfer it already close, so where is my money please tell me out into this, on same time i raised the complain against into ur customer service in axis bank as well google pay, axis bank customer service gave me reference no which mention above, they give assurance that you will get money back to same account from it was debited we logged the complain against it n it’s almost month still waiting for revert. Till now i m not getting any resolution into this. Kindly please helped me out into this. Or please tell me processor what should do now. If you won’t helped into this please raise the dispute against this transaction n i m waiting for reply as soon as possible. Otherwise i definitely raise complain against it to rbi which is my rights n i will do this it’s my rights to get my hard earning salary moneyback. Kindly please look into matter and give me resolution i m totally pissed off with this kind of customer servicing. Please return my money or else tell me what should i do now. Please fell my pain get resolved as soon possible. I m all conversation which i had googlepay and relative information.

                                    I m Anshuman Vohra, I made one wrong transaction into your bank of Baroda one of branch by mistakenly.I already raise the complain the against it but they are saying that request the receiver bank that is bank of Baroda your amount already settle into account and bank of Baroda declined the request of charge back.Now after time when I was totally frustrated and mentally tortured by these all process, at last I m requesting you kindly please look into this case and help me out.All the relative information are attached with this mail.I requested you to please look into this matter and give me proper solution.Waiting for your reply at the earliest
