I tried to search and drill down google's customer support information since past two days and I was unable to do so. Thus, I am posting it here.
On 16/02/2020 I had booked a return flight ticket that was from Delhi to Allahabad through makemytrip.com (I have attached the copy) from the email address of [protected]@gmail.com and this is the email address through which the phone is being operated.
After half an hour, I had received a notification from google assistance that my flight has been rescheduled and now there is a delay of 2 hours, I have attached a copy of the notification that I had received. After that, as I always rely on Google, so even this time I relied onto it and reached the airport accordingly. When I reached the airport, I was informed that flight has departed at the time, it was supposed to leave and when I had shown them the notification I had received from google assistant, they said that they cannot do anything about it. I just want to ask that whether I should be blaming myself for relying onto google? Or I should be blaming that google assistant or I should blame air India that they haven't specified about not to rely onto google assistant? Or I should blame google that they haven't specified that you should not rely at all on Google assistant? I am really helpless now because in such a technological driven era if THE BIGGEST medium of information isn't functioning properly then to what should I rely?
I have lost an interview, a loss of an opportunity as well as I have also lost INR 10000. I need a settlement from this. Please help! Expecting a reply from you guys.
