I have make a payment via Google pay app to Rapido wallet, my money is debited from my account but not credited to Rapido wallet I have recharged two times both times transaction failed. I have raised the issue on Google Pay app (Date – 09 feb 2020) but till now i didn't get any response from Google Pay team. They not respond me correctly. I have attached both transaction receipts. Please do needful. Otherwise I will take legal action

    I made the payment for my order on flipkart by google pay. Amount 2540 rs was deducted on 18/2/2020 from my account and transaction was successful in google pay but my payment was not received by flipkart and the order was not successful. I reported dispute with google pay and tried to contact google pay but no response from google pay. I even contact flipkart and they replied that they had not received any money.

      I got SMS from HDFC credit card on 25.2.20 at 22.01hrs ALERT: Rs.10000.00 spent via CREDIT Card xx5243 at GOOGLE INDIA PVT. LTD. on[protected]:21:35:03 without PIN/OTP.Not you?Call [protected]. I called on [protected], to block the card.

      Today I called on Google customer care to resolve issue. Pls refund me Amount debited Rs 10, 000 soon.
      Pls justify soon, thanks

        I have actually transferred 19000 in 4 installments to a person through Google pay which further came to my notice that it is a wrong number I tried contacting the person but the person is not responding to my calls. I request the sbi customer service team to cancel the transaction but they didn't help me. And the receiver party upi Id is registered with HDFC Bank I tried contacting even hdfc also even they didn't respond
        I have tried to contact the person, he picked up my call once he has out me in block list and now I am unable to reach him. His mobile no. Is [protected] and his name is Hargovind adiwasi. He now not picking up my calls and not responding to my messages.

            Amount 2448rs was debited from my account on 18th feb2020 but the reciever didn't recieve the amount and purchase was also not placed only the amount got deducted and refund has not been done yet. So i would like to file a chargeback to refund my amount of 2448rs. My payment to nykaa merchant was successful from my end but the merchant didn't recieve the payment. I made complaint on google /tez also but they asked me to file a chargeback on bank so i recieve the payment. Kindly refund my money back.

              My self poonam, last month on january 23, 24 and 28/01/2020, my money was deducted 5 times of 2700/- approx. From my credit card by retail store google proxima beta. I had already complained in the bank but no positive response from them. I am so upset regarding this issue. Please help me to get my money back as soon as possible from google proxima beta.

                Even after the payment for the repair of my phone, the tracking said awaiting payment. On calling them they were clueless and kept blaming their service partner b2x. I get a call from b2x that i phone has been repair and i will be getting it by friday or saturday 21/02//20 or 22/02/20 respectively! Again when i contacted the google service care they are clueless about my phone! The worth of the phone is approximately 42 thousand plus they took rs.9664 for the repiar! I need my phone repaired to the earliest.

                  I tried to search and drill down google's customer support information since past two days and I was unable to do so. Thus, I am posting it here.
                  On 16/02/2020 I had booked a return flight ticket that was from Delhi to Allahabad through makemytrip.com (I have attached the copy) from the email address of [protected]@gmail.com and this is the email address through which the phone is being operated.
                  After half an hour, I had received a notification from google assistance that my flight has been rescheduled and now there is a delay of 2 hours, I have attached a copy of the notification that I had received. After that, as I always rely on Google, so even this time I relied onto it and reached the airport accordingly. When I reached the airport, I was informed that flight has departed at the time, it was supposed to leave and when I had shown them the notification I had received from google assistant, they said that they cannot do anything about it. I just want to ask that whether I should be blaming myself for relying onto google? Or I should be blaming that google assistant or I should blame air India that they haven't specified about not to rely onto google assistant? Or I should blame google that they haven't specified that you should not rely at all on Google assistant? I am really helpless now because in such a technological driven era if THE BIGGEST medium of information isn't functioning properly then to what should I rely?
                  I have lost an interview, a loss of an opportunity as well as I have also lost INR 10000. I need a settlement from this. Please help! Expecting a reply from you guys.

