I m anshuman vohra and my account is in axis bank, i m sending you email my complain reference no -[protected], sorry to say about this past from almost one month i m chasing for my complain resolution, many time i try to connect to your bank customer service (Call n number times speak with jyoti they simply denied to help me). Today when i totally feel lost that my hard earn money get vanished, i visited axis bank branch they suggest me drop email regarding my wrong transaction and complain status i m doing this n i attached all experience and follow up into this case. Into this email please check the attachment as well. I done one. Transaction on 13 march 2020 at 8.56 pm amount of 8000 transfer to bank account through 3 party googlepay that wrong account number last digit was wrong instead of 5 it was 8 under name of brij chawala. Correct account holder name account no-[protected] ifsc code-barboparskh bank of baroda n after discuss with receiver (Mr. Chawla) i request to bank for this transaction in bank of baroda, they are telling that bank account which you ransfer it already close, so where is my money please tell me out into this, on same time i raised the complain against into ur customer service in axis bank as well google pay, axis bank customer service gave me reference no which mention above, they give assurance that you will get money back to same account from it was debited we logged the complain against it n it’s almost month still waiting for revert. Till now i m not getting any resolution into this. Kindly please helped me out into this. Or please tell me processor what should do now. If you won’t helped into this please raise the dispute against this transaction n i m waiting for reply as soon as possible. Otherwise i definitely raise complain against it to rbi which is my rights n i will do this it’s my rights to get my hard earning salary moneyback. Kindly please look into matter and give me resolution i m totally pissed off with this kind of customer servicing. Please return my money or else tell me what should i do now. Please fell my pain get resolved as soon possible. I m all conversation which i had googlepay and relative information.

Updated by anshuman vohra I m Anshuman Vohra, I made one wrong transaction into your bank of Baroda one of branch by mistakenly.I already raise the complain the against it but they are saying that request the receiver bank that is bank of Baroda your amount already settle into account and bank of Baroda declined the request of charge back.Now after time when I was totally frustrated and mentally tortured by these all process, at last I m requesting you kindly please look into this case and help me out.All the relative information are attached with this mail.I requested you to please look into this matter and give me proper solution.Waiting for your reply at the earliest