                      Dear sir/mam,

                      I have recharged my bsnl prepaid number [protected] yeasterday (2:34 am & 2:35 am) of rupees 98 (Operator transaction id [protected], upi transaction id[protected] and rupees10 (Operator transaction id [protected], upi transaction id[protected] from google pay but recharge yet not done on my bsnl number. I also email regarding this to [protected]@bsnl.co.in but still no action has been taken yet. Please do the needful to resolve issue.

                      I recharged from Google pay, wrote Unlimited call, 150MB data and 100 sms for 2 days but I did not get SMS in it. When I contacted Vodafone company, they said that there is no SMS included in it, so I would accuse Google of wrong information.

                        I got trapped in an olx online fraud transactions case. Yesterday on 09th feb 2020, i have posted an ad for sofa set on olx. I immediate got an enquiry from a person name punam chand. He said he has furniture shop in wanwarie. He said he will send his boy to pickup sofa set. Before his boy pickup sofa-set he said, he will send money to me. He sent a qr code on my whatsapp number and asked me to scan that code to receive money. But my account money got debited. I lost my rs. 21428/- now his number is switched off.

                        Requesting you to please file a complaint against this fraud guy and solve this case and recover my money asap.

                          25000 send by me through google pay...in my account debited the amount but not receive the receiver since 16 january to today date... Statement and account no. Also send to googlepay but the payment not receive... Many times we descus the googlepay customer care officer but no result find out.,... Both banks statement and account no. Send to mail id... Only one answer given by customer officer is that-we update your complaint...

                            Gpay has cheated me. Although successful sent referal at both ends gpay did not provide rewards. Google support inquiry: case id [[protected]].

                            The reason what gpay have mentioned does not stand correct as the person whom i sent the referal code is my mother only and she installed following the referral link for the 1st time nor she never uninstalled the app. Even she got referal reward pop-up message at her gpay on her 1st transaction, but physically reward did not come. So send the rewards as you promised or i will take legal steps as you tried to attract customers by false promises.

                            The person whom I sent the referral link still not got the credit of 21 rupees, so still the issue has not been solved completely.
                            I recharged Tata Sky with Rs.508/-, my money has been debited from my account but it’s showing bill payment failed and recharge has also not been done. I need my refund right away.

                              My money has been deducted from my bank account from google. I called google regarding my problem and spoke with gaurav. I asked his full name and he does not told his full name. He has not helped me and was talking nonsense over the phone. I am not satisfied with his work and status

                                My google opinion rewards account got deduction of around inr 600 without prior notice or information.
                                I contacted google for the same via email and phone app also, but i haven't received any response, leave alone resolution!

                                  I was transfer payment of rs. 3000 on 13 Dec 2019 to another account through google pay app but didn't received receiver then i had talked to Google pay they are saying that transactiin is successful from our end and delayed by NPCI then they said that send us bank account statement of both account then we forward to NPCI to resolve this and i sent the same but its been 1 and half month matter still pending, Google pay customer care saying NPCI IS DELAYING.

                                    I have done 18000 rs transaction is failed but amount is debited from my account.. google pay is making money by doing this to every 2 ND person issue not resolved and people forget their money I need my money back..my account belong to hdfc bank...

                                    This is not first time I have friend circle total we have 120000 which is stuck with google pay from 5 month please look in to this the foreign country is cheating us in new manner...

                                    I really cannot sleep no one can sleep if their money is stolen like this...

                                      I had made a payment to flipkart on 25-oct-2019 using google pay
                                      Amount inr 759/-
                                      The amount has been debited from my bank account and the transaction is shown successful in the google pay but flipkart has confirmed through mail that they have not received the payment.
                                      I had raised the same complaint to google pay around one month back and they assured me on call stating that your issue has been escalated and will be resolved in 7-14 working days but in-spite of calling them repeatedly almost every week its customer care keeps telling that my issue will be resolve within 3 days and yet my issue still stands unresolved..

                                        I have done a payment of 400inr on 30th october 2019. Money was deducted from my account but not received at receiver end. After that i have complained in google pay they told me to filled npci and my money will be back on 7 days. I have filled that form 3 or 4 times in these 3 months but my money is not refunded yet. Please help me! I have complaining for this from too much time. My transaction google pay of is (Cicagkdmv86dkw)
